Dametz, Lynn Ann Olsen
Lynn Ann Olsen Dametz, 53, of Long Branch, died Saturday July 2, 2006 in Deerfield Beach FL. She was the purchasing manager for Monmouth Building Center, Shrewsbury for many years. She also spent many years volunteering with children who suffered from Cerebral Palsy. In addition to her two sons, she adored children and treated children everywhere as her extended family. She was born and raised in Long Branch and she was a lifelong resident of the area. She was predeceased by her parents, Clarence and Agnes Olsen and two brothers, Richard in 1999 and Stephen in 2000.
Surviving are her two sons and daughters-in-law, William and Heidi Dametz of Oakhurst; Adam and Andrea Dametz of Atlantic Highlands; a sister and brother-in-law, Gail and Gary Pierce, Ocean Township; and a brother, Gary Olsen of Little Silver.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 7, 2006 from 6 to 9 pm at the Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Ave, on the corner of Third Ave, Long Branch. A Funeral Service celebrating her life will be held at the funeral home Saturday at 9:30 am. Interment will follow at Monmouth Memorial Park, Tinton Falls. Danaher, Dorothy J.
Dorothy J. Danaher, 72, of Sea Isle City, passed away on Wednesday, October 15, 2008 at Crest Haven Nursing Home. Born in Queens, NY to the late William and Catherine (Kalinowski) Sikorski, she moved to Sea Isle City eleven years ago from Maryland.
Mrs. Danaher is survived by her children, Maureen Prato and her husband, Joseph of Sea Isle City, James Danaher and his wife, Beth Dzenkowski of East Marion, NY, William Danaher and his wife, Cari of Skaneateles, NY, and Patrick Danaher and his wife, Betty of Elkton, MD; and her four grandchildren.

Daniels, Gail A., 52, of Woodbine passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2009. Born in Hudson County to David and Marie Pennycook, she moved to the area in 1958. She worked as a hairdresser in Wildwood and loved animals, especially horses.
She is survived by her children, Tamra (Joe) Hackett of Goshen and Mark (Joy) Daniels of Fairbanks, AK; brother Glenn (Linda) Pennycook of Cape May Court House; grandchildren, Tegan and Grady Daniels and Joe Hackett; niece Nicole Hiles; and her loving companion Bill Steindle of Woodbine.

Mark Franklin Daniels, 55, of Stone Harbor, passed away on Sunday, April 6, 2003 at Atlantic City Medical Center - City Division. He was born in Rutledge, PA and moved here in 1982 from Bridgeton. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Cape May Court House, a volunteer at Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital, and a Ham radio operator.
Mark is survived by his parents, Scott and Alice Daniels of Stone Harbor; and his sister, Leslie Schneid of Valencia, CA.

Daniels, Alice (Dorothy Alice), 87, of Stone Harbor, NJ passed away on October 27, 2009. She was born in Ridley Park, PA to Arthur and Catherine (Grauf) Redgrave. She married
Scott H. Daniels who predeceased her in 2003. They moved to Stone Harbor 36 years ago. She was a member of the Stone Harbor Garden Club and Women's Civic Club. She was an avid Bridge player and loved to read.
Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Leslie (Joseph) Schneid of Connecticut; her grandchildren, Julie, Joe (Jeanne), and David Schneid; her great grandchildren, Hayden, Brandon, and Taylor; and her loving caregiver, Joyce Osei. Along with her husband she was predeceased by her son Mark, brother Richard Redgrave, and her sister, Frances Wisdom.

Daniels, H. Scott
H. Scott Daniels, 82, of Stone Harbor, NJ, died on Tuesday, October, 28, 2003, at the Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital, Cape May Court House, NJ. He was born in Philadelphia, PA, the son of Franklin and Olive Rebecca Stouteagle Daniels. He lived in Bridgeton, NJ before moving here 30 years ago. He was a manager for the Rainear Dairies. He was a Navy Veteran of World War II, where he was a pilot. He graduated from Penn State University from the College of Agricultural Sciences; was a member of the Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity, and a member of the University Alumni Association. He was a life member of the LOOM of Lower Twp. Lodge #1054; a member of the Wildwood VFW Post #3509; a past commander of the Bridgeton American Legion; a member of the Stone Harbor Seniors; and as an avid golfer, a member of the Avalon Golf and Country Club.
He is survived by his loving wife, Alice; daughter: Leslie R. Schneid and her husband, Joseph, of Cheshire, CT; and grandchildren: Julie, Joseph, and David Schneid. He was preceded in death by a son, Mark, on April 6, 2003.

