McCORMICK, JEAN L.
Delanco, NJ resident Jean L. McCormick (nee Loring) passed away at home in Delanco, NJ on August 13, 2000 at the age of 54.
Jean was born in Mt. Holly and had been a life-long resident of Delanco. She was a Certified Nurse's Aide who had worked at The Fountains in Pennsauken for the past six years, where she received several awards for her outstanding work. Jean was the loving mother of Terri McGee and her husband Michael of Delran, and Tammy Galvano and her husband Joseph of Delanco. She was the devoted daughter of Norman H. Loring of Ship Bottom, NJ and the late Doris (nee Taubel) Loring. She was the cherished grandmother of Lauren, Christina, Brian, Brandon, and Jennifer. She was the beloved sister of James T. Loring of Riverside and Jeffrey L. Loring of Sicklerville, NJ. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday at 11 AM at the Monument cemetery , Beverly, NJ. TOMASZEWSKI, JOHN (THOMAS)
Burlington Resident John Tomaszewski (Thomas), of Burlington, died Wednesday, June 20, 2001, in Cooper Medical Center, Camden, after a lengthy illness at the age of 62.
Son of the late Rose and the late John Tomaszewski, he was born in Burlington and remained a lifelong resident. He worked first for the John A. Roebling Steel Co. in Roebling and then for the Hydra Nuclear Company in Medford before illness forced his early retirement. He was a lover of nature and made the most out of life and he will be remembered for his generosity and determination. He leaves behind his wife, Linda (nee Rucci), his daughter and son in law, Tracy and David Rixham, of Boston, MA, his sister, Rosemarie Dittman of Willingboro, his sister and brother in law, Barbara Jean and Gregory Martin of Springfield Twp., three nieces and three nephews, three great nieces and three great nephews, as well as two aunts, an uncle and many cousins and friends. A Memorial Service will be held 1:30 P.M. Monday at the PAGE FUNERAL HOME, 302 E. Union St., Burlington, where friends may call also from 12:30to 1:30 P.M. BADYNA, EDMUND L.
Edmund L. Badyna, Retired U.S. Air Force Senior Master Sergeant, of Willingboro, NJ, on June 21, 2001, age 69.
He was born and raised in Camden, NJ. He graduated from St. Joseph's High School, first graduating class of 1949. He retired in 1978 from the U.S. Air Force as a Senior Master Sergeant. He was a member of the Air Force Sergeant Association and the Corpus Christi R.C. Church, Willingboro, NJ. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan and a personal friend of Stan Musial. He enjoyed playing basketball, "he was the best dancer in Camden." He was a loving husband, devoted father and grandfather. He is survived by his beloved wife of 45 years, Carolyn (nee Caruso); four sons, Edmund L. Badyna, Jr., Robert J. Badyna, Keith R. Badyna and Paul D. Badyna; one daughter, Jacqueline B. Fortune; 16 grandchildren, other relatives and dear friends. Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday 9:30 a.m. at the Corpus Christi R.C. Church, Sunset and Charleston Rds., Willingboro, NJ. BIRKENBACH, ROBERT N.
Mt. Laurel, NJ Resident Robert N. Birkenbach passed away on June 20, 2001 at Virtua Memorial Hospital, Burlington County.
He was born June 11, 1933 in Philadelphia, PA. He lived in Philadelphia, Spring House, PA and Cinnaminson, NJ. He graduated from Lansdale High School in 1952 and from Philadelphia College of Textiles and Sciences in 1956. He lived in Mt. Laurel for the last 22 years. He was the owner/operator of Huntington Yarn Mill in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia, a novelty textile company which was an enterprise that his father founded in 1942. After his retirement in 2000, he served as a consultant to the company. He was a member of Riverton Country Club. Beloved husband of the late Kathleen A. Birkenbach, he is survived by daughters Linda Birkenbach of Fairfax, CA, Miriam Dunne of Belvidere, NJ, Heidi Lacis of Port Noarlunga, South Australia, and son Rob Birkenbach of Gastonia, NC. There are four grandchildren, and sister Marjorie Rowley, Ft. Myers, FL. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Life Celebration, Monday, 1 PM, at SNOVER/GIVNISH OF CINNAMINSON, 1200 Rt. 130 North. Interment of cremains at Monument cemetery , Beverly, NJ. Cinnaminson, NJ Resident Anna Brulenski, 94, of Cinnaminson, died Saturday at Cinnaminson Manor.
