DOROTHY L. CHRISTY, of LeisureTowne, Southampton, NJ passed away on Sunday, February 25th, 2007 at Care One of Evesham in Marlton, NJ. She was 87 yrs. of age. Born in Camden, NJ she is the daughter of the late John R. and Gertrude Mooney and the wife of the late Raymond Christy. She is the Founder and former owner of Christy's Supplies in Medford, NJ from 1957 to 1975 which is now doing business as DuBell Lumber. She is a former resident of Medford, NJ from 1957 until her retirement and move to Florida where she volunteered at a local hospital. She is the Beloved Mother of Richard G. Christy of Mt. Laurel, NJ and James R. Christy of Southampton, NJ and also survived by 4 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family with burial in the Jr. Mechanics Cem. in Tabernacle, NJ. Chrobocinski, Helyn Capoano
Helyn Capoano Chrobocinski, age 64, of Long Branch died Sunday, October 7, 2007 at home. She was an environmental activist with the Monmouth County Friends of Clearwater. Born in Jersey City, she had lived in Bayonne before moving to Long Branch 25 years ago. Helyn was predeceased by her father Michael Capoano and a sister Dorothy Gallagher in 1983.
Surviving are her husband, Richard Chrobocinski; her mother and step father, Theresa and William Flood of Long Branch; a sister, Theresa Newell of Bayonne; and 4 nephews, Ronald Gallagher, Michael Gallagher, Christopher Gallagher and Anthony Newell.
A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, October 11 from 7 pm until the time of Service at 8:30 pm from Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Ave on the comer of Third Ave in Long Branch.

ARTHUR M. CIABURRI, of Southampton, NJ passed away peacefully on Thursday, Feb. 11, 2010 surrounded by his family. He was 92. Born in North Haledon, NJ, he is the son of the late Michael & Esther Ciaburri. A ret. Salesman for the Yellow Pages in Cherry Hill, NJ, he retired in 1973 after 35 yrs. with the company. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and is a ret. Veteran serving with the US Navy in WWII. He is the Beloved Husband of 62 yrs. of Margaret E. (Nee Turza) of Southampton, NJ and the Loving Father of Mary Ellen Fountain and her husband Robert of Southampton, NJ and Barbara E. Pollock of Woodbury, NJ. Immacolata Ciaglia, age 74, of Long Branch died Saturday, April 21, 2007 at home. She was a seamstress for Paul Terry Sportswear, Long Branch for 21 years before retiring in 1995 and a member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union. Mrs. Ciaglia was parishioner of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, Long Branch. Born in San Lupo Benevento, Italy, she has lived in Long Branch since 1969.
Surviving is her husband of 54 years, Vincenzo Ciaglia; a son and daughter in law, Pasquale and Rosemarie Ciaglia, West Long Branch; a daughter and son in law, Antoinette and Wallace Morales, Long Branch; a sister and brother in law, Giuseppina and Lupo Durante, Italy; 4 grandchildren, Andrew Morales, Lisa Morales, Angelica Ciaglia and Danielle Ciaglia.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 23, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm from the Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Ave, on the corner of Third Ave, Long Branch. John A. Ciaglia, age 87 of Long Branch died Friday, June 25, at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch. He was a lead man for Bendix Corporation, Eatontown, for 30 years before retiring in 1985. He was communicant of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, Long Branch. Born in Newark, he had lived in Red Bank before coming to Long Branch 64 years ago. He served his country honorable during World War II in the United States Army. He was predeceased by a brother, Vincent "Jimmy" Ciaglia and a sister, Carmella Gargulio.
Surviving are his wife, Rose Sirianni Ciaglia; a son, John C. Ciaglia, Long Branch; 2 daughters and a son in law, Jean Germann, Jamesburg, Arlene and Tullio Di Fedele, Howell; a brother, Joseph Ciaglia, West Long Branch; a sister, Nancy Congro, Freehold; 2 grandchildren, Stephanie and Gina.

