Hinchliffe, Harold "Jay"
Harold "Jay" Hinchliffe, 65, of South Seaville, died on Sunday, September 1, 2002, at his home. He was born in Philadelphia, and lived here since 1954. He was a retired maintenance employee for the Garden State Parkway. He was a member of the South Dennis United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Helen M. nee Hickman; a son: Douglass J. and his wife, Marcella of Las Cruces, NM; a daughter, Sharon M. Lilla and her husband, Terry of Woodbine; a sister: Janet Jones of Quakertown, PA. He was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Lang.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, September 5, 2002, at 11:00 AM at the South Dennis United Methodist Church, Rte. 47, South Dennis, where friends may call at 10:00 AM. Interment will be in Union cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Church in his memory.
Hindle, Doris R.
Doris R. Hindle, 88, of Avalon Manor, passed away on Thursday, April 3, 2008 at Cape Regional Medical Center. Born in Camden, NJ to the late George and Hannah (Marsland) Thompson, she moved here permanently in 1977 from Brooklawn, NJ after summering here since 1947. She was a former member of the Brooklawn United Methodist Church. She was a 69 year member of the Camden Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star and a 50 year member of The Chatters. She enjoyed traveling with her late husband, John A. Hindle, Sr. and spending winters in Florida. They did not have a lot of time to do things, but they did a lot in the time they had together. She mostly enjoyed time spent with her family.
Mrs. Hindle is survived by her son, George W. Hindle and his wife, Margie; her daughter, Darlean R. Thompson and her husband, Gary; her four grandchildren, Georgann, Mark, Jacqui, and Toni; and her nine great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Edith Roberts.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 7, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, where viewing will begin at 9:00 a.m. Burial will be in the Cape May County Veterans cemetery. Hine, Mary Frances
MARY Frances "Fran" HINE (Nee Edwards) went home to be with the Lord on Friday, January 23, 2009 at the Wiley Home in Marlton, NJ. She was 87 yrs. of age. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was a 39 yr. resident of Mt. Laurel, NJ and recently moved to Marlton. She is the daughter of the late Ralph Carter Edwards and Lillian Brown Edwards and the wife of the late David H. Hine. A devoted wife, mother & grandmother, she served in the Banking and Insurance industry for several years, but dedicated her life to her family. She is the Beloved Mother of David H. Hine Jr. and his wife Lynn of Marlton, NJ and the Loving Grandmother of Talie Hine of Baton Rouge, LA, and David H. Hine III and Jessie Hine both of Marlton., NJ. She is also survived by her nephew Ralph Kirby. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Friday from 10:00 - 11:00 Am at the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, 127 Medford-Mt. Hines, Anthony James
Anthony James Hines, 73, of Cape May Court House, died on Saturday, January 22, 2005 at Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital. He had lived in this area for 11 years after moving from West Milford, NJ. He was an Army Veteran of the Korean War.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth; his sons, Wayne of Pennsylvania, and James of Vernon, NJ; his sister, Margaret Hines of Ridgewood, NJ; and three grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, January 26, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. Viewing will be held on Tuesday, January 25, 2005 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House.
Hines, William Francis
William Francis Hines, 88, of Cape May Court House, died Sunday, September 8, 2002, at the Crest Haven Nursing Home. He was born in Philadelphia, and lived here permanently since 1970. In 1950, he built the Wildwood Park Motel to be managed by his mother. He was a Philadelphia Fireman for twenty seven years, and then in 1970 moved here to manage the motel. He was a member of Our Lady of the Angels Church; the North Wildwood Lodge of the Moose; and the Villas Fishing Club.
