Carl "Sam" Day, Sr., 69, also known as "The Villas Cowboy", died on Thursday, June 5, 2003, at the Cooper Medical Center, Camden, NJ. He was born in Cold Spring, NJ, and was a lifetime county resident. He was a carpenter. He was the son of the late George and Mabel Shaw Day.
He is survived by his former wife and best friend, Jean; his children: Carl, Jr. of Clarksville, TN, Tina Keever of Dias Creek, NJ, Debbie Seitz of Orlando, FL, Brenda Roberts of Jacksonville, FL, Sandy Day and Darlene Day both of the Villas, NJ, and Michael of Goshen, NJ; sister: Lydia M. Chester of Erma, NJ; twenty one grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Services will be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2003, at 2:00 PM at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Av., Cape May Court House, NJ, where friends may call Monday 7:00-9:00 PM and Tuesday 1:00-2:00 PM. Interment will be in Cold Spring Presbyterian cemetery. Memorials may be made to a favorite charity.

DAYTON, Doris M. (nee Shinn) On November 5, 2007 of Marlton, NJ. Age 76. Ducky was the beloved wife of the late Clifford. Loving mother of Tacky and his wife Myrna of San Diego, CA, Nobby and his wife Ellen of Manahawkin, NJ and the late Butsie. Caring grandmother of Bubba, Tootsie, and Stuckie. Ducky will be missed by all especially her schnauzer Denna. Doris worked for the Burlington County Census Bureau, was a member of the Marlton Women's Society, an avid reader, and a life long volunteer at the Cherokee High School Library. Funeral Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
De Sarno, Catherine Foggia
Catherine Foggia De Sarno, age 87 of Eatontown died Thursday, December 7, 2006 at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. Catherine was a sewing machine operator for the Long Branch Sportswear before retiring in 1966. She was a communicant of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, Long Branch; and a member of Oceanport and Holy Trinity Seniors. Born in Long Branch she was a life resident. She was predeceased by her first husband, Antonio Alberto in 1965 and second husband Patsy De Sarno in 2004.
Surviving are many nieces and nephews, many great nieces and nephews and serveral great -great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Sunday, Dec. 10 from 1-5 pm at the Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Ave (corner of Third Ave), Long Branch. Funeral Monday, 8:30 am at the funeral home followed by a 9:30 am Mass at Holy Trinity R.C. Church, Long Branch. Interment will follow at Woodbine cemetery, Oceanport.
Dean, Mabel Hattie
Mabel Hattie Dean, 94, of Cape May Court House, NJ, died on Wednesday, April 6, 2005, at the Crest Haven Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center, Cape May Court House, NJ. She was born in Eldora, NJ, the daughter of the late Edward and Anna (Thompson) Powell and was a lifetime county resident living in Cape May Court House, NJ since 1944. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church. She assisted her late husband, Frank, in the plumbing business.
She is survived by a son: Frank and his wife, Marilyn, of Fort Lauderdale, FL; brother: Walter Powell and his wife, Helen, of Silver Springs, MD; twelve grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; and seven great great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Frank E. of 76 years who died in July, 2004, she was predeceased by two daughters: Doris McKaig and Mariam Black.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2004, at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Av., Cape May Court House, NJ at 12:00 PM where friends may call 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Frank Edward Dean, 95, lifetime Cape May Court House, NJ resident, died on Sunday, May 16, 2004 at his home. He was born in Philadelphia, PA. He was a self employed plumber. He was a member of the First united Methodist Church of Cape May Court House since 1922, an exempt member of the Middle Township Volunteer Fire Company, retired from American Water Company in 1983 after 26 years of service and he enjoyed saltwater fishing.
He is survived by his wife: Mabel; son: Frank E., Jr., of St. Lauderdale, FL; 10 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and 6 great great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his two daughters, Doris McKaig and Mariam Black.