Joseph L. Ciaglia, age 78 of West Long Branch, died Tuesday, January 11, 2005 at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. He was a painter for National Lead, Perth Amboy and Bendix Corp, Eatontown. He served his country honorable during World War II in the US Army and was a member of the American Legion. He was a parishioner of Our Lady Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Church, Long Branch. Born in Red Bank, he had been a life resident of the shore area. He was predeceased by his parents, Lupo and Maricuccia Ciaglia, 2 brothers, John and Vincent "Jimmy", and a sister, Carmela Garguilo. Surviving is a sister, Nancy Congro, Freehold; 7 nephews, 3 nieces, 8 great nieces, 6 great nephews, 2 great great nieces and 3 great great nephews.

VERA G. CIANCAGLINI, 87, of Woodbine, NJ, died on Friday, February 8, 2008, at the Cape Regional Medical Center. She was born in Chester, Pa. the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Saduk) Garrison and lived in Cape May County eighty years.
Vera was an honors graduate of Middle Township High School and was a retired real estate salesperson for the Sofroney Real Estate Company of Sea Isle City. She was a member of St. Casimir's R.C. Church; a former member and past president of the Woodbine Board of Education; served on the Cape May County Republican Committee. She enjoyed being with her family and friends cooking for them; playing cards and traveling.
She is survived by her sons: David E. (Mona) of Sun Lakes, AZ and Joseph (Jo Ann) of Millville and a daughter, Barbara A. ( Ron) Leider of Woodbine; six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Emil; her brother, Alex and sisters: Jennie, Pauline and Helen.
Funeral Liturgy will be said on Friday, February 15, 2008, at 11 am at St. Casimir's R.C. Church, 304 Clay St., Woodbine, NJ 08270. Visitation will be from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. at the church. Interment will be in St. Elizabeth's cemetery, Goshen. Memorials may be sent in her name to St. Casimir's R. C. Church.
Cianchetta, Denise
Denise Cianchetta, age 46 years, of Cape May Court House, died as a result of an automobile accident on Sunday, November 16, 2008. She was born in Philadelphia, PA to Margaret "Peg" (nee O'Donnell) & the late Daniel Cianchetta and has lived here for the last 26 years coming from Lansdale, PA. She was a dining room server at Oceana Rehabilitation Center and a member of St. Raymond's Church.
She is survived by her mother Peg Cianchetta of Lansdale, PA, her husband James Turner of Cape May Court House, her four children; Janel and her husband Brandon Bullard of North Cape May, NJ, Sara Mac Culloch of Cape May Court House, NJ and Kevin & Alyssa Turner both at home, her four brothers; Daniel and his wife Joanne Cianchetta of Syracuse, NY, Michael and his wife Nancy Cianchetta of Souderton, PA, Mark and his wife Michelle Cianchetta & David and his wife Cheryl Cianchetta both of Lansdale, PA, her two sisters; Debbie and her husband Ed Golden of Belmawr, NJ & Diane and her husband Jon Wible of Lansdale, PA, and her two grandchildren Emily and Aiden.

Suddenly on February 23, 2003, of Bellmawr, NJ; age 60 years.
Dear son of Mary D. (nee Pilla) and the late John J. Also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Prior to retirement in 1994, Mr. Cianfrani was employed as a firefighter with the City of Camden for 28 years. He was a United States Marine Veteran serving from 1962-1966 and a member of the Sportsmen Club of Gloucester.

