She is survived by 6 loving grandchildren and 6 loving great grandchildren. Mrs. Bendesky was employed with Sears, Inc. in Willingboro and Florida. Erminia Benincasa, age 71 of Tinton Falls died Wednesday, July 28, 2004 at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. She was the Assistant Treasurer at American Institute of Physics, College Park, MD for 40 years, retiring 5 years ago. She was a graduate of Long Branch High School, '50 and went on to receive her Bachelor degree from Rutgers University, New Brunswick. She was a parishioner of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, Long Branch. Born in Long Branch, she had lived in Silver Spring, MD and Long Branch before moving to Tinton Falls, 5 years ago. She is survived by a sister, Lee Gray, Lincroft; and three nieces, Jennifer Gray, Lisanne Bodwick and Loren Schramm. Mildred Hunt Benkert, 84, of Avalon, died on Wednesday, August 14, 2002 at Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital. She was born in Philadelphia, PA and was a lifetime resident here. She volunteered at Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital and with 4-H. She was a member of the Good Neighbor Klub and Avalon Yacht Club.
She is survived by her daughters, Sandra Hunt Goulet and her husband, Armand of Sun City, AZ, Stephanie Hunt Szczepanski and her husband, John of Newtown, PA, Suzy Hunt Boyer and her husband, Robert of Cape May Court House, Susan Boule and her husband, Roger of Fort Lauderdale, FL, and Judy Lyons and her husband, Frank of Monmouth Beach; and her grandchildren, Ryan Burns, Rebecca Boyer, Timothy Boyer, Lorin Szczepanski, John Szczepanski, and Daniel Lyons. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Guy Hunt on June 25, 1975 and Richard C. Benkert on March 27, 1998.

Beloved husband of Verna (nee Stevens) Loving mother of Karen and Edward Krok of Wantage, NJ, Kevin and Christine Bennett of Japan and Kenneth and Kristine Bennett of Glendora. Devoted grandfather of Edward, Kimberly, John Robert, Cory, Tyler, Kyle and Jessica. Mr. Bennett was a Veteran of the Air Force during World War II. He was an executive in marketing research for Hoffmann-LaRoche in Nutley, NJ, then a Real Estate agent for Prudential in Medford and Alloway Realty in Tabernacle. He was a former member of the Friar's Club in New York, and Past President of Mt Laurel Friends of the Library. He was appointed by President Carter to the Advisory Board for the Drug Abuse Council in Washington, DC and was featured in Who's Who in the East for Marketing and Research. He was also a foster father for 3 years. BENNETT, PAUL G., Age 59, of Whitesboro, NJ, died on Monday, November 20, 2006, at his home. He was born in Whitesboro, NJ and was a lifetime resident here. He was a member of the Bethel Commandment Church. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed gardening and collecting clocks and watches.
He is survived by his wife, Willie Ruth Bennett; three daughters: Michele Ward of Burleigh, NJ, Tiffiney Gentry of Whitesboro, NJ, and Dana Ables-Spagnola of of Cherry Hill, NJ; a brother, Richard of Chesilhurst, NJ; three sisters: Nancy Rivers of New York, NY; Barbara Clark of Washington, DC and Bernice Saunders of Whitesboro, NJ; six grandchildren: Jasmine Jones, Antonia Spagnola, Margueta, Latasha, Michael, and Roberta Garvin; and six great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 27, 2006, at 11 am at the Bethel Commandment Church, 402 S. George St. Whitesboro, NJ, where friends may visit at 10 am. Interment in Cape May County Veterans cemetery, Cape May Court House, NJ.
Bennett, Russell O.
Russell O. Bennett, 87, of Cape May Point, passed away on Sunday, October 12, 2003 at Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital. Born in Colwyn, PA to the late Charles O. and Lillian M. (Russell) Bennett, he has summered here since 1953 and also lived in Springfield, Delaware County, PA. He was the Colwyn Boy Scout Leader at Darby Presbyterian Church in the late 1940's. He was a Master Sergeant in the Army in World War II. He was an assistant plant manager for Purex in Bristol, PA.
Mr. Bennett is survived by his wife, Lois of Cape May Point and Springfield, PA; his daughter, Gail Schuck of South Dennis; his sister, Eunice Meyrick and her husband, Russell of Sebring, FL; and his grandsons, Alan Schuck and his wife, Libby, and Steve Schuck.
Memorial service will be held on Friday, October 24, 2003 at 7:00 PM at Calvary Baptist Church, 2373 Route 9 North, Ocean View, where relatives and friends may call after 6:00 PM. Bennett, Lois Handley
Lois Handley Bennett, 88, of Cape May Point and South Dennis, NJ, passed away peacefully at home July 5, 2007. She was born July 9, 1918 in Philadelphia, PA to the late Edward E. and Jennie (Kilpatrick) Handley, and was raised in Colwyn, PA. She lived in Sharon Hill, PA before residing in Springfield, Delaware County, PA for 50 years. She was a member of the Darby First Presbyterian Church. She was a Girl Scout leader in Sharon Hill in the early 1950's and a member of the Sharon Hill Junior Women's Club.
She was the devoted wife of the late Russell O. Bennett and beloved sister of the late Edward, Jr. and James N. Handley. Lois is survived by her daughter, Gail B. Schuck of South Dennis, NJ; her grandsons, Alan R. Schuck (Libby) of Seaville, NJ, and Stephen J. Schuck (Lisa) and great granddaughter Sarah Gail Schuck of Cape May Court House, NJ. Her greatest joys were family, faith and bay sunsets.
Graveside Services will be held 12:00 Noon on Thursday, July 12, 2007 in the Calvary Baptist cemetery, Route 9, Ocean View, NJ.

