Krieg, Julia A.
Julia A. Krieg, 76, of Wildwood Crest, passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at home. Born in Scranton, PA to the late Casper and Angelina (Torriero) Abbott, she moved to Wildwood Crest nine years ago from Avalon, where she had lived since 1976 when she moved from Yeadon, PA. She was a member of Church of the Assumption in Wildwood Crest and of the Women's Card Club. She enjoyed going to Harrah's and loved her grandchildren. An amazing cook, she made everything from scratch.
Mrs Krieg is survived by her son, Mark Krieg and his wife, Leslie of Berwyn, PA; her daughter, Julia Fazio of Wildwood Crest; her sister, Patricia Catagnus of Richardson, TX; and her four grandchildren, Ciera, Michael, Alex, and Colton. She was preceded in death by her husband, William on July 22, 2008 and her sister, Constance Hoedt.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 6, 2009 at 2:30 p.m. at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, where visitation will begin at 1:30 p.m. Interment will be in the Cape May County Veterans cemetery. KRIER, Anna N. (nee Natale), on January 20, 2010, of Mt Laurel NJ, born and raised in South Philadelphia. Age 80. Beloved wife of the late John Krier Sr. Loving mother of John 'Skip' Krier, Jr. and his wife, Donna and Alan Krier and his wife, Donna. Dear grandmother of Jenna, Kelsey, Lindsey, Alan John and Lisa. Betty Kraemer Kroberger, 89, of Cape May Court House, NJ, died on Tuesday, January 25, 2005 at the Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital, Cape May Court House, NJ. She was born in Lehighton, PA, and lived here since 2001 coming from Ocean City, NJ and Philadelphia, PA. She retired from the Frankford High School, Philadelphia, where she taught Home Economics after twenty years of service. She was a member of Our Saviour Lutheran Church of Stone Harbor, NJ, and a past member of the First Presbyterian Church of Lehighton, PA.
She is survived by her sister, Janice Heffner of Leesburg, FL; and two nieces: Alison Logan of Cape May Court House, NJ, and Pamela Humbert of Indian Head, MD.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2005, at 10:00 AM at Our Saviour Lutheran Church, 92nd St. and Third Av., Stone Harbor, NJ, where friends may call at 9:30 AM. CHARLES T. KROH SR., of Sicklerville, NJ, formerly of Williamstown, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 10th, 2007 at home surrounded by his family. He was 69. Born in Gloucester City, NJ, he is the son of the late Harry F. & Edna M. Kroh Sr. A former Flight Attendant for 8 yrs. with Spirit Airlines, Charles is a Graduate of Gloucester City H.S. Class of 1954 and went on to Gloucester Co. College. He is the former owner of Charles T. Kroh Insurance Agency and was the Director of the Williamstown Motor Vehicle Agency from 1984 to 1992. Prior to this he worked at the Wheaton Corp. in Millville and RCA in Camden, NJ. A former Freeholder in Gloucester Co. from 1980 to 1983, he was a Past Pres. of the Monroe Midget Football League, a Past Natl. Dir, State V.P., and Local Pres. of the Jaycee's of Williamstown and also served as a Little Leaque Umpire. He is a 45 year member of the Williamstown U.M.C. and since 2000 attended Sicklerville U.M.C. He is also a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Charles is the Beloved Husband of Roberta (Nee McNaughton) Kroh and the Loving Father of Charles T. Kroh Jr. and his wife Mary, Dana A. Densten and her husband Scott all of Burlington, NJ and R. Douglas Kroh and his wife Kris of Edgerton, MN. He is also survived by his brother Harry F. Kroh Jr. and his wife Peggy of N. Ft. Myers, FL, his Grandchildren Tyler, Madison, Jacob, Thomas, Kameron, Hannah and Amber and also 2 Nieces and 4 Nephews. Kubiak, Veronica Dorothy
Veronica Dorothy Kubiak, 93, a hairdresser for 55 years, who had lived in the Fairview section of Camden and had operated Veronica's Beauty Shop there for 45 years, died at home in Haddon Heights on February 6, 2002.
