She was born in Philadelphia and moved to this area thirty years ago. She was a direct care worker at the Woodbine Developmental Center. She is survived by her children: Sherry and Nicole D'Ambrosio of Whitesboro, NJ and William Kent of Villas, NJ; three brothers: Clifford, Donald and Richard Feather; eight grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward K. on November 6, 1990. Keough of East Berlin PA. He is survived by a brother, Frank Keough and 4 sisters, Betty Rota, Peggy Cregan, Rosemary Whalen and Gerry Caulfield. Also survived by a sister in law, Adelaide Keough and many loving nieces and nephews. Mr. Keough is a veteran of the US Navy during WW II. He was a Field Engineer for IBM and a Facilities Manager for Cigna and a member of the Acme Accordion School, Pitman NJ. Richard D. Kern, 69, of Cape May Court House, died on Wednesday, May 29, 2002 at Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital. He was born in Camden, NJ and moved here in 1974 from Long Island, NY. He was an Army Veteran of the Korean War. He worked as a Sheriff's Officer for eight years and then as a floor supervisor at the Taj Mahal Casino for 14 years. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police in Wildwood and the VFW Post 3509.
Mr. Kern is survived by his wife, Josephine (nee Layton); his children, Richard Kern of Lynbrook, NY, and Robin Panettiere of Island Park, NY; his step children, Alice Garrison of Orlando, FL, Patricia Garrison of Orlando, FL, Georgene Wilson of Philadelphia, PA, William Garrison of Rio Grande, and John Garrison of Rio Grande; his sisters, Carole Fisher of Chincoteague Island, VA, and Claire Chilktownsky of Medford; 20 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 1 at 11:00 a.m. at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, where friends may call after 10:00 a.m. Interment will be in Green Creek Methodist cemetery.

Joseph V. Kern, 92, died on Friday, December 20, 2002, at the Absecon Manor in Galloway Township, NJ. He was born in Philadelphia, PA and lived in Roxborough before moving here in 1994. He was a retired tool and die maker for the Eastern Specialty Company in Philadelphia. He was a member of Our Lady of the Angels Church, Cape May Court House, NJ.
He is survived by his daughters: Rose Hopson of Greensboro, NC, and Dolores H. Elsey of Cape May Court House; ten grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rose in 1992.

She is survived by her sons: Donald Kern of South Dennis, NJ, and Joseph Kern of Prince Edward Island, Canada; daughter: Joan Awe of Raleigh, NC; eleven grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Edward F.
Graveside funeral services will be 12:30 PM on Friday, October 18, 2002, at Pinelawn cemetery, Babylon, NY. There is no calling time.

Elizabeth "Betty" J. Garrison Kern, age 85, of Cape May Court House, NJ, died on Tuesday, June 2, 2009, at the Crest Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born in South Seaville, NJ, the daughter of the late Howard and Lillian Grace Tozer and was a lifetime county resident. Betty enjoyed cooking, raising vegetables in her garden and growing apple trees.
She is survived by a son, Enos W. (Diane) Garrison of Cape May Court House, NJ; two grandchildren and three great grandchildren; two step grandchildren and one step great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Enos Garrison, Jr., a son, William "Butch" Garrison and seven sisters and two brothers.
A viewing will be held at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, NJ on Saturday, June 6, 2009, at 1:00 p.m. followed by services at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be in Union cemetery, South Dennis, NJ.

Mrs. Kerr retired in 1999 after 25 years as the tax assessor for Evesham Twp. She was an officer with the NJ State Tax Assessor's Association, and a volunteer for the Danielle Association. She was employed by Macy's Department Store, Eatontonwn in Retail Sales then Management.
She was born in Bayonne, she lived in Toms River for 40 years before moving to Keyport 9 years ago.
She was an avid New York visitor. Member of the Sinatra Society and the Musical Heritage Society.
She was pre-deceased by her son, Dennis S. Kessler in 2001. Surviving are a son, Ronald C. Kessler of Bayville; two daughters, Nancy Phalanukorn of Oceanport and Marguerite Swirbell of Toms River; one brother, Frederick Boy of Whiting, NJ; two sisters, Joan Rizzi of Wayne and Judy Hartle of St. Augustine, FL; 7 grandchildren her step mother, Nina Boy of St. Petersburg, FL and her dearest love, John Mastres of Keyport

Raymond Kielbasinski, 83, of South Dennis, NJ, died on Monday, August 29, 2005, at the Court House Convalescent Center. He was born in Philadelphia, PA, and lived in this area for thirty three years. He was an Army Veteran of World War II, and was a retired driver for the Brink's Armoured Car Service. He was a member of the Thurston Elmer Wood Post 198 of the American Legion and a member of the Polish American Club.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Henrietta, in 2003. He is survived by a nephew, Edward Z. Miller, of Philadelphia.

Henrietta Kielbasinski, 90, of South Dennis, passed away on Sunday, November 2, 2003 at her home. She was born in Poland to the late Roman and Florentyna (Targoski) Olczak. She had moved here 31 years ago from Philadelphia, where she worked for Insurance Company of North America. She was a member of the Polish American Club.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Raymond; and her nephew, Edward Z. Miller of Philadelphia.