Born in Horton, NY, Mrs. Brulenski was a Cook for many years at the Sisters of Mercy at St. Charles Borromeo Church in Cinnaminson. The former Anna Bonitatis, Mrs. Brulenski is the wife of the late Charles Brulenski. She is survived by two children, Dolores Sepich and her husband Deacon William of Cinnaminson, Frank Brulenski and his wife Doris of Holland, PA; four grandchildren, Janice Guarino, William Sepich, Jr., Frank Brulenski and David Brulenski; and eight great-grandchildren: Lauren, Lindsay, Erica, Billy C., Courtney, Marie, Kelly and Matthew. Philadelphia, PA Resident Jennie M. Fountain (nee Moore), died Friday, June 22, 2001.
Born in Jersey City, she attended high school and then took secretarial courses. She resided for 27 years in the Chalfont area of Doylestown, PA and about a year or so in Delran, NJ. She was a member of the Open Bible Baptist Church of Riverside, NJ and the Alliance Church in Leesburg, FL. Wife of the late Donald C. Fountain. Mother of Jennie J. Erich of Delran, NJ, Doris E. Moyer of Laporte, PA, Carol M. Rowe, at home, and Donald C. Fountain, Jr. of Lady Lake, FL. Also survived by 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren. Browns Mills, NJ Resident Kyung Soon Lim, age 91, of Browns Mills, died June 21, 2001.
A native of Seoul, Korea and resident of Browns Mills since 1982, she was a member of the Korean Martyr's of St. Ann's Church, Browns Mills. Mother of Lee Maura LaRoche and Won Ji Chun and her husband Si Tak Chun, all of Browns Mills, Won Hee Kim of Brooklyn, NY and Won Chong Lee of Seoul, Korea. Motherin-law of Keum Ye Lee of Brooklyn, NY. Also survived by many grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. The Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 AM Tuesday at St. Ann's R.C. McLOUD, BARBARA
Turlock, CA resident Barbara McLoud (nee Bean) passed away peacefully surrounded by her husband and children on Wednesday, June 20, 2001, in Turlock, CA (formerly of Willingboro, NJ). She was 47 years old.
Barbara to leaves to mourn her loss her husband Patrick of 27 years and her two sons & daughters-in-law, Patrick and Jen and Daniel and Jen; one son Christopher; and her daughter Pamela. She is survived by her parents Pauline Bean and the late Harold Bean Sr.; Her sisters & brothers-in-law, Debbie and Bill Beyrle, Janice and Eddie Reynolds, Paula and John Endress, Lisa and Bruce Cheeseman, Patti and Dan Stetson and her sister Carol Koncelik; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Harold Jr. and Pam Bean, Richard and Lisa Bean; and one brother James Bean and many nieces and nephews and two great-nieces and one great-nephew and other family and friends. Funeral services will be held in Turlock, CA on Sunday and a memorial service in Willingboro, NJ at Goes-Scolieri Funeral Home on Friday, June 29, 7-9pm. Interment will be private. MOUNT, MARY
Former Chesterfield, NJ Resident Mary Mount of Sunbridge Nursing Home, Sparta, NC, formerly of Chesterfield, NJ, went home to be with her Lord on Thursday, June 21, 2001 at the Alleghany Memorial Hospital in Sparta.
Before moving to North Carolina, Mrs. Mount was a member of the "Keen-Agers" of Chesterfield. She is survived by her husband, Howard Mount of Sparta, NC; her son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth and Dale Mount of Piney Creek, NC; three grandchildren, Twyla Kennedy of Piney Creek, Kim Reeves and Kenny Mount, both of Sparta; and seven great-grandchildren. She is also survived by three sisters, Molly Podlak, Peggy Latham and Alfredia Kelly, all of Burlington; three sistersin-law, Ruth Guse of Burlington, Gladys Waln and Carrie Chamberlin, both of Bassett, VA; as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Monday morning at 10:30 AM at the PAGE FUNERAL HOME, 302 E. Union St., Burlington. Visitation will be held Monday from 9:30 AM until time of services at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Odd Fellows cemetery , Burlington.
