Roland J. Dixon
Roland J. Dixon, 82, of Greenlawn, Suffolk County, New York, formerly of died Monday, April 28, 1997 in the Somerset Medical Center, Somerville, NJ.
He was a school teacher for the Harborfields School District, in Greenlawn, NY.
Born January 1, 1915, in the Bronx, NY, he was the son of the late James Henry and Beatrice VanRiper Dixon.
He was a captain in the Army with the 766th Bomb Squadron and the 461st Bomb Group during World War Two.
His wife, the former Margaret Williamson died July 16, 1995.
He is survived by one son, James E. of Neshanic Station, NJ; one daughter, Mona D. Bergman of Greenlawn, NY; one sister, Geraldine Hamilton of the Bronx and two grandchildren.
Private cremation services were held at the convienience of the family. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.

Jennie M. Drago
Jennie M. Drago, 80, of Phillipsburg, died Wednesday, August 8, 2001 in her home.
She was an attendant at the Elder Avenue Laundromat and was previously a cashier at the former Pantry Pride, both in Phillipsburg.
Born October 20, 1920 in Phillipsburg, she was a daughter of the late Mauro and Carmella Anfusa Drago.
She was a member of St. Philip and St. James Catholic Church in Phillipsburg.
Survivors include a sister, Mary S. Holjes of Phillipsburg; two brothers, Louis and Dominic, both of Pohatcong Twp., and many nieces and nephews. A brother Frank died earlier.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:30 a.m. Friday in the Church, 426 South Main St., Phillipsburg. Burial will be in the parish cemetery , Greenwich Twp., NJ. There will be no calling hours. The Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 S Main St., Phillipsburg is handling the arrangements.

Dora Dugans
Dora Dugans, 71, of Easton, died Monday, August 1, 2005 in St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill, Pa.
Born April 2, 1934 in Phillipsburg, she was a daughter of the late George, Sr., and Ethel Brown Lore.
She is survived by two sons, Martin Beebe of Nazareth and Alan Beebe of Blakeslee, Pa.; five daughters, Kimberly Thinnes and her husband Larry of Easton, Toot Riegel of Flower Mound, Tx, Ruthann Erwin of Las Vegas, NV, Judy Beebe and Pam Riegel and her husband Perry, both of Phillipsburg; three brothers, John Lore and his wife Audra of Easton, Stacy Lore and his wife Bobbi of Phillipsburg and Norman Lore of Las Vegas, NV; three sisters, Dorothy Kline and Evelyn Fucci and Marie Giamoni, all of Phillipsburg; fifteen grandchildren and twenty-one great grandchildren. A daughter Evelyn "Beaver" Walter, a brother, George Lore, Jr. and a twin sister, Doris Grainer all died earlier.
Services will be held graveside 10:00 a.m. Friday in the Greenwich cemetery , Greenwich Twp., N.J. The Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home are in charge of arrangements.
Helen Dukett
Helen Dukett, 86, of the Lopatcong Care Center, formerly of Phillipsburg, died Tuesday, July 2, 2002 in Phillipsburg.
She was a former waitress for the Deluxe Restaurant, Easton; Dempsey's Restaurant, Palmer Twp., and the Key City Diner in Lopatcong Twp.
Born April 2, 1916 in Phillipsburg, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Julia (Person) Roseberry.
Her husband of forty-nine years, the late Walton M. Dukett died August 12, 1995.
Survivors include a son, William W. Dukett and his wife Shirley, of Washington, Pa., a daughter, Ruth D. and her husband Buddy Dunwell of Pittstown, NJ; four grandchildren, B.J. Dukett, Stacy Hawkins, Kate and Jennie Storks. Four brothers, Edgar, Russell, George and Hugh and three sisters, Emma Caswell, Ruth Schwartz and Martha Rose all died earlier.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 S Main St., Phillipsburg. Burial will be in Fairmount cemetery , Phillipsburg. A calling hour will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of services Friday in the funeral home.