Mrs. Kubiak retired in 1984 and lived the next 17 years in Haddon Heights with her daughter, Dorothy K. Moran, her son-in-law, John Moran, Jr., and her two grandchildren, Christyn and Jaimee.
Mrs. Kubiak was the second born of the eight daughters of Bronislawa Majewski Serba and Adam Serba who came to America from Bialystok, Poland in the late 1890's. She was born in McKeesport, PA on March 14, 1908 and moved as an infant with her family to Camden, NJ.
She graduated from St. Joseph's Grammar School in South Camden and Beauty Culture School. She was active in the Church choir and Sodality, having served as president. She was the widow of Joseph Martin Kubiak, whom she married
October 12, 1935 in Camden. They lived a few years in Woodbine, NJ where she operated a beauty salon. She and her husband, who owned the Williamstown Feed Co., moved to Fairview, Camden in 1939. She was active in St. Joan of Arc Church and attended Mass daily, until moving to Haddon Heights in 1984.
Mrs. Kubiak is survived by her son, Ronald M. Kubiak of Fairview; her daughter, Dorothy K. Moran and son-in-law, John J. Moran, Jr. of Haddon Heights; two grandchildren, Christyn Moran Newman of Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY and Jaimee Moran of Philadelphia. She is also survived by her sisters, Lucille Bembenek of Mt. Laurel, NJ and Leona Pawlak of Haddon Heights, NJ; by 25 nieces and nephews and 50 grandnieces and grandnephews. She was predeceased by her husband on December 13, 1965 and later by her sisters: Sophia Piotrowski, Mary Andraka, Jane Szkudlarek, Sr. M. Sylvia, CSSF and Anna Toczylowski.
Friends may call from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, February 8, 2002 and from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. on February 9, 2002 at the John A. Healey Funeral Home, 9 White Horse Pike, Haddon Heights. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on February 9, 2002 at St. Rose of Lima Roman Catholic Church, 4th Avenue at Kings Highway, Haddon Heights. Burial will be in St. Joseph's cemetery, Chews Landing, NJ.
Kubiak, Kathryn E.
Kubiak, Kathryn E. (nee Moore) of Nevada, Sarasota, Fl., and Woodbine, NJ, died May 29, 2006 from complications of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. She was born in Wildwood, NJ to the late Rev. Harry T. and Rose Froelich Moore of Woodbine on February 25, 1932. She was a graduate of Millville High School 1951. She married
the love of her life John M. Kubiak of Woodbine in 1952. Kathryn worked at Woodbine State School as a certified cook and baker before moving to Florida in 1971 and worked at Area Office Machines for several years before retiring. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church, taught many Sunday school classes from third grade up to Senior Lady Adult classes. She also sang in the Choir and in special singing group with her close friends. John and Kathryn moved to Nevada in 2000 to be with their daughter and family. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, John M. of Nevada. Daughter Rosemarie K. Hall (husband James), son John C of Florida. Also surviving is her sister, Rosemarie (husband Doug) Willey of Indiana, grandchildren Renee and Mary Hall of Nevada, John and Kara Kubiak of Florida, and great-grandson Daniel Kubiak of Florida, and many family and friends. Kathryn is predeceased by her parents Harry and Rose Moore, brothers Charles A. Moore, Harry J. Moore (Junior), and Paul K. Moore. Kathryn accepted the Lord into her life in 1969, and has her angel wings in Heaven with Jesus and her family on Hallelujah Boulevard and Amen Avenue! John 3:16. Kuhn, Milton William
Kuhn, Milton William, 90, of Avalon and Stone Harbor, passed away on October 18, 2008. Milt was born in Philadelphia, PA October 1, 1918 during the great influenza epidemic. He is survived by his wife Elsie Rooth Kuhn and they have just celebrated their 67th wedding anniversary.