Daniszewski, Rita
Rita Daniszewski, age 77, of Cape May Court House, NJ, died on Friday, June 5, 2009, at the Crest Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born in Philadelphia, PA, the daughter of the late Julius and Helen Zembrzuski Daniszewski. She formerly lived in Audubon and Cherry Hill prior to moving here two years ago.
She was a retired registered nurse and a 1953 graduate of West Jersey Hospital School of Nursing. She was chairperson of the Operating Room Nurses Group.
Rita was a member of Our Lady of the Angels Church here and a member of the B.V.M. Sodality of St. Joseph's R.C. Church in Camden, NJ. She was the first ever "Polka Queen" from Camden representing the Polish American Citizens Club and the sponsoring Polish American Congress of the Eastern Pennsylvania Region.
She enjoyed traveling to Europe and Hawaii, spending time in Wildwood, NJ, and enjoyed fine dining while traveling.
She is survived by a brother, Joseph Daniszewski and his wife, Barbara, of Cape May Court House, NJ; nephews: Brian J. Daniszewski (Shelley) and their children: Rylee and Sofie; Gregory A. Daniszewski (Jennifer) and their children: Brooke and Emma; and Mark Daniszewski; nieces: Denise Horton and her children: Gary, Amanda and Derek; and Grace Parente (John) and her children: Gianni and Valentina; a sister in law: Bernadette (Joseph) LaRocca.
She was preceded in death by her brother: Anthony J. and a niece, Jacqueline Daniszewski.
A viewing will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2009, 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Angels Church, Garden State Parkway and East Mechanic Street, Cape May Court House, NJ, followed by Funeral Liturgy at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be in St. Joseph's cemetery, Chews Landing, NJ. Walter "Butchie" S. Danks, 64, of Palm Bay, FL, died on Saturday, March 22, 2003 at Holmes Regional Medical Center, Melbourne, FL. He was born in Philadelphia and lived there before moving to Green Creek for ten years and then to Florida for the last twenty years. He worked as a print pressman at Mid City Press in Philadelphia. He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose, the Hartville Fishing Club, and the Graphic Communications Union.
Butchie was the devoted son of the late John J. and Helen Regina (Hurley) Danks. He is the beloved father of Peggi Barratt and her husband, Ron of Pennsauken, and Kathy Prus and her husband, Pete of West Melbourne, FL; the loving companion of Judy Ilgen; the beloved grandfather of Kerri Marie Barratt and Samantha Regina Peeples and her husband, Ryan; great grandfather of Summer M. Peeples; and the brother of John J. Danks, Jr. of Seaford, DE, Carol Rudy of Philadelphia, Thomas Danks of Philadelphia, Robert Danks of Cape May Beach, Helen Jean Stepp of Philadelphia, Stephen Danks of Franklinville, and Michael Danks of Green Creek. DAVIDSON, MARIE T., passed away peacefully on Friday January 9, 2009 surrounded by her family. Loving daughter of the late Sarah C. and Patrick J. Conroy. Predeceased by her husband Robert O. Davidson Sr. Proud mother of: Robert O. Davidson and his wife Jody, and Ronald J. Davidson and his wife Kathleen. Beloved grandmother of: Lisa, Robbie, Amy, Hayley and Kelly. She regretted leaving behind her great grandchildren: Evan, Nolan, Tricia, Ava Jade, Colin, and Luciana. She loved and adored them all. Born in Philadelphia, Marie grew up in Germantown and lived in Pennsauken for 50 years, where she worked hard to raise her family. She was the secretary for the principal at Pennsauken High School and retired the secretary to the guidance department at Camden County Vocational School in Pennsauken. At the time of her passing, she was living at the Cadbury Community in Cherry Hill. She is remembered for her style, humor, and kindness to her neighbors and friends. Davies, Michael J.
Davies, Michael J., 81, of Clermont passed away on Monday, January 25, 2010 at the University of Penn Hospital in Philadelphia. Born in Sea Isle to Joseph and Margaret (formerly Luongo) Davies, he lived his life in Sea Isle until moving to Clermont 3 years ago. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and later worked as a Child Supervisor at "Juveniles In Need of Support" at the Crest Haven Complex. He was very involved with the Red Cross and Boy Scouts where he earned the rank of Eagle Scout. Mike also was a lector at St. Joseph's Church. He is survived by many friends.