DeAngelo and the late Edward W. Bish, she was 91 years of age. Born in Camden, NJ, she resided in Atco for the past 6 years moving there from Ocean City, NJ where she lived for 26 yrs. and Pennsauken, NJ where she lived for 30 yrs. A long time Volunteer she was a member of many organizations including the Questers Org. of Ocean City, the Victorian Club, the African Violet Club, the Historical Society of O.C., the Polish American Club, the Altar & Rosary Society of St. Francis Cabrini Church, the Canasta Club of Pennsauken, the Delaware Gardens Womens Auxillary and the Womens Club of Merchantville. She is the beloved mother of Edwina J. Alber and her husband Dr. Richard C. of Medford, NJ and Monica B. Coleman and her husband Joseph E. of Pinehurst, NC. Born in Indian Mills, Shamong Twp., NJ, She lived in Moorestown, NJ and in Westampton, NJ before residing in Permberton, NJ for the past two years. For tweleve years she was a Cabinet Maker, employed by Holly Associates in Moorestown, NJ. DeCinque, Estelle A.
Estelle A. DeCinque, age 97, of Woodbine, NJ, died on Wednesday, March 25, 2009, at the home of her son, Henry, Jr., in Marmora, NJ. She was born in Newark, NJ, the daughter of the late George and Natalie Schoh Stanle. She was a resident here since 1939 moving from Sea Isle City. She was the oldest living member of the Woodbine Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses of nearly seventy years. She was a devoted housewife to her late husband, Henry, Sr. and to her two children: Henry, Jr. and Rose Marie (Honey) Parliman and a loving grandmother and great grandmother. She was the co-owner of the DeCinque Oil Company and assisted her husband in the office. She was an excellent seamstress having worked for the Feit Clothing Company in Woodbine. She made twin wedding gowns for her daughters-in-law, Carol and her sister, who were married
the same day. She and her late husband, Henry, Sr. who founded the Woodbine Airport, traveled extensively to Europe and would fly his wife to various places. They camped out in the mountains of Colorado.
In addition to her children, she is survived by two sisters: Helen Vallese and Jean Thomson and a brother-in-law, Carl Sehl all of Oceanside, CA; nine grandchildren: Doreen, Henry III, Dana, Jared, Callie, Brent, Daniel, Dale, and Dawn and twelve great grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings: Frank, Michael, and James Stanle, and Sophia Alexenberg, Mary DeCicco, and Gloria Sehl.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 30, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. at Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Ave., Cape May Court House, NJ, where friends may visit from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. Interment will be in Union cemetery, South Dennis, NJ. Viola B. DeCinque, 94, died on Thursday, April 24, 2003, at the Crest Haven Nursing Home, Cape May Court House, NJ. She was born in Union Grove, WI, and lived in Millville, NJ, for a brief time having lived in Cape May County most of her life.
She was an avid reader and enjoyed listening to music, painting, sketching, sculpturing, and taking care of her late husband, Joseph A.
She is survived by a step daughter: Joyce A. Hoffman of Cape May Court House; step son: Joseph C. of GA, four step grandchildren; and six step great grandchildren.

DeCinque, Peter
Dr. Peter DeCinque, 89, a former resident of Woodbine, NJ, died on Monday, May 24, 2005, at the Centra State Healthcare System, Freehold, NJ. He was born in Woodbine, NJ, and formerly lived in Camden County where he built and operated the Pennsauken Animal Hospital in 1948. He was a graduate of Woodbine High School and Kansas State University graduating with a degree in Veterinary Medicine. He served in the US Army during World War II as a Captain. He was on the NJ Racing Commissiion for thirty five years. He owned and trained five race horses. He was a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association for fifty years; the NJ Veterinary Association; and was in the Fast Pitch Softball Hall of Fame in Camden.
He is survived by his son: Donald Peter of Audubon; a daughter: Deborah Anne Simonson of Haddonfield; a sister: Ann Gerew of Woodbine; five grandchildren: Holly Procida, Diane, Tom, and Donna DeCinque, and Christopher Simonson; and four great grandchildren: Travis and Mia Procida, and Sara and Kevin DeCinque. He was preceded in death by his wife, Beatrice (nee Heckman) of 44 years.