Michael Dutzar, Jr.
Michael Dutzar, Jr., 92, formerly of Hazelton, PA, Phillipsburg, Harrison and Clifton, NJ, died Friday, July 13, 1997 in the Hospice House Woodside in Pinellas Park, Florida.
He was a crane operator for Worthington Industries in Harrison, NJ.
Born April 22, 1905 in McAdoo, Schuykill County, Pa., he was the son of the late Michael, Sr., and Anna Elechko Dutzar.
He and his wife, the former Mildred Seventko of Lancaster, Pa, observed their 29th wedding anniversary last November. His first wife, the former Mary Bindus died in 1962.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, John J. of Wallington, NJ and Michael III of Largo, Fla.; two step-sons, John and Dr. Joseph Seventko, both of Lancaster, Pa.; one step-daughter, Kathleen Cular of Washington, NJ and two step-brothers, Joseph of McAdoo and John; six grandchildren, seven step-grandchildren and one great-grandson.
A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Saturday in St. Peter and St. Paul's Byzantine Catholic Church, 723 South Main St., Phillipsburg, NJ. A calling hour will be held Saturday from 8:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home 289 South Main St., Phillipsburg, NJ. Burial will take place in Gate of Heaven cemetery , East Hanover, NJ.

Mildred M. Dutzar
Mildred M. Dutzar, 86, of Lancaster, PA, formerly of Lopatcong Twp., died Monday, March 15, 1999 the Colonial Hall Rehabilitation Center, Lancaster, PA.
Born August 17, 1912 in Mt. Carmel, Pa, she was the daughter of the late John and Dominica Warcholyk Mudry.
Her husband, the late Michael Dutzar died June 13, 1997.
She is survived by two sons, Dr. Joseph Seventko and John Seventko, both of Lancaster; a daughter, Kathleen Cular or Washington, NJ; two step-sons, John J. Dutzar of Wallington, NJ and Michael Dutzar, III of Largo, Fla.; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Gerald Eldridge
Gerald Eldridge, 72, of Phillipsburg, died Sunday, April 20, 2003 in his home.
He was a machine operator for the Oxford Textile, Inc., Oxford, NJ and was a member of the Union of Needletrades, Industrial & Textile Employees, (UNITE!) AFL-CIO, Local 2247.
Born July 4, 1930 in Phillipsburg, he was the son of the late Lewis, Sr., and Flossie Scribbner Eldridge.
He will be fondly remembered for his love of his family, fishing, gardening and his great cooking.
He was a member of the Citizen's Hose Co., the Liberty Hose company and Club Mohican, all in Easton.
He and his wife, the former Barbara K. Henderson, observed their 4th wedding anniversary last May 9th.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Dale of Phillipsburg and Gerald of Williams Twp.; two daughters, Sheri Ike of Mt. Bethel and Tina Quick of Wescosville; a brother, Leonard of Lopatcong Twp.; a step-son, Charles Kappes; six step-daughters, Betty Frankenfield and Christine Mundy of Phillipsburg, Donna Mundy of Bangor, Barbara Naia of Easton and Diane Haun of East Stroudsburg; eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and fifteen step-grandchildren. His first wife, the former Gertrude Walters, a brother Lewis, Sr. and a sister Edith Mickel all died earlier.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St., Phillipsburg. The Rev. Randy Nelson, pastor of the Phillipsburg Alliance Church, Phillipsburg will preside. Burial will be in the Phillipsburg cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 7-9 pm in the funeral home.
Angelo J. Elmo
Angelo J. Elmo, 77, of Lopatcong Township, died Easter Sunday, April 16, 2006 in HCR ManorCare, Palmer Township.
Born January 24, 1929 in Phillipsburg, he was a son of the late John Sr. and Rose LoCarro Elmo. He graduated Phillipsburg High School in 1946, where he played football for the Phillipsburg Bulldogs, which was undefeated in 1945. He also participated in the activities of "The Old Grey Mare" while in high school. After high school, he worked at Ingersoll-Rand, Cameron Division, Phillipsburg, as a receiving clerk for thirty-eight years, retiring in 1991. Following his retirement, he served for fifteen years as a school crossing guard at the intersection of Center and Green Streets in Phillipsburg. He was a member of Ss. Philip and James Catholic Church, Phillipsburg. He was an active fireman with the Reliance Hose Company from 1953 to 1963. He also was a member of the Order of Fleas, the Lester W. Pfeffer V.F.W. Post and the Citizen's Hose Co., all of Easton. Angelo was a die-hard Phillipsburg High School Wrestling fan, and was also devoted to cheering on his grandson Christopher as he played football and baseball for Easton High School.
Angelo's wife of forty-five years, the former Catherine C. Childs died in 1996.
Survivors include two daughters, Ann Marie Swope and her husband Dale of Palmer Township and Patricia Artuso of Lancaster, Pa; three brothers, George of Alpha, Salvatore of Easton and Carl of Lopatcong; two sisters, Josephine Elmo of Phillipsburg and Mary Jane Paolini of Lopatcong; four grandchildren, Angela and Christopher Swope and Kristen and Gregory Artuso. A brother John and two sisters, Angie Tettamanti and Sadie Ganguzza all died earlier.
Services will begin 9:00 a.m. Thursday in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St., Phillipsburg. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:30 a.m. in the church, 426 South Main St., Phillipsburg. Entombment will be in Holy Apostles Mausoleum, Greenwich Twp. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.
Catherine C. Elmo
Catherine C. Elmo, 63, of Lopatcong Twp., died Thursday, May 30, 1996 in Warren Hospital.
She was a lab technician in the histology department at Warren Hospital for 35 years, last working in 1994.
Born July 15, 1932 in St. Clair, PA, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Catherine Pishko Childs.
She was a member of St. Philip and St. James Catholic Church, Phillipsburg and A.A.R.P.
She and her husband, Angelo, observed their forty-fifth wedding anniversary last August. Survivors in addition to her husband include two daughters, Ann Marie Swope of Palmer Twp. And Patricia Artuso of Lancaster, PA, and four grandchildren.
Services will be held 10:15 AM Saturday from the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St., Phillipsburg followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:45 AM in St. Philip and St. James Catholic Church, 426 So Main St., Phillipsburg. Entombment will be in Holy Apostle's Mausoleum at St. Philip and St. James cemetery , Greenwich Twp. Calling hours will be held this evening from 7-9 PM in the funeral home.