Milt grew up in Philadelphia. He attended Frankford High School and Penn State University. He served as an officer in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was past president of the Frankford and Stone Harbor Lions Clubs, and has over 55 years of service in Lionism. He was Commodore of the Avalon Yacht Club and has promoted local sailing with M.A.Y.R.A. for 50 years. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Helen Diller Home and was as active member of the community.
Milt is survived by his two sons Milton M. Kuhn (Joyce) and Gary R. Kuhn (Elaine); his three grandchildren, Kirsten K. Eckard (Douglas), Erika R. Kuhn, and Travis J. Kuhn (Allison); and two great grandsons Alex and Brett.
A Memorial Service will be celebrated at Our Saviour Lutheran Church, 92nd Street and Third Avenue, Stone Harbor, Thursday, October 23, at 10:30 a.m.

Kuhns, Sr., Glen A.
Glen A. Kuhns, Sr., age 57 years of Dennisville, NJ died on Sunday, January 25, 2009 at the Cape Regional Medical Center, Cape May Court House, NJ. Born in Cape May Court House to June Leahey and the late Glendon Kuhns, Glen was a lifetime Cape May County resident. He retired in 2005 after twenty three years of service as a Letter Carrier in Sea Isle City, was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War, past head of Dennis Township Recreation and was a well known professional musician who played guitar along with Skip Kehr and the Fourmost.
He is survived by his beloved wife of thirty four years Pamela (nee Fox) Kuhns, his mother June Kuhns of Woodbine, his son Glen A., Jr. and his wife Christina Kuhns, of Palm Harbor, FL, his daughter Karen and her husband Mark Langley of Millville, NJ, his sister Linda and her husband Roy Aprill of Lindsay, OK and his five grandchildren; Savana, William, Jason, Bella & Gavin.

RUSSELL A. KUMPEL of Southampton, NJ, passed away on Saturday, October 4, 2003 at the Virtua Memorial Hospital in Mt. Holly, NJ. He was 88 yrs. of age. Born in Medford, NJ, he has resided in Southampton for the past 59 yrs. moving there from Marlton, NJ. A Retired Farmer and refrigeration service man, he has worked in the area his whole life and serviced many area farms through his Agri-refrigeration service company. He also served many of the families in the Leisuretowne area as a airconditioning & appliance handyman. He is the beloved husband of Anna H. Lydia Tavares Kurchner, age 74 of Long Branch died Saturday, January 15, 2005 at the Specialty Hospital at Monmouth, Long Branch. She was the proprietor of Lydia's, West Long Branch for 30 years before retiring. Born in Newark, she had lived in Long Branch for 40 years. Lydia was a gift to the world and all that knew her. She was predeceased by her parents, Benjamin and Santina Tavares; a sister, Cleo Dlugosz; and a niece Renee Stolz.
Surviving is her beloved husband Jerry Kurchner, her loving children Robin Viola, James Kurchner, and Jason Kurchner; and 6 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 17, from 7 - 9 pm at the Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Ave, on the corner of Third, in Long Branch with a funeral service to begin at 8:30 pm. Entombment will be Tuesday at Beth Israel Memorial Park, Woodbridge.
Kurzejewski, Catherine Murphy
Catherine Murphy Kurzejewski, age 84 of West Long Branch died Friday, January 21, 2005 at Kindred Hospital, Dover. She was a Librarian at Monmouth University before working as a Civil Service Library Technician at Ft. Monmouth, and part time Librarian at West Long Branch Public Library. She retired from Ft. Monmouth in 1995 and continued at the West Long Branch Public Library, retiring in 2003. She was a Long Branch High School Graduate, a communicant and member of the Altar Rosary Society, of St. Jerome Roman Catholic Church, West Long Branch. She was a member, and past Recording Secretary, of the Ft. Monmouth Military Retiree Council, Member of the Army Community Services Volunteer, Military Widows Support Group, Member of Ft. Monmouth Officers Wives Club, Member of Monmouth County Library Association and a Volunteer at the Ft. Monmouth Library. Born in Poughkeepsie, NY, she had lived in Long Branch, Oceanport, and West Long Branch. She was predeceased by her husband, Louis Kurzejewski in 1980.