Funeral Liturgy will be said on Tuesday, May 31, 2005, at 11:00 AM at St. Elizabeth's Church, Rte. 47, Goshen, NJ, where friends may call 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
DeCinque, Sr., Henry
Henry DeCinque, Sr., 92, of Woodbine, died on Tuesday, July 30, 2002 at the Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital. He was born in Woodbine and was a lifetime resident here. He was retired owner of the DeCinque Oil Company after owning it for forty years. Mr. DeCinque was an avid airplane pilot, flying since the age of 18 and had license number 15467 issued to him. He was responsible for the construction of the Woodbine Airport and served on the Woodbine Airport Authority and still recently was called upon for consultation. He was honored by having the drive to the airport named after him. He was a member of the Woodbine Chamber of Commerce and the Woodbine Fire Company.
He is survived by his wife, Estelle A. (Stanle), who he married
June 20, 1936 in the air over Palmyra; his son, Henry, Jr. and his wife, Carol of Marmora; his daughter, RoseMarie Parliman of Woodbine; his brother, Peter of Freehold, NJ; his sister, Anna Gerew of Woodbine; his grandchildren, Doreen, Henry III, Dana, Jared, Callie, Brent, Daniel, Dale and Dawn.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, where friends may call from 12 noon to 2 p.m. Interment is private.

Deeney, Jr. Loving mother of Patricia C. Kuhn, John R. Deeney III, Donald D. Deeney, Sr. and his wife, Joanne and Karen J. Deeney. Dear sister of Helen Wojtech and her husband, Karel and Aloysius 'Bud' Robinson, Jr. She is the devoted grandmother of Donald Deeney, Jr. and his wife, EvaMarie, Kristofer Kuhn and the late Elizabeth Zilkow and proud great grandmother of Sofia, Adam and Luke Deeney. DEENEY, JAMES F., on June 2, 2007, of Marlton, NJ. Age 73. Husband of the late Anna Deeney. Mr. Deeney attended West Catholic High School. A graduate of Drexel University and the Pennsylvania Institute of Technology. He was a Draftsman Engineer. He loved softball and was Past President of the Over 60 Softball League of South Jersey. Survived by his sister Alice Deeney who helped care for him. Born in Philadelphia to the late Ralph and Dorothea (Glaser) Deetz, Sr., he lived here over 20 years after moving from Philadelphia. He was a printer for the Philadelphia Bulletin Newspaper. He was a World War II Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and was an Iwojima survivor.
Mr. Deetz is survived by two step-daughters; three nieces; two nephews; and one cousin.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, January 12, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at Northwood cemetery, North Philadelphia. A viewing will be held on Sunday from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House.
DeFalco, Lillian R.
Lillian R. DeFalco, 90, of Cape May Court House, passed away on Monday, December 27, 2004 at Court House Convalescent Center. She was born in Millville and lived there until moving to Cape May Court House five years ago. She was a teacher at Millville and Stowe Creek Township Schools. She was past president of the PTA. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Cape May Court House. She formerly was a member of the Millville Presbyterian Church and the West Side Methodist Church. She was a Sunday School Teacher, choir director, and involved with the Vacation Bible School.
Mrs. DeFalco is survived by her daughter, Carol Thompson and her husband, Richard of South Seaville; her son, Thomas DeFalco and his wife, Ruth of Ewing, NJ; 5 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas in 1999.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 31, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, where friends may call after 10:00 a.m. Interment will be in Holy Cross cemetery, Millville. DeFeo, Alfred J., 65, of Cape May Court House, passed away on September 17, 2009. He was born in Patterson, NJ to Angelo and Ann (Norris) DeFeo. He worked at Cape Regional Medical Center in Cape May Court House.
Funeral Services will be Saturday, October 3, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of The Angels Church, Mechanic Street and Garden State Parkway, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210. Interment will be in St. Mary's cemetery, 1056 Seashore Rd., Cape May, NJ 08204.
