CARLOS S. GALLEGOS, 21, of Arroyo Seco died Sunday due to injuries he sustained in an automobile accident.
He attended Pojoaque High School.
He is survived by his parents, Terry and Jeanette Gallegos of Arroyo Seco; brother, Jerry Gallegos of Arroyo Seco; and many other relatives and friends.

LUCINDA S. GALLEGOS, 88, of El Garambullo died Saturday at Vida Encantada Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Placido and Adelaida Rivera Salazar; husband, Jose Isabel Gallegos, and brother, Andres Salazar.
She is survived by her daughter, Marcella Griego of Albuquerque; sons, Adan Gallegos and wife Maggie of Grants, Fidelino Gallegos and wife Gloria of Ribera, Eutimio Gallegos and wife Mella and Estevan Gallegao, all of El Garambullo, and Paul Gallegos and wife Monica of Sena; sister, Vicenta S. BARBARITA PADILLA-GARCIA, 96, of Las Vegas, N.M., died Sunday after a long illness.
She was a former resident of Las Gallinas. She was born in Las Gallinas to the late Sabino Padilla and Prescilliana Jaramillo Padilla. She loved to sew, bake and read. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Adonias Garcia; son, Reymundo Garcia; daughter, Elizabeth Garcia; brothers, Dorio Padilla, Francisco Padilla and Joselino Padilla; and sister, Merejilda Sandoval.
She is survived by her daughters, Margie R. Garcia and Emma Garcia, both of Las Vegas, N.M.; three grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be held at 10 a.m. today at Santo Nino Church in Las Gallinas with burial to follow at Santa Nino Cemetery.

DAVID OAKLEY HILL, 42, of Santa Fe died Friday after a long struggle with AIDS.
He grew up in Dallas and graduated from W.T. White High School in 1979. He moved to Santa Fe in 2000 and began selling his art on Canyon Road and building the life he dreamed of as an artist. His battle with AIDS lasted for almost 20 years. He was a role model to anyone who suffers from a life-threatening disease.
He is survived by his parents, Norwood Oakley Hill and Sarah Steel Hill; sister, Jennifer Ann Haggerty and husband, John Haggerty; brother, Gregory Scott Hill and wife, Patricia; brother, Lawrence Marshall Hill and wife, Cathleen; and many other relatives and friends.

ANTONIO "TONITO" LOZANO, 8, of Santa Fe died Friday after a three-year battle with leukemia.
He was a second grader at Piņon Elementary School. He was a beloved son, brother, grandson, cousin, nephew and friend.

BENJAMIN ROYBAL, 74, of Santa Fe died Saturday after a long battle with Parkinson's disease.
He was born in Las Colonias to Miguel and Paulita Roybal. He was a wonderful son, brother, husband, father and grandfather. He was mayordomo and Eucharistic minister of St. Anthony's Parish in Pecos prior to moving to Santa Fe six years ago. Currently, he was a member of Santa Maria de la Paz Catholic Community. He retired in 1991 after 45 years with the AT & SF Railroad. He traveled the railways throughout the North and Southwest. He had a passion for the outdoors. Camping and fishing was his therapy. He also made furniture and toys in his woodworking shop.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Miguel and Paulita Roybal.
He is survived by his wife, Deluvina G. Roybal; children, Ben Jr. and friend Rachel Gallegos of Santa Fe, Barney Roybal and wife, Mary; Michael Roybal and friend Michelle Adams of Albuquerque and Toby Roybal and wife, Melinda, of Pecos; Beatrice Roybal and friend Patrick King, Pauline Roybal of Albuquerque, Alyce Roybal and friend Debbie Corazzi, Cecilia Roybal, Antoinette Alire and husband Duane, all of Santa Fe and Rozina Tanuz of San Diego, 15 grandchildren; brothers, Joe Roybal and wife Maryanne of Ft.
