Devoted grandmother of Robert Dugan Jr., Maggie Dugan and Donna Dugan and Thomas Borish Jr. and Jennifer Borish. Great grandmother of 5 and dear sister of Catherine Contino and Alma Orzel of Phila. Mrs. Gerner volunteered with the West Jersey Hospital Auxillary in Berlin and had been very active in St Gregory's Parish in W. Phila. GERHARDT, William G.
Native of Philadelphia, died at his home in Atco, NJ early Wednesday morning, February 25, 2004. His "love of his life" for 57 years was his wife Alice. He was a loving father to Jill, Bill (Heidi), Mike(Janet) Ed (Marilyn) and Joy (Richard).
Bill was the proud grandfather of 13 grandchildren and a mentor to all of them, teaching them what is important in life.
Bill bravely served his country in the Coast Guard during World War II. Then he joined General Electric Company as a dedicated employee for the next 36 years.
Bill was an avid fisherman and appreciated the beauty of nature. He was a passionate Philly Sports fan, sticking with the teams through thick and thin.
Bill enhanced the lives of everyone in whom he came in contact.
Friends and relatives may attend a viewing 6:30-8:30pm on Sunday evening and also 10-10:30am Monday at the BRADLEY FUNERAL HOME, Rt 73 & Evesham Rd., Marlton. Giebel, Frederick J.
Frederick J. Giebel, age 85 of West Long Branch died Thursday, July 29 at St. Barnabas Hospice and Palliative Care Center at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. He was a New York City Police Officer retiring in 1969 and went on to work for Diebold Safe Company, as a technician. He was a member of the Lutheran Church of Reformation, West Long Branch; served his country honorably in the U.S. Army during WWII and was a Free and Accepted Mason. Born in Manhattan, NY lived in Queens before moving to West Long Branch in 1969. He was predeceased by his wife, Katherine Chambers Giebel in 1982. Surviving is his daughter, Dorothy Cichalski of West Long Branch; two grandchildren, Donna Maciewics and Scott Cichalski and two great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends may call at the Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Ave., corner of Third Ave, Long Branch on Tuesday, Aug. 3 from 9:30 am until the time of service at 11:30 am. Interment will follow at Woodbine cemetery, Oceanport.
Giglio, Arthur Henry
Arthur Henry Giglio, age 88 of Long Branch died March 13, 2004 at home. He was one the owners of Giglio Bait and Tackle Shop, Sea Bright for 34 years retiring in 1993. He was a member of the Long Branch Sportsmen Club, the Sea Bright Anglers and was an avid fisherman. Born in Long Branch, he was a life resident. He was predeceased by three brothers, Armand Giglio in 1975, Rudolph Giglio in 1996, and Pat Giglio in 2001. Surviving are three brothers and four sisters in law, Ernie and Jacqueline Giglio, West Long Branch, Robert and Linda Giglio, Wanamassa, Roland and Celia Giglio, Long Branch, Gladys Giglio, Long Branch.

Grenier - on June 1, 2004 Norman E. beloved husband of Carolyn F. nee Mc Osker of Cherry Hill age 78 also survived by 3 sons Mark, Paul both of NJ and David of Washington DC 2 brothers Raymond of Attleboro, MA & Ronald of Kennedyville, MD. A former attorney for RCA (GE) Moorestown, a Coast Guard Veteran of WWII, a graduate of Brown U., and the Georgetown U. School of Law & Foreign Service. Grosse, Charlotte Ida
Charlotte Ida "Teddy" Grosse, 95, of Erma, passed away on Sunday, February 29, 2004 at Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital. She was born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Elmer and Charlotte (Woolfe) Quinn. She and her 97 year old husband, Elmer would have celebrated their 72nd wedding anniversary on March 5. They still lived together on their own and enjoyed their children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Mrs. Grosse is survived by husband, Elmer; her son, Donald K. Grosse of Edgewater, FL; her daughter, Joyce Bramble of Cape May Court House; her four grandchildren, Kimberly Alexander, Jacqueline Anne Koob, William Bramble, III, and Kevin Bramble; and her six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Greg Bramble on May 21, 1983.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, March 5 at 11:00 a.m. at Cold Spring Presbyterian cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Holy Redeemer Visiting Nurse Agency, 1801 Route 9 North, Swainton, NJ 08210.

