She is survived by her husband, Rodney D. Temple; children, Jennifer and Ryan; and mother, Miss Kiddy.
A visitation will be held at 10 a.m. Friday followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. at Calvary Chapel of Los Alamos, 580 North Mesa Road. Burial will take place at 3 p.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery.

JULIANA MARGARET KOVES BLATZ, 89, of Berzete-Koros, Gomor Megye, Austria-Hungary died Tuesday in Albuquerque. She emigrated to the United States with her parents, Zsusanna and Balint Koves and grew up in the Hungarian community in East Chicago, Ind. She attended Washington High School and the University of Indiana. She studied art at the University of Chicago and the Art Institute of Chicago. She moved to Los Alamos from Chicago in the 1950s with her husband who was a scientist at Los Alamos Laboratory. Enchanted by New Mexico, she was active in the New Mexico art community and served several times as president of the Los Alamos Art Association. Her pastel landscapes have graced the walls of Los Alamos High School and the governor's office in Santa Fe. She taught Sunday school for many years at the Unitarian Church in Los Alamos. She taught art at the University of New Mexico extension and in the Los Alamos Public Schools. She was a frequent exhibitor in the Biennial Exhibition for New Mexico Artists in Santa Fe and her work was featured in Les Editions de La Revue Moderne Des Arts et de la Vie in Paris. In 1993, her pastel painting, "Aspens," won first place in the Fuller Lodge Art Center Gallery and Museum juried exhibition. She participated in Abstract Reality Squared, a group interested in the expression and exploration of non-objective art. Warm and affectionate, she loved drawing, painting sewing, children, gardening and cooking. Her recipe for apple strudel was published in "Sweetness and Light, A Book of Desserts," in 1996. In her later life, her grandchildren were particularly dear to her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Laurence. She is survived by her brother, William John Koves and wife Ethel of Schaumberg, Ill.; daughters, Susan Juliana Blatz of Evanston, Ill., and Karen Driscoll and husband Peter of Albuquerque; four grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. ADELIA O. HERRERA, 95, of Tecolote died Tuesday at the Alta Vista Regional Hospital. She was born in La Manga to the late Juan Ortega and Ignacita Benavidez. She was married in 1927 to the late Juan Suazo of No Agua, who passed away in 1940. She then married the late Cleofas Herrera of Tecolote in 1941. She retired from the West Las Vegas Schools where she was employed as cook. She lived a long, healthy life and loved to play bingo at Camel Rock Casino. She was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Church and the Santo Nino De Atocha Church in La Manga. She was preceded in death by her parents, Juan and Ignacita Ortega; first and second husbands; and stepson, Esequiel Herrera. She is survived by her son, Manuel Suazo and wife Mary of Denver; daughters, Ursula Huerera and husband Abelino and Frances Gallegos, all of Denver, Olive George of Antonito, Colo., Jane Pacheco and husband Lorenzo of Tecolote and Viola Trujillo and husband Primitivo of Albuquerque; stepchildren, Noverto Herrera of Roseville, Calif., Jose Herrera and wife Helen of Las Vegas, N.M.; Tiofilo Chavez and wife Mary and Andalecia Pacheco, all of Tecolote, and Angie Trujillo of Albuquerque, 21 grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. PRISCILLA V. ABEYTA, 69, of Ranchos de Taos died Thursday.
She worked at Taos Historical Museums for many years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elias Abeyta; parents, Telesfor D. and Sarita D. Velarde; brothers, Juanito, Ferdinando, David and Philemon Velarde; and sister, Elviria Santistevan.
She is survived by her children, Norbert Abeyta and Marietta Martinez and husband Greg, all of Ranchos de Taos, Geralyn Marquez and husband Fabian of El Salto, and Lawrence Abeyta of Albuquerque; 10 grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Ernesto Velarde and wife Carmen, Francis Velarde and wife Rose, Rudy Velarde and wife Reginia, Patsy Abeyta, Annabel Velarde and Roger Velarde and wife Ramona.
Mass will be celebrated at noon today at San Francisco de Asis Catholic Church with burial to follow at Nuestro Padre Jesus Cemetery.
