Abraham Cicale
Abraham Cicale, 87, of Phillipsburg, died Wednesday, January 14, 2004 in the East Orange Veterans Hospital, East Orange, NJ.
He last worked was a delivery driver for Wilson Products in Easton for more than 15 years and previously worked as a dyer for the former Sanco Piece Dye Works in Phillipsburg.
Born August 31, 1916 in Martins Creek, he was a son of the late John and Rose Triani Cicale.
He was an veteran of the Army Air Corp.
He was a member of St. Philip and St. James Catholic Church, Phillipsburg.
His wife, the former Betty Gillett died earlier.
Survivors include a son, Barry J. of Hamilton Twp., N.J.; two daughters, Janet Fitzpatrick of Concord Calif. and Virginia Cicale of Phillipsburg; three sisters, Ida Principato and Laura Molnar, both of Wilson Borough and Elizabeth DelBacco of Bangor, Pa. and four grandchildren. Six brothers, Salvatore, Louis, Gerry, Frank, Albert and Dominic and two sisters, Mary Galati and Pauline Manieri both died earlier.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St., Phillipsburg. Burial will be in St. Philip and St. James cemetery , Greenwich Twp. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until time of services Saturday in the funeral home.
Albert V. Cicale
Albert V. Cicale, 64, of Avona Heights, Wilson Borough, died Friday, October 26, 2001 in his home.
He retired from the Clinton Water Department in Clinton, NJ in 1995. He was also a former was a police sergeant and a temporary acting police chief in Clinton.
Born September 9, 1937 in Harmony, NJ, he was the son of the late John and Rosa Triani Cicale.
He was a Navy and Army veteran.
He was a member of the West Easton Athletic Association.
He is survived by a brother, Abraham of Phillipsburg; three sisters, Laura Molnar, Ida Principato, both of Wilson Borough and Elizabeth DelBacco of Bangor and many nieces and nephews. Five brothers, Dominic, Salvatore, Louis, Gerry and Frank and two sisters, Mary Galati and Pauline Manieri all died earlier.
Funeral services will be held 9:00 a.m. Tuesday from the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 S Main St., Phillipsburg. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in St. Philip and St. James Catholic Church, 426 South Main St., Phillipsburg. Burial will be in the parish cemetery , Greenwich Twp., NJ. Calling hours will be held Monday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the funeral home.

Theresa Cicale
Theresa Cicale, 72, formerly of Phillipsburg, died Tuesday, April 22, 1997 in her home in Lopatcong Twp.
Born August 6, 1924 in Easton, she was the daughter of the late Natale and Ann Marie Belloni Macaluso.
She was a member of St. Philip and St. James Catholic Church, Phillipsburg.
Her husband, Salvatore Cicale died December 28, 1994.
She is survived by one son, Wayne C. of Nazareth; one daughter, Patricia A. McGinley of Lopatcong Twp.; two sisters, Margaret Richards of Bethlehem Twp., PA and Mary E. O'Hara of Levittown, PA, and three grandchildren. Four brothers, Joseph, Natale, Patsy and Russell, as well as three sisters, Mae Barrett, Lucy Pestik and Sadie (Last name unknown), all died earlier.
Funeral services will be held 9:00 a.m. Friday from the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St., Phillipsburg. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. in St. Philip and St. James Catholic Church 426 South Main St., Phillipsburg. There will be no calling hours. Entombment will be in the Holy Apostle's Mausoleum, Greenwich Twp., NJ.

