Devoted father of Robert Jr. (Bernadette), Margaret Davidowich (Doug), Pamela Guyon (Kevin) and Kurt (Janet). Loving grandfather of Katie, Michael, Robert III, Theresa, Anthony, Devon, Madison, Emily and Jesse. Prior to retirement in 1985, Mr. Barbera was employed by the Defense Industrial Supply Center in N.E. Philly for 30 years. He was also a United States Navy Veteran of WWII. BENJAMIN F. GIBERSON, passed away on Tuesday, June 22nd, 2004 at the Kennedy Memorial Hospital in Cherry Hill, NJ. He was 71 yrs. of age. Born in Mt. Holly, he is the son of the late Frank & Rosie Giberson. He resided in Indian Mills his whole live where he enjoyed Farming and was a Truck Driver for Kaussman & Minteer in Jobstown, NJ. He is the beloved Father of Benjamin F. Giberson Jr. of Jacksonville, AL, Sunday M. Pittman of Browns Mills, NJ, Fred A. Giberson of Phillipsburg, NJ and Joann C. Montgomery of Columbus, GA. He is also survived by his sister Esther Vermehren of VA, his brothers Jacob of PA, Andy and Richard both of Indian Mills and James of Medford, his step-daughter Arlene Giberson of NY, his step-son Lewis F. Giberson of Lumberton, NJ and his 10 Grandchildren and 13 Great Granchildren. Gertrude L. Badey, 93, of Swainton, NJ, died on Saturday, October 4, 2003, at the Eastern Shore Nursing Home. She was born in Philadelphia, PA, the daughter of the late Anton and Mary Louise Fritch Fetscher. She was a retired store clerk having worked for Eckhardts Market and Brodbeck's Farm Market. She was a member of the New Asbury Methodist Church and the WSCS.
She is survived by a sister in law, Emma Fetscher of Philadelphia, PA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert in 1981.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, October 6, 2003, at 2:00 PM at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Av., Cape May Court House, NJ, where friends may call after 1:00 PM. Interment will be in the Cape May County Veterans cemetery. Memorials may be made to the New Asbury Methodist Church.
Gaskill, Joseph W.
JOSEPH W. GASKILL, passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2003 at his home in the Leisuretowne Section of Southampton, NJ. He was 72 yrs. of age. Born in Medford, NJ, he resided here most of his life moving to Leisuretown 2 1/2 years ago. A retired employee of the Twp. of Medford, he served the Twp. for 22 years until his retirement in 1992. He was also a former Fire Marshall and Fire Chief for the Twp. in the 1970's. He is a veteran of the Navy serving in the Korean War. He is the beloved husband of Patti M. (Nee Abrams) Gaskill. He is the loving father of Linda Holloway and her husband Stan of Maine, Joanne Schacker and her husband Jamie of Southampton, NJ and Jackie Bohn and her husband Mark of Medford, NJ, step-father of Dr. Joseph Sullivan and his wife Cindy of Marlton, NJ, Rita Costello and her husband Michael of Shamong, NJ and Gary Sullivan and his wife Janis of Tabernacle, NJ. He is also survived by his 11 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren. Ryan Matthew Baxter, 14, of Cape May Court House, passed away on Monday, October 6, 2003 at Cooper Hospital, Camden. He was born in Cape May Court House and was a lifetime resident here. He was a member of Our Lady of the Angels Church. He liked skateboarding and motorcross racing. He loved computers and using his Instant Message. Ryan was a freshman at Middle Township High School.
Ryan is survived by his father, Patrick Baxter of Cape May Court House; his mother, Marion Pellerin and her husband, James of West Cape May; his sisters, Amy Kendrick of Cape May Court House, Megan Abdill and Alexandria Pellerin, both of West Cape May; and his brother, James Pellerin, Jr. of West Cape May; his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William J. Baxter of Cape May Court House; his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Clark Morris of Cape May; and his girlfriend, Amanda of Cape May Court House.

Beebe, Grace M.
Grace M. Beebe, 95, of Swainton, NJ, died on Friday, January, 30, 2004 at the Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital, Cape May Court House, NJ. She was born in Philadelphia, PA, the daughter of Edgar and Laura Ewing Musselman. She was a graduate nurse Womens Medical College in Philadelphia, PA and where she had worked in addition to Womens Hospital; Tampa General Hospital; Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital and Lutheran Home in Ocean View. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church of Ocean View and a member of the Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital Auxiliary having volunteered over 2500 hours.
She is survived by her daughter: Majorie and husband, Rocco Morano of Ocean View, granddaughter: Roxanne and husband Mars Anagnou; great grandchildren: Morgan, Madalyn and Nickolas Anagnou; step grandchildren: Jack and wife, Jeanine Walls and Joseph and wife, Wendy Walls and step great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard S. in 1970.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, February 2, 2004, at 11:00 AM at the Calvary Baptist Church, Rte. 9, Ocean View, NJ, where friends may call after 9:00 AM. Interment will be in the Church cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Calvary Baptist Church in her name.
