MacWilliams, John F.
John F. MacWilliams, 78, of Rio Grande, passed away on Sunday, September 21, 2003 at home. Born in Washington, PA, he had lived here for 24 years after moving from Havertown, PA. He was a bus driver for SEPTA. He was a Navy Veteran of World War II.
Mr. MacWilliams is survived by his wife, Pearl; his sons, George of Drexel Hill, PA, and John of Angleton, TX; his daughters, Lana Ross of Rio Grande, and Cathy Parras of Rio Grande; his nine grandchildren; and his six great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, where relatives and friends may call after 10:00 a.m. Interment will be in the Cape May County Veterans cemetery, Cape May Court House.
MacWilliams, Stacey Marie
Stacey Marie MacWilliams, 26, of Rio Grande, NJ, died on Monday, March 29, 2004, at home. She was born in Drexel Hill, PA, and lived here almost twenty years. She was a certified nurses aide at North Cape Elder Care. She enjoyed drawing, reading, and writing poems, and collected dolphins.
She is survived by her daughter: Brianna Marx; mother: Catherine Parras of Rio Grande; father: Chris Parras of PA; brother: Bill Parras; sisters: Marianne and Victoria Parras, all of PA; maternal grandmother: Pearl MacWilliams of Rio Grande; paternal grandmother: Mary Parras of PA; uncles: John and George MacWilliams and their families; aunt and uncle: Lana and Lewis Ross of Rio Grande; aunt: Dina and family of PA; cousin: Kristey and Joe Angelino of Rio Grande; nieces: Ashley, Erica, Alicia and Victoria; nephew: Justin; and her dearest and closest friends.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, April 2, 2004, at 12:00 PM at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Av., Cape May Court House, NJ, where friends may call 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM. Ginny earned her associate's degree at BCC. She was an administrative assistant at JSA in Shamong for the past 10 yrs., she was formerly with GE (Lockheed-Martin) of Moorestown. She was an active member of the DAR, the BCC Life Program, formerly a member of the Delanco Women's Club. Ginny was active in the Wiley Church for 20 yrs. and a former member of the Riverside Moravian Church. She was a choir member in many churches since she was 5 yrs. old. There will be a viewing on Tuesday eve 7-9 PM at the Bradley Funeral Home Rt. 73 & Evesham Rd. Marlton. Another viewing will be held Wed. morning from 10- 11 AM in the Wiley Church Main St. Marlton, where there will be a funeral service at 11 AM.

MRS. MADARA WORKED AS A SEAMSTRESS FOR STAINTON'S DEPARTMENT STORE IN OCEAN CITY, NJ FOR 14 YEARS BEFORE HER RETIREMENT IN1973.
SHE WAS ONE OF THE FOUNDERS AND PAST PRESIDENT OF THE MARMORA VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY, PAST PRESIDENT OF THE VFW OF MARMORA, PAST PRESIDENT OF THE AMERICAN LEGION ROSS, WATCHCO, SAPP POST IN TUCKAHOE, AND PAST PRESIDENT OF THE UPPER TOWNSHIP RESCUE SQUAD. SHE WAS A MEMBER OF THE CAPE MAY COUNTY NEEDLE WORK GUILD, AND A LIFE MEMBER OF TRINITY UNITED METHODIST CHURCH IN MARMORA, NJ.

She was a former member of Blessed Sacrament Church, Miners Mills PA and had worked in a cigar factory and various dress factories in Wilkes-Barre. Mrs. Magalski was a member of the ILGWU. William D. Magarino, age 80, of Red Bank died Monday, August 27, 2007 at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. He was a driver for Freedman's Bakery before retiring 15 years ago. Born in Long Branch, he had lived the past 8 years in Red Bank. William was a communicant of Holy Trinity R.C. Church, Long Branch and served his country honorably in the US Army. He was predeceased by his wife, Faye Magarino in 1997 and a brother Anthony Magarino. Surviving is a son William Magarino of West Long Branch; a daughter Margaret Kokie, Allentown, PA; 2 brothers, Samuel Magarino and Robert Magarino both of Sparta; a sister, Josephine Chevalier of Long Branch and 2 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 29, from 2-4, and 7-9 pm at the Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Ave., (on the corner of Third Ave.), Long Branch. Funeral Thursday, 10 am from the funeral home followed by a 11 am Mass at Holy Trinity Church, Long Branch.

Mildred E. Magauran, age 75, of Avalon, NJ, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, July 10, 2009, at Crest Haven Transitional Care Center. She was born in Philadelphia, PA, the daughter of the late William and Mildred (nee Klemm) Hantwerker. She was a retired certified nurses' aide. A former resident of Delran and Cinnaminson, she lived here permanently since 1999. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Avalon and the Bell Choir; a member of the Avalon Garden Club; the Civic Association; Fishing Pier and the Senior Citizens Club. She was also a poll worker on Election Day.
She is survived by her husband of fifty seven years, Edward D.; a son, Edward D., Jr. and his wife, Marsha; two daughters, Donna Carey and Deanna Raby and her husband, Glenn; a sister, Joyce Buckley and her husband, Francis; four grandchildren, Gregory, Jonathan, Kathryn, and Jennifer; and a great grandson, Zachary.

He was a retired pressman for the United Paperworkers International Union Local 381 for 25 years retiring in 2001.
Bron in Englewood, he had lived in Teaneck before coming to Little Ferry 10 years ago.

A member of Laurel Springs Baptist Church for 28 years. James was a kind and gentle man, who always had a smile for everyone and who spent his entire life devoted to his family and always actively participated in their interests and activities. Beloved wife of Scott Magrann of Shamong NJ and loving mother of Matthew Magrann USN of San Diego CA and Katie Magrann of Shamong NJ. She is also survived by her parents, John and Rose Piontkowski of Medford NJ and a brother, John Piontkowski also of Medford NJ. Joanne was a graduate of Rutgers University. Joanne celebrated life to its fullest with devotion to family and friends and unselfish giving to her community. A former Girl Scout Troop Leader, Joanne was active in many Indian Mills school activities such as; Art Fair, Room Mom, Talent Show and programs at Shawnee High School like Band Parents Association and Library volunteer. Joanne also was catechism teacher for Holy Eucharist Church.