Jennie Cicero
Jennie Cicero, 86, of Phillipsburg, died Tuesday, July 18, 1995 in Warren Hospital.
Born March 2, 1909 in Easton, she was the daughter of the late Salvatore and Neva Onorato Bartolotta.
She was a member of St. Philip and St. James R.C. Church, Phillipsburg.
Her husband, the late Sebastiano “Charles” Cicero, Sr., died July 1, 1963.
Survivors include two sons, Salvatore of Allentown and Sebastiano A. "Charlie", Jr. of Phillipsburg; five daughters, Josephine Giglio of Wilson Borough, Pa., Neva Cicero-Wells of Bangor, Pa., Joanne D’Angelo of Phillipsburg, NJ, Marilyn C. Bevacqua of Ardmore, PA and Kathi Cicero-Moussa of Palmer Twp., Pa.; a brother, Salvatore and a sister, Santa, both of Phillipsburg; eleven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Three brothers, George, Charles and Samuel all died earlier.
Funeral Services will be held 10:15 AM Friday from the Noto­Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 So. Main St., Phillipsburg followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:45 AM in St. Philip and St. James Roman Catholic Church, 426 So. Main St., Phillipsburg. Sebastiano A. "Charlie" Cicero, Jr., 64, of Phillipsburg, died Monday evening, January 26, 1998 in the Care Center of Brakeley, Lopatcong Twp., where he was a guest for the past three months.
He was a self-employed cook and painter, retiring several years ago.
Born January 29, 1933 in Phillipsburg, he was the son of the late Sebastian, Sr. and Jennie Bartolatta Cicero.
He was a Private E-1 with the Army during the Korean Conflict.
He was of the Catholic faith.
He is survived by a brother, Salvatore of Allentown; five sisters, Josephine Giglio of Wilson Boro, Kathi Cicero-Moussa of Palmer Twp., Joanne D'Angelo of Phillipsburg and Neva Cicero-Wells of Bangor, Dr. Marilyn C. Bevacqua of Newtown Sqaure, PA and eleven nieces and nephews.
Private services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours.

Paul A. Ciemiecki, Sr.
Paul A. Ciemiecki, Sr., 82, of Phillipsburg, died Saturday, February 10, 2001 in Easton Hospital, Wilson Borough, Pa..
He was a maintenance worker for the Phillipsburg Sewer Authority in Phillipsburg for many years until his retirement in 1983. He previously worked as a truck driver for the former Phillipsburg Beverage Co.
Born March 17, 1918 in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of the late Adam and Stella Podwojka Ciemiecki.
He was a member of St. Philip and St. James Catholic Church, Phillipsburg.
He was a first sergeant with the 395th Field Artillery Battalion in the Army during World War Two in Central Europe. He was awarded the American Defense Ribbon, American Theater Ribbon, European-African-Middle Eastern Ribbon, the Good Conduct Medal and the WWII Victory Medal.
He was a member of the V.F. W. of America, the John Dolak American Legion Post in Alpha, the Warren County Rod and Gun Club Number One and the Order of Fleas, Easton. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with children.
His wife, the former Olga Nadine Morris died September 16, 1984.
Survivors include two sons, Paul A., Jr. of Phillipsburg and Jan W. of Worcester, Vermont; a brother, Alfred of Zweikruken, Germany; a sister Genevieve Toloszko of California and two grandchildren. A sister Florence Lowe died earlier.
Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 S Main St., Phillipsburg. Calling hours will be held from 5:00 p.m. until time of services in the funeral home Monday. Burial and military honors will be held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in St. Philip and St. James cemetery , Greenwich Twp.

Pauline Mary Clawson
Pauline Mary Clawson, 80, of Phillipsburg, died Friday, April 27, 2007 in Triumph Hospital, Wilson Borough.
Pauline formerly worked for the Exact Level and Tool Company in High Bridge, NJ.
Born May 19, 1926 in Clinton, NJ, she was a daughter of the late George and Bertha Header Hoffman.
Her husband, the late Arthur Clawson, Sr., died earlier.
She was a former member of the Easton Moose Lodge.
Survivors include a son, Arthur J. Clawson, Jr. of Phillipsburg; a daughter, Cindy E. Bulmer of Phillipsburg; a brother, Robert Schuck and his wife Barbara of Washington, NJ; two sisters, Betty Dipple of Florida and Rose Testa of Phillipsburg; ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Bruce Clawson; two brothers and three sisters.
Services will be held 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St., Phillipsburg. Visitation will be from 6:00 until time of services Wednesday in the funeral home.

Joseph G. Cline
Joseph G. Cline, 66, of White Twp., died Thursday, April 14, 2005 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Twp.
He worked for Victaulic Company of America, Easton, for thirty-seven years, retiring in 2000 as a core room supervisor.
Born May 28, 1938 in Easton, he was a son of the late Walter and Josephine Collura Cline.
He was a 1956 graduate of Easton High School.
He was a private first class in the Army from 1961 to 1963 and served in France and Fort Lee, Va.
Joe will be remembered for his love of his family, especially his grandchildren, Jacob and Margo; his love for woodworking; being a New York Yankees Fan and traveling extensively thoughout the world.
He and his wife, the former Lorraine A. Calafiore, observed their 43rd wedding anniversary September 23rd, 2004.
In addition to his wife and grandchildren, he is survived by a son, Patrick W. and his wife Georganna of Bethlehem, Pa.and a sister, Frances Young of Easton. A brother Walter died earlier.
Joe's family will receive visitors during a period of remembrance on Sunday from 6-8 p.m. in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 S. Main St., Phillipsburg.