Bennett, Charles Miller
Charles Miller Bennett, 82, of Cape May Court House, died on Thursday, December 30, 2004 at his home. Born in Philadelphia to the late Joshua M. and Emily Mae (Miller) Bennett, he moved here in February of 1998 after living in Indian Rocks Beach, FL for 23 years. He previously lived in Elkins Park and Delaware County, PA. He was a construction superintendent for Keating Construction in Philadelphia. He enjoyed fishing and boating. He built his first two boats. He was an Army Veteran of World War II in the 501st Engineer Company in Normandy and the Battle of the Bulge.
Mr. Bennett is survived by his wife, Agnes (Kardish) Bennett; his sister, Florence Heward of Lanoka Harbor, NJ; and many nieces, nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.
Memorial Mass will be said on Saturday, January 15, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Angels Church, Parkwary and East Mechanic Street, Cape May Court House. Interment is private. BENSKIN, Heather D., suddenly on Sunday March 9, 2003, of Tacoma WA and formerly of Marlton NJ. Age 24. Beloved daughter of Robin L. and Susan L. (nee Heal) Benskin and beloved sister of John L. Benskin, all of Marlton NJ. Dear granddaughter of Carol Heal of Marlton NJ, formerly Portland ME and John and Kathleen Benskin of Crescent City CA. She is survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She has lived all over the world with her family and grew to be an independent woman with a zest for life. A 1997 graduate of Cherokee High School, Marlton NJ and a 2000 graduate of Burlington County Community College with an Associate's Degree in Graphic Design, Heather was a Graphic Designer for Kinko's in Tacoma WA and Mt. Laurel NJ. Heather enjoyed singing, concerts and was known as the life of the party. Born in Camden, NJ to the late Louis C. & Amelia (Baldino) Berardi, Louis has lived here for the last eleven years coming from Rio Grande, NJ. He was a maintenance man at the Cape May County Airport, was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam Conflict, member of the VFW, Our Lady of the Angels Church, Rio Grande Volunteer Fire Company, and loved military history.

Mary "Betty" M. Berger, 80, of Blue Bell, PA, formerly of Stone Harbor, died on Tuesday, December 11, 2001 at Brittany Point in Lansdale, PA. Born in Trenton, she lived in Stone Harbor from 1977 to 1994 before moving to Smithville in 1994 and to Blue Bell in 1998. She was a member of the Stone Harbor Garden Club.
Mrs. Berger is survived by her son, Charles A. Berger of Laytonsville, MD; her daughter, Carol A. Bricker of Telford, PA; and her four granddaughters, Sharon Bancroft, Kim Bricker, Erika Berger, and Amanda Berger. She was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Berger in November 1997.

Dear brother of Thomas Berger of Vincentown and the late Richard Berger of Oregon. Mr. Berger graduated from Haddonfield High School and was World War II Veteran of the Army. He worked for many years for Sinnickson Chew Co. at 3rd and Market Sts, Camden, eventually becoming the owner of the printing business. He also worked for Columbia Bank in Voorhees for 10 years. A member of the Lutheran Church of Our Savior for many years, he was also formerly a member of the Rotary Club in Haddonfield. An avid duck hunter, he was a member of the NJ Wildfowlers and Ducks Unlimited, of which he was one of the founders of the Pennypacker Chapter. He is survived by a brother, Charles R. and his wife, Donna Bergh of Scottsdale AZ, a sister, Carol and her husband, Andy Minton of Blackwood NJ, 3 grandchildren, Samantha, Hannah and Maximus Voiro and his mother-in-law, Mary Palmer. He is the son of the late Charles and the late Mary Bergh. Sergeant Bergh has been with Mount Laurel Police Dept. since 1970. He has served as patrolman, lead officer, detective and was promoted to Sergeant in 1990, retiring in November 2001. He was also an instructor at the Burlington County Police Academy. A member of the Fraternal Order of Police South Jersey Lodge 56, he was awarded Officer of the Year in 1988 and Supervisor of the Year in 1993. On January 27, 2008. Of Marlton. Age 76. Beloved husband of Frances (nee Tretina) for 44 years. Loving father of Douglas and David (Barbara) Bermender. Dear son of Marion Bermender of Marlton, and the late Sterling Bermender, Sr. Devoted grandfather of Alexzander, Natalie, Emily, Ashley and Brittany. Mr. Bermender was a veteran of the Air Force during the Korean War. He worked as Director of Admissions for Peirce College in Phila for many years. He coached baseball at Peirce College, and also coached soccer and baseball for the Marlton Rec Council. He had been a member of the Evesham Jaycees and was a former president of the Beeler School PTA. There will be a visitation at the BRADLEY FUNERAL HOME, Rt 73 & Evesham Rd., Marlton, NJ on Friday from 10-11:30am, followed by a Memorial Service at 11:30am Friday. Interment will be private.

MARY RITA BERRY, age 80, of Howell died Thursday June 30, 2005 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. She was predeceased by her husband Ryland William Berry, Sr. in 1979.
She is survived by her son, Ryland William Berry, Jr., Belmar; two daughters Rosemary Coldon, Howell; Mary Lou Patricia Conkling, Neptune City; a brother, Wilford Bouley, Phoenix, AZ; a sister, Lucille Victorino, Fall River, MA; four grandchildren, Michael Berry, James Berry, Matthew Coldon and Brianne Berry and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services were private under the direction of Damiano Funeral Home, Long Branch.