Ciani, Raymond R. "Pops"
Raymond R. "Pops" Ciani, age 82 of Tinton Falls died on Saturday, March 24, 2007 at St Barnabas Hospice Care Center, Long Branch. Mr. Ciani was the Chief Warrant Officer at Fort Balvoir, Virginia retiring in 1966 and an investigator for the Federal Department of Labor retiring in 1989. He served his country honorably in the US Army during World War II and the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 336, Long Branch; the Italian American Memorial Association of Ocean Township; the Tinton Falls Fire Company; and the Catholic War Veterans, Asbury Park. He was a communicant and Eucharist Minister at St Joan of Arc Church at Fort Monmouth. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he had lived in Tinton Falls since 1966. He married
his first wife Diva on February 27, 1960 in Viareggio, Italy and his second wife Catherine on May 5, 1985 in Tinton Falls. Mr. Ciani was predeceased by his first wife, Diva Olivi Ciani in 1978, and a brother, Erminio Ciani.
Surviving are his children and their spouses, Raymond and Jane Ciani; David and Linda Ciani; Ramona and John Cholowinski; Diva and John Kelsey; his wife Catherine Towne Rankin Ciani and her children and their spouses, John and Debra Rankin; Robert and Rosemarie Rankin; James and Lorraine Rankin; Mary Cronin and Herbie Volner; Susan and Kevin Kelly; Laura and Scott McMullin; 2 brothers and a sister in law, Anthony and Ann Ciani and Charles Ciani; 2 sisters, RoseMarie Vinci and Marie Wiefering; his grandchildren, Morgan Rae, Lauren, Travis, Christopher, Rachel, Jenna, John Jr, Douglas, Melissa, Walter, Brian, Kellie, Claire, Patrick, Elaine, Michael, Samantha, and Donovan; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Frances M. Chiarella Cieri, age 93 of Long Branch died Monday, August 28, 2006 at St. Barnabas Hospice at Monmouth Medical Center. She was a seamstress at Waldman's, Long Branch for 25 years before retiring in 1968. She was a parishioner of Our Lady Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Church, Long Branch; and served as the church housekeeper. She was a member of the Long Branch Seniors; the Board of Elections for many years; and at the age of 90 was proclaimed by the City of Long Branch, "Outstanding Citizen". Born in Calabria, Italy, she lived in Long Branch since 1949. She was predeceased by her husband, Angelo Cieri in 1999; and a grandson, Brian in 2002. Surviving are two sons and a daughter in law, Joseph J. and Phyllis Cieri of West Long Branch; and George Cieri of Long Branch; a brother, Joseph Chiarella of Fl; two sisters and a brother in law, Jean Conte of Eatontown and Claire and Ralph Jeffers of Oakhurst; 4 grandchildren and their spouses, Kevin and Pauline Cieri, Joseph Cieri, Jr., Jennifer and Michael Donnelly and Katherine and Michael DiDonato; a granddaughter in law, Meredith Cieri; 4 great grandchildren, Anne Marie and Christian Cieri and Sean and Brian Donnelly; many nieces and nephews; and her care giver Tina, to whom special thanks are given.

He was a Beloved Husband and a Loving Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather who was affectionately known as 'Poppy'. Joe was a retired clothing designer for Barry I. Bricken in New York City, NY and a member of the IACD. Joe was also a World War II Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp. He was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by all. Albert J. Cinowski, age 83, of Rio Grande, NJ, died on Tuesday, December 4, 2007 at the Cape Regional Medical Center, Cape May Court House, NJ. Born in Cleveland, OH, he has lived here since 1944 coming from Cleveland. He was a foreman for South Jersey Gas Company in Swainton, NJ and retired after 39 years of service, a World War II Navy Veteran serving on the USS Hornet, and was a volunteer and life member with the Rio Grande Fire Company since 1958. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Beverly Patterson, & grandson, Gabe Cinowski.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Mary (nee Moseley); his three sons, Stanley (Dot) of Rio Grande, NJ, William (Michelle) of Atlantic City, NJ, and Albert, Jr. (Robbie) of Otterbein, IN; his seven grandchildren, Christine, Nicole, Rutledge, Miles, Mason, Cory, and Ryan; and his five great grandchildren.

Catherine "Katie" Cinque (nee Amadeo), 86 of Williamstown died Saturday at home.
Katie was born in Philadelphia, living most of her life in Williamstown.
She is a member of St. Mary's Parish Family.
Surviving are her husband of 66 years, Fred R.; 2 daughters, Rosalie Gellert (John) of Williamstown; Angie Andrecchio (Bob) of Vineland; 5 grandchildren, Donna, Kathy, Tina, Bobby and Tommy; and 3 great grandchildren; RJ, Colton and Tara.
A viewing will be held 6-8PM Monday and 8:30-9:30AM Tuesday at Bell-Hennessy Funeral Home, 420 South Main Street, Williamstown. Mass of Christian Burial 10AM Tuesday at St. Mary's RC Church, Main St. and Carrol Ave., Williamstown. Interment St. Mary's cemetery.