Arthur E. Clymer
Arthur E. Clymer, 74, of Phillipsburg, died Thursday, November 25, 1997 in Warren Hospital.
He was a chemical tester and warehouse supervisor for J.T. Baker Chemical Co. In Phillipsburg for forty years, retiring in 1987. He also worked at Lafayette College as a security guard and was a Lopatcong Twp. school crossing guard.
Born May 24, 1923 in Phillipsburg, he was the sone of the late Wilbur L. and Pearl Angst Clymer.
He was a member of the Pilgrim Presbyterian Church in Phillipsburg.
He was a member of the Phillipsburg Lodge Number 52, F.& A.M where he served as a candidate instructor for many years.
He was a member of the Phillipsburg High School Class of 1942.
He was a member of the Italian American Social Club, Phillipsburg.
He and his wife, the former Carolyn R. Smith observed their fiftieth wedding anniversary September 6th.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, James J. of Oceanside, Calif., Gary A. of Easton; a daughter, Linda J. Snyder of Phillipsburg; a brother, Clairmont of Lopatcong Twp.; a sister Pearl Cramer of Bloomsbury and two grandchildren. Three brothers, Stanley, Clifford and Wilbur and a sister, Dorothy McCarthy all died earlier.
Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in the Fairmount cemetery , Phillipsburg. There will be no calling hours.

Joseph H. Cody, 48, of Phillipsburg, died Saturday, June 2, 2001 in Warren Hospital.
He was a self employed painter in the Phillipsburg area.
Born January 26, 1953 in Phillipsburg, he was the son of the late Paul W. and Elizabeth Irene Lore Cody.
He is survived by a daughter, Jamie N. of Easton and a brother William P. of Lopatcong Twp.

Louise J. Colatriano
Louise J. Colatriano, age 89 years, 5 months and 22 days, of Phillipsburg, died Tuesday, August 31, 1999 in her home.
Born Wednesday, March 9, 1910 in Manhattan, NY, she was the daughter of the late Annuncata and Pietro Calise.
She was a member of St. Philip and St. James Roman Catholic Church, Phillipsburg.
Her husband, the late Constantino Colatriano, Sr., died December 7, 1956.
She is survived by a son, Constantino, Jr. of Washington, NJ; three daughters, Rosalie Romeo of Phillipsburg, Carmella Bartolotta of Naperville, Ill and Santa Ragote of West Severna Park, MD; a brother, Frank Calise of Ocala, Fla; a sister, Jenny Castellano of Manhattan, NY; 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Three brothers, Joseph, Vincent and Jack and two sisters, Anna R. Confalone and Rose I. Iannelli all died earlier.
Funeral services will be held 9:00 a.m. Friday from the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St., Phillipsburg, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. Philip and St. James Catholic Church, 426 South Main St., Phillipsburg. The Rev. Richard M. Rusk will be the celebrant for the Mass. Frank Ragote will read the Old Testament reading and Nancy Shober will read the New Testament reading. Marie Bartolotta will be the soloist. The gifts will be presented by great-grandchildren, Megan, Jennifer, Krista and Courtney Colson. A memorial tribute will be read by granddaughter, Louise Pleiss. The pallbearers will be Anthony Colson, Stephen Pleiss, Frank Romeo, Michael Romeo and Ralph LaBar.

Rose Collura
Rose Collura, 87, of Phillipsburg, died Tuesday, August 11, 1998 in Warren Hospital.
She previously worked for various silk mills in the Phillipsburg-Easton area.
Born January 3, 1911 in Phillipsburg, she was the daughter of the late Santo and Antonina Todaro Farina.
She was a member of St. Philip and St. James Catholic Church, Phillipsburg. She was also a member of Catholic Daughters of the Americas, Court Warren 398.
He husband Joseph died October 9, 1987.
She is survived by three sons, Bernard T. and Samuel J., both of Phillipsburg and Joseph L. of Belvidere; a sister Lena Contuzzi of Nazareth; four grandchildren, three step-grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Six brothers, Thomas, Peter, George, Samuel, Charles and Louis and a sister, Josephine all died earlier.