Charlette Ann Eryilmaz
Charlette Ann Eryilmaz, 36, of Phillipsburg, formerly of Easton, died Wednesday, May 3, 2006 in her home as a result of a fire.
Charlette enjoyed cooking and formerly worked as a cook at the Cracker Barrel Restaurant in Clinton, NJ.
Born June 6, 1969 in Easton, she was a daughter of Helen S. Werkheiser Lozier, of Easton and the late Charles Swint.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by a son, Cary Lozier; three daughters, Javonda Bivins, Joy Lozier and Fatma Eryilmaz; a sister, Sarah Jean Werkheiser and several aunts and uncles and her former husband, Mehmet Eryilmaz.
Memorial services will be held 11 a.m., Saturday in the Legacy Ministries Church, 120 South 12th St., Easton, PA. The family will begin to receive visitors at 10 a.m. prior to the services in the church. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main Street, Phillipsburg, N.J.

Ben Esquilin, Jr.
Ben Esquilin, Jr., 56, of Harmony Township, died Tuesday, June 17, 2003 in his home.
Born December 29, 1946 in Juncos, Puerto Rico, he is the son of Ben Esquilin, Sr., of Juncos, Puerto Rico and the late Maxine Pratts Esquilin.
Ben was raised and educated in New York City. He graduated with a B.A. Degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, after which he taught fine arts and architectural design in the New York public schools. He was also in administration at the Roosevelt Hospital in New York City. Ben opened a custom tailor men's shop in Easton called U.S. Male, which was noted for its interior architectural design that became a landmark in the historic downtown area. He was a member of the American Clothing Designers Association. He last worked as an ophthalmic assistant to his long-time friend and business partner, Dr. Maurice Ehrlich, whos office is located in Lopatcong Township.
Ben was known to all for his wit, charm and unfailing artistic judgment and love for the subtle and understated. He designed his own home in Harmony Township, which is constructed in the American federal style and spent years locating American antique furniture appropriate for the structure. He was a host for many musical recitals by area artists performed in the large music room of his home that overlooks the Delaware River. Ben had a special love in his heart for all dogs, especially the borzoi breed. His sudden and premature death is a tragic loss for all who knew and loved him.
In addition to his father and Dr. Ehrlich, he is survived by four uncles, Angel Pratts of New York City, Eddy, Hector and Frank Pratts, all of Juncos, Puerto Rico; an aunt, Julia Rodriguez of Lopatcong Twp.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St., Phillipsburg. Burial will be in the Calvary cemetery , Harmony Township. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of services Friday in the funeral home.