Surviving are a son and daughter in law, John L. and Debbie Kurzejewski, Westbrookville, NY; 2 daughters and 2 sons in law, Marguerite and Phil Aromando, Florham Park; Mary and Gordon Milliken, North Aurora, IL; a brother, John Murphy, Long Branch; a sister, Peggy Nevins, Cape May Courthouse; 7 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 25, from 2-4, 7-9 pm at Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Ave on the corner of Third, Long Branch. Funeral Wednesday at 9:00 am from the funeral home followed by a 10:00 am Mass St Jerome Church. Interment will be at Glenwood cemetery, West Long Branch. A retired Contractor, he worked in the construction business for many years and was also the President of the Congregation of the Temple Saint Zonkava in Phila., PA. Rita I. Kuzan, nee Vinci, of Sea Isle City, NJ and Newtown Square, PA died on Monday, May 10, 2004. She was born in Philadelphia, PA. She and her husband, Joseph, who survives, were married
on February 16, 1952, at St. Joseph's Church in Sea Isle City. She was a tutor having taught high school children and enjoyed spending her time between her homes in Sea Isle City and Newtown Square.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph; daughters: Rita M. Turner of Lancaster, CA and Barbara Ann Kuzan of Mt. Laurel, NJ; brother: John Vinci, Jr., of Stone Harbor, NJ; sisters: Helen Venuto of Vineland, NJ, Sadie R. Wenzel of Milqaukee, WI, and Jean N. Buoy of Ocean City, NJ; and grandson: Curtis Turner of Lancaster, CA.

Janet K. Huxley Kwasniak age 58 of Long Branch died Sunday December 21, at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch.
She was employed by Welsh Farms Convenience Store, Long Branch. She was a member of V.F.W. Post #2140 Ladies Auxiliary, Long Branch. She was a Green Bay Packer fan. KWIATKOWSKI on Febraury 16, 2002, Marie (nee Schick) of Marlton, formerly of Philadelphia. Age 65. Beloved wife of Leon Kwiatkowski and loving sister of George Schick Jr. of Philadelphia and Joan Grazer of Marlton. She is the mother of the late Mark Kwiatkowski. Kwiatkowski, Joan A.
Joan (nee Schick) Kwiatkowski, age 69 of Berlin NJ, died peacefully on March 6, 2009 after a courageous battle with lung cancer. She is predeceased by her parents Marie L. (Farro) and George D. Schick and her siblings Gertrude, George and Marie Schick. Joan will be missed by her husband, and soul mate Leon Kwiatkowski, who filled her life with so many wonderful moments. She is also survived by her two children, Christopher and Amy Grazer whom she loved unconditionally and who will miss the person who believed in them most. Also left to miss her are her niece Barbara (Schick) Ellison, her husband Graham and son Tim. There are also dozens of life-long friends who will greatly miss her as she had the gift of making each know that she was always on their side. Joan made friends everywhere she went and kept them throughout her life. She grew up in Philadelphia and after graduating from Bartram High School she worked as the secretary for the Commander to the Philadelphia Naval Base until departing to raise her family in Marlton, N.J. Joan resumed her career in the mid-80's at Inter-Boro Savings Bank, later moving on to School Lunch Computer Services. She also spent many successful years at Pat McKenna Realtors where she built lasting friendships, retiring in 2006. Her many interests included tennis, gardening, visiting the Jersey shore, eating out with friends, traveling, her basset hounds, bird watching, great fits of laughing, Christmas, family traditions, and savoring her glasses of port wine over ice. Until the end, Joan stayed true to herself--beautiful, generous, and funny. Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing on Tuesday from 7-9pm at the Bradley Funeral Home Rt. 73 and Evesham Rd.