GRUMAN, Jean (nee Clark). On May 15, 2004 of Marlton formerly of Cherry Hill and Haddonfield and born in Bear Creek PA. Age 75.Survived by here husband of 45 years Alvin "Al" Gruman. She is also survived by her two sons and daughter, Clark and his wife Barbara of Mullica Hill, William and his wife Ann of Vineland , and Linda Gruman of Lynnewood. Loving grandmother of William, Ryan, Kyle, Lindsay, Lauren, and great grandmother of Joseph and Taylor. Also survived by many loving cousins. Jean was the former owner of Jean Gruman Limited Jewelry & Gift Shop in Haddonfeild. She was always known for being kind hearted and always putting others before herself. GRYTKO, CARL E. on March 21, 2004 of Marlton for 20 years, formerly of Haddon Heights, born in Plymouth, PA. Age 83. Beloved husband of Ruth (nee Grigger) for almost 62 years. Devoted father of Kathryn Grimes of Naples, FL and Elise and her husband Dr. Andrew Blumenthal of Blue Bell, PA. Loving grandfather of Summer, Carla, Amy and Eric. Brother of Julius Gryctko of Indianapolis, IN and Bernadine Musselman of Cocoa Beach, FL. Uncle of the Honorable Thomas Trettis of Naples, FL. Also survived by many other loving family and friends. Mr. Grytko earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University and his MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He taught Electrical Engineering at Drexel University for 17 years, after retirement in 1981 from Gould Inc. as a Vice President of Operations. He has over 100 Electrical Engineering patents in his name. Mr. Grytko was a United States Navy Veteran of WWII. Gulino, Tillie Liquori
Tillie A. Liquori Gulino age 83 of Oceanport died Saturday, May 15, 2004 at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. She made plane safety equipment for Air Cruiser Company before retiring several years ago. Born in Brooklyn, NY, she had lived in Oceanport for the last 14 years. She was predeceased by her husband Vincent Gulino who died in 1976.
Surviving are 3 sons and 3 daughters in law, Roy A and Caroline Gulino, Lakewood; Vincent and Hong Gulino, Jackson; Anthony and Peggy Gulino, Barnegat; 2 daughters, Donna Manley, Beachwood and Cecelia Lane, Louisiana; 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.

Gurdgiel, Beverly A.
Beverly "Tootsie" A. Gurdgiel, 67, of Cape May Court House, NJ, died on Tuesday, February 3, 2004, at the Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital, Cape May Court House. She was born in September 13, 1936, to the late Charles W. and Mildred F. Dillahay Layton at Mercy Hospital, Sea Isle City, NJ. She was a cook at the Woodbine Developmental Center. She enjoyed being a mom and grandmother by putting her family first. She was a great cook; she enjoyed reading and writing poetry. Tootsie was an avid Eagles fan and had coached Little League Baseball and was a Cub Scout Den mother.
She is survived by her children: Chris A. of Woodbine, NJ, Robin A. (Josephine) of Cape May Court House, Scott A. of North Wildwood, NJ, and Julie L. of Woodbine; brothers: Charles "Sonny" Layton of Millville, NJ, and Donny Layton of FL; sister: Helen Saduk of Belleplain, NJ; six grandchildren: Jay, Allen, Jason, Steven, Jasmine, and Brandon; and two great grandchildren: Samantha and Jay, Jr. She was preceded in death by two sons: Michael and Jay, a sister: Clara Layton, and her parents.
Funeral Services will be held Friday evening, February 6, 2004, at 7:30 PM at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Av., Cape May Court House, NJ, where friends may call 6:00 PM until time of services. Interment will be on Saturday at 10:00 AM at St. Casimir's cemetery, Woodbine, NJ. CHARLES E. "Chuck" HOVANIC JR. passed away suddenly on Tuesday, January 6th, 2004 at his home in Medford, NJ. He was 46 yrs. of age. Born in Chester, PA, he grew up in Ridley Twp., PA and has resided in Medford for the past 12 years moving here from Marlton, NJ. A Ret. Stock Broker with Legg Mason in Phila., PA and with Philips, Appel & Walden in Mt. Laurel, NJ he retired in 1988. A 1975 graduate of Ridley High School in Ridley Twp., PA, he went on to receive his BS in Criminal Justice from West Chester University in West Chester, PA. He is a member of St. Mary of the Lakes Church in Medford, the Treasurer for the Medford Twp. Softball League and a former Cub Scout Leader. Chuck enjoyed playing softball and was an avid fan of the Eagles and Phillies. He is the beloved husband of Nancy T. Hovanic (Moran) of Medford, NJ and the loving father of Chuck E. III and Kevin B. Hovanic. He is also survived by his mother Laura Norton of Swathmore, PA and his sister Linda Hovanic of Myrtle Beach, SC. Wilson T. "Billy" Hubbard, age 65 of Little Silver died Thursday, July 8, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. He was a salesman for the Consolidated Simon of Union, formerly the New Jersey Tobacco Co., Neptune, retiring on June 30, 2004. He was born in Long Branch and a resident of the area for 43 years. He was a graduate of Long Branch High School. He was an Eagle Scout, BSA Troop #71. He was member of the Order of the Arrow, Past Great Sachem Redman Tecumsah, Tribe #60. He loved fishing and an avid Nascar racing fan.
He was predeceased by his mother, Irma Hendrickson Hubbard. Surviving is his wife, L. Anne "Flower" Rosse Hubbard; two sons, David Ross and his wife Theresa of Poughkeepsie, NY and Nicholas John and his wife Cathy of Little Silver; his father, E. Wilson Hubbard of Long Branch; a brother, Eugene Richard Hubbard of Oakhurst; four granddaughters Danielle, Diana, Dana, Melissa and a grandson, Nicholas John, Jr.

Born in Camden, NJ, Mrs. Hubner was a resident of Kramer Hill for many years before moving to Westmont 12 years ago. Prior to retirement, she was employed at Whitman Candies in Camden, NJ.