Begley, Cecilia "Lorraine" McNulty
Cecilia "Lorraine" Mc Nulty Begley age 79 of West End, Long Branch died Friday, April 9, 2004 at home. Cecilia died peacefully surrounded by her family and friends. She spent the last 20 years traveling the world, appreciating the arts, and adoring her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by faithful friends and beloved family. She graduated Hickory High School, Hickory, VA and received a degree in criminal justice at the age of 54 from Monmouth University, West Long Branch. She is predeceased by her husband Richard V. Begley and a son Richard T. Begley. Born in Newark, she had lived in West End for the past 35 years.
Surviving are a son, Garry Begley, Asbury Park; 3 daughters and 2 sons in law, Theresa O'Mara, Esq. and John O'Mara, Esq., Upper Montclair; Janine and Inaam Elhelou, Manasquan; Michelle Begley, Los Angeles, CA; 2 brothers, Bernard Mc Nulty, Haddonfield; Thomas Mc Nulty, Jacksonville, Fla; 2 sisters, Theresa Hudgins, Virginia Beach, VA; Isabelle Koehler, North Wildwood; 4 grandchildren, John P. O'Mara, III, Brianne O'Mara, Anton Elhelou, and Gia Elhelou.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial mass to be celebrated at St Cassian's Roman Catholic Church, 187 Bellevue Ave, Upper Montclair on Wednesday April 14, at 11 am. Phyllis A. Bardell, 55, of North Wildwood, died on Monday, September 3, 2001, at Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital. She was born in Brooklyn, NY, and lived in Tenafly before moving here six years ago. She was a hotel reservations clerk and a member of St. Ann's Church.
Mrs. Bardell is survived by her husband, John C. Bardell, Sr.; her son, John C. Bardell, Jr., and his wife, Louise; and her daughter, Mary Grace Rathbun, and her husband, George, all of North Wildwood.
Funeral Liturgy will be said on Friday, September 7, 2001, at 11:00 AM at St. Ann's Church, Wildwood. A viewing will be held on Thursday evening from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House. Mrs. Bair was a member of Moorestown United Presbyterian Church and the Moorestown Women's Club. She taught piano and organ in Mt Laurel, Moorestown and Mt Holly. Mary Lou Sampoli Buono, age 80 of Long Branch died Tuesday, May 18 at Community Medical Center, Toms River. She was a Bookkeeper / Billing Clerk at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch for 20 years before retiring. She was a parishioner of Our Lady Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Church, Long Branch. Born in Red Bank she was a life resident of Long Branch. She was predeceased by her husband, Frank "Shorty" Buono in 1999. Surviving is her son Frank Buono; her daughter, Lynne McGrath, both of Long Branch; one brother, Louis Sampoli of Missouri; 4 grandchildren, Nicole, Allison, Joseph and David; and one great grandson, Liam. Baker, Leonard A. Jr., on March 19, 2004 of Marlton, NJ for over 40 years. Age 78. Beloved husband of Maryann (nee Doran) for 28 years. Devoted father of Bonnie and her husband Robert Nyholm and step-father of Michael McManis and Kathy and her husbnd Ed Myers. Dear brother of Walter Baker. Loving grandfather of Sheri, Dawn, Robert, Eddie, Jackie and Rachel and great grandfather of Jonathan, Mellissa, Patrick and Britney. Also survived by many other loving family and friends. Prior to retirement in 1990, Mr. Baker was employed as a carpet installer with the Carpenter's Union #1823 for 50 years. He was a United States Army Veteran of WWII and an avid bowler at the Thunderbird Lanes at the Oxford Circle in PA. Socrates R. Bakley, 89, of Goshen, died on Saturday, June 12, 2004 at Crest Haven Nursing Home. He was born in Cape May Court House and was a lifetime resident here. He was a self-employed building contractor. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Cape May Court House.
Mr. Bakley is survived by his son, Robert R. Bakley of Goshen; his daughter, Elaine Maund of Cape May Court House; his brother, Ralph Bakley of Lower Township; his sisters, Betty Ulasevich of Cape May, and Frances Green of West Cape May; his seven grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sadie (Heinz) Bakley on June 24, 1991.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 17 at 12:00 p.m. at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, where relatives and friends may call after 11:00 a.m. Interment will be in the Baptist cemetery in Cape May Court House. Richard Kaelker Baldwin, 85, of Cape May Court House, passed away on Wednesday, June 23, 2004 at Atlantic City Medical Center. Born in Philadelphia to the late John and Mary Baldwin, he moved here in 1983 from Philadelphia after summering for many years. He was a member of Our Lady of the Angels Church, the Moose Lodge 585 of North Wildwood, the VFW, and the American Legion in Philadelphia. He was a Navy Veteran of World War II. He worked as a Federal Protective Officer for GSA.
Mr. Baldwin is survived by his wife of 61 years, Violet (nee Iacaruso); his son, Richard A. Baldwin and his wife, Marie Urban of Montgomery Village, MD; his daughter, Violet Rixey and her husband, James of Cape May Court House; his grandchildren, Mark Baldwin and his wife, Jennifer, Ruth Baldwin, Janna Rixey, and Matthew Rixey; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt and Garrett Baldwin.
Funeral Liturgy will be said on Wednesday, June 30 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Angels Church, Parkway and East Mechanic St., Cape May Court House.