He is survived by his wife, Concetta "Connie"; two sons: William F., Jr. and his wife, Diana of Tempe, AZ, and Francis Patrick and his wife, Tara of Cape May Court House; a daughter: Carol A. Hines of Cape May Court House; a sister: Dorothy Rixey of Cape May Court House; ten grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
Funeral Liturgy will be said on Tuesday, September 10, 2002, at 3:00 PM at Our Lady of the Angels Church, Garden State Parkway and East Mechanic St., Cape May Court House, where friends may call at 2:00 PM. Hinkel, Concetta Tina
Concetta Inez Aliotta Hinkel, age 76 of San Antonio, TX formerly of Long branch died Thursday, March 17, 2005 at Methodist Specialty and Transplant Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. Concetta worked as a teacher's aid at Long Branch High School, before working as a Logistics Specialist for Ceacom, Fort Monmouth. Born in Brooklyn, NY she resided in Long Branch most of her life before moving to San Antonio, TX eight years ago. She was predeceased by her husband Edward in 1971. Surviving are her three sons and two daughters in law, Ed & Ann Marie Hinkel of Burlington, NJ, Mark and Diane Hinkel of San Antonio, TX and Robert Hinkel of Long Branch; a daughter and son in law, Donna and Gary Smolokoff of West Long Branch; a sister, Rosemary Joyce of Neptune and a brother, Anthony Aliotta of Long Branch; five grandchildren, David, Gemma and Dean Smolokoff and Stephanie and Christopher Hinkle. Visitation will be held at the Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Ave., (corner of Third Ave.), Long Branch, on Sunday, March 20, from 1-5 pm. Funeral Monday, 8:30 am at the funeral home with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 am at Our Lady Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Church, Long Branch. Hinton, Michael Thomas
Michael Thomas Hinton, 56, of Dennisville, NJ, died on Sunday, January 28, 2007, at home. He was born in Philadelphia, PA, the son of Jane Streaker and the late Luther Hinton. He was an accountant. He was presently employed by the Woodbine Developmental Center. He was a graduate of Kean University. He had lived in this area until his mid-teens and moved to Old Bridge Township, NJ, and returned here seventeen years ago. Michael enjoyed woodworking; traveling, music and history especially Central American culture.
Michael is survived by his wife, Marianne Decker Hinton; his son: Drew M. of Dennisville, NJ; his mother, Jane Anderson of Burleigh, NJ; a brother, Luther of Seattle, WA and his dog, Clancey. He was preceded in death by his step-father, William Anderson.

Received her B.A. from Ursinus College and her Master's Degree from UCLA. Joan was a retired High School teacher. She taught at Grose Isle High School and Fordson High Schools in Michigan. Joan loved all sports, traveling, playing golf, music, needle point, Crewel, playing Bridge, animals, photography, flowers, and she also received her pilots license. Hitt, Patricia E.
Patricia E. Hitt, 67, of South Dennis, passed away on Friday, August 01, 2008 at Cape Regional Medical Center. Born in Atlantic City to the late Frank and Marion (Gunzer) Granese, she moved here in 1980 from Brigantine. She was a graduate of Atlantic City High School Class of 1959. She was the most loving mother and grandmother to her children and grandchildren. She will be sorely missed.
Mrs. Hitt is survived by her husband, Arnie D. Hitt; her son, Robert Hitt of Brigantine; her daughter, Kimberly St. Pierre of Bensalem, PA; and her six grandchildren; Jason, Samantha, Kristie, Kelly, DJ, and Hayley.

Hobbs, James
James Hobbs, 76, of Cape May Court House, died on Tuesday, January 22, 2002 at his home. He was born in Newark, NJ and graduated from Nutley High School. He then enlisted in the United States Army where he served as a sharpshooter in the paratrooper corps in Europe. He received a Purple Heart Medal. When he returned, he earned a BEE at Syracuse University and then was employed for many years by ITT in Nutley in the avionics division. He retired to Cape May County in 1987.
Mr. Hobbs is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Davis Hobbs; his daughter, Pam Hobbs Agababian and her spouse, Byron Agababian, and their children, Arlyn James Agababian and Lucy Margaret Agababian, all of Big Pine Key, FL; and his daughter, Sue Hobbs and her spouse, Phil Dietz, and their child, Eliza Amber Dietz, all of West Cape May.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
