ELISEO R. CONTRERAS, 74, died Tuesday at St. Vincent Hospital of pneumonia after a long fight with cancer.
He retired from pipeline construction in 1989. He was a member of Victory Outreach Santa Fe.
He was preceded in death by his father, Juan Contreras; mother, Maria R. Contreras; sister, Ofelia; and brother-in-law, George Bernal.
Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. Sunday at Berardinelli Family Chapel. The second visitation will take place at 6 p.m. Monday at Christian Life Church with a prayer service to follow at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Berardinelli Family Chapel with burial to follow at Rosario Cemetery.

EULALIA GARCIA, 88, of Las Vegas, N.M. died Wednesday at the West Mesa Medical Center in Albuquerque.
She was a member of the Pace Community Health Center, lifelong Catholic and a member of the Immaculate Conception Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel and Elisa Maes; husband, Gregorio Garcia; son, Benerito Garcia; daughter, Antonia Archuleta; granddaughter, Michelle Garcia; and grandson, Gilbert Archuleta.
She is survived by her sister, Angie Baca and husband Tony of Las Vegas, N.M.; son, Dan Garcia and wife Flora of Las Vegas, N.M.; daughter, Priscilla De Leon of Denver, Colo.; son, Willie Garcia and wife Rita of Las Vegas, N.M.; daughter, Veronica Bustamante and husband Abel of Albuquerque; son, Fred Garcia and wife Molly of Denver; sons, Navor Garcia and wife Arabella of Las Vegas, N.M., and Lorenzo Garcia and wife Maria of Albuquerque; daughters, Marcella Garcia of Albuquerque, Ernestine Dykstra of Halley, Idaho; Christine Gonzales and companion Antonio Ramirez, Mary Helen Delgado and husband Robert, and Linda Garcia, all of Albuquerque; 45 grandchildren; and many other relatives.

FILIA C. LOPEZ, 85, of Las Trampas and recently from Española died Thursday at St. Vincent Hospital.
She was an avid quilter and seamstress. She was an active member of the Chamisal and Española senior centers and loved making arts and crafts.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Genoveva and Eduardo Cruz; foster parents, Josefita and Manuel Lopez; sister, Elizaida Lopez; brother, Fernando Cruz; foster sisters, Eulalia Cruz and Rebecca Medina; her husband, Tranquilino Lopez; a grandson, Ralph Lopez; and daughter-in-law, Carol Lopez.
She is survived by sons, Tranquilino Lopez Jr. and wife Ramona of Tooele, Utah, Leo Lopez and wife Toni of West Jordan, Utah, Bonifacio Lopez and wife Micky of Las Trampas, Eddie Lopez and wife Lorraine of Sandy, Utah, Alex Lopez and wife Ruby from Las Trampas, and Juan Lopez and wife Louella of Española; daughters, Genevieve Trujillo and husband Victor of Denver, Dorothy Lopez and companion Joel of Rio Rancho, and Priscilla Lopez of Española; 27 grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.

ANDREW CHARLES MARTINEZ, 28, of Arizona and formerly of Taos died unexpectedly Wednesday.
He was a 1995 graduate of Taos High School.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jose Demostenes Romero; and aunt, Cindy Martinez. MARIA DOLORES MARTINEZ, 76, died Thursday.
She loved to cook and keep her home. She was a lifelong member of St. Gertrude Parish and served in the Altar Society.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Antonio J. Pino and Perfecta Maes-Pino; brothers, Ricardo Pino and Arturo Pino; sister, Eleanor Gonzales; special aunt, Maria Tafoya; and many other relatives.
She is survived by her husband, Francisco Martinez in El Alto; sons, David Martinez and wife Margaret, Tom Robert Martinez and wife Annette, Frank J. Martinez III, Albert Martinez and wife Patsy, Leroy Martinez and Antonio L. JESUS A. MONTOYA, 83, died Thursday.
He served during World War II on the front lines for 166 days. He was a painter with the Zia Corporation in Los Alamos and retired after 30 years. He belonged to the Painter's Union and was a lifelong member of the VFW. He enjoyed working with his cattle at the ranch in Los Montoyas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Justo and Agneda Montoya; wife, Eva Suina Montoya; son, Justo Montoya; brother, Macario Montoya; and sister, Cora Martinez.
He is survived by his son, Johnny Montoya; his daughter, Lou Martinez and husband Tony; and granddaughter Carol Martinez; sisters, Esther Perea of La Junta, Colo.; Connie Garcia of Rio Rancho, Isabel Martinez and husband Domingo of Albuquerque; and Vangie Garcia and husband Antonio of Albuquerque; and many other relatives and friends.