Jerry Wayne Evans, 34, of Phillipsburg, NJ, died Saturday, April 12, 1997 in the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, in Philadelphia, PA.
He worked for several employers, including Al's Liquor Store, Frank's Texaco and McGinley Mills, Inc., all in Phillipsburg; Quality Packaging Co., Flemington, NJ
Born Wednesday, March 27, 1963 in Phillipsburg, he is the son of Wayne Evans of Dade City, Fla., and Viola Tuskes Evans of Phillipsburg, NJ.
He was of the Lutheran faith.
He served with the National Guard.
He is a 1981 graduate of the Warren County Vocational Technical School, Washington, NJ
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a step-mother, Yvonne Volkert Evans of Dade City Fla.; two daughters, Janeen Kelly of Easton, PA and Madeline Evans of Phillipsburg; a brother, Alan W. of Alpha, NJ; a sister, Roberta of Easton, PA.; a half-brother, Wayne E., of Easton; two step-brothers, James R. Meglic of Easton and Gregg J. Meglic of Tatamy, PA.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 S. Main St., Phillipsburg, NJ. Burial will be in the Northampton Memorial Shrine, Palmer Twp., PA. Alice M. Farina
Alice M. Farina, 84, of Phillipsburg, died Tuesday, January 6, 2004 in Warren Hospital.
She had formerly worked for Dixie Cup in Easton.
Born February 26, 1919 in Phillipsburg, she was a daughter of the late Marshall and Myrtle Savacool Francis.
She was of the Methodist faith.
Alice will be remembered for her love of jazz and big band music. She often went to Atlantic City, just to hear the music.
Her husband, Louis died in 1987.
She is survived by a brother, William E. Francis of Phillipsburg, a sister, Jane Strouse of North Port, Fla.; three nieces, Nancy Hastings of Mobile, Ala., Jo Ann Standlick of Bath, Pa., and Betty Jane Gajate of Miami, Fla. and two nephews, James Francis of Morristown, N.J. and Jeffrey Francis of Blairstown, N.J., a cousin, Olive Hower of Easton and sister-in-law, Rita Francis of Hackettstown. Two brothers, Marshall and Harold died earlier.
Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St., Phillipsburg, N.J., with the Rev. William Spangler, Pastor of the Wesley Methodist United Church, Phillipsburg, officiating. Burial will be in the Fairmount cemetery , Phillipsburg. Visitation will be held Sunday from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
Charles W. Feagley, III
Charles W. Feagley, III, 70, of Palmer Twp., died Thursday, July 25, 1996 in Easton Hospital, Wilson Boro.
He worked in the maintenance department at the Holiday Inn, Bethlehem for past several years. He formerly worked for Service Master of Easton, the parts department of Phillipsburg Motors and Rauby's Gas Station in Easton.
Born August 15, 1926 in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Charles W., II and Della Grim Feagley.
He was a member of the Democratic Association of Bethlehem, the Wilson Boro Republican Club, Lester Pfeffer American Legion Post, Easton, the BPO Elks Lodge number 121 of Easton, the Amvets Post number 17 of Easton, the Order of Fleas, Easton and the Palmer Volunteer Fire Co., Number 2, Wilson Boro.
He is survived by one son, Charles W., IV, of Bethlehem; one grandson, a companion, Shirley Ott Feagley, and several nieces and nephews. Two brothers, Jack and Jere both died earlier.
Private cremation will be held under the direction of the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St., Phillipsburg. There will be no services or calling hours.
