SCHUHMANN, BERNHARD P. "BOB" - a long time Wildwood area businessman, suddenly passed at his residence on April 16, 2005. Born in Weimar, Germany, he formerly resided in New York City before moving to the Cape May area in 1970. Bob was the Owner/Operator of the Lighthouse Restaurant in N. Wildwood and the Sea Cove Motel in Wildwood. Surviving is his wife of 45 years, Anna Mae (nee Gaskin) and his son Bernhard G. of Hegins, Pa. and a host of friends. Memorial services will be at a later date. Arrg. by Evoy Funeral Home.

ROBINSON, EVA, (Nee Rosen), 91 - of Ventnor, April 18, 2005; wife of the late Max; mother of Coleman (Anita) Robinson and Janet (Randy) Bodoff; grandmother of Marc (Mallory) Robinson; great grandmother of Josh and Allison. Relatives and friend are invited to Graveside Services Tuesday, 3 P.M. precisely at the Roosevelt Memorial Park (Section V), Trevose, PA. Shiva will be observed Tuesday only a the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Coleman Robinson. Contributions in her memory may be made to The Martin S. Wilson Jr., Center for the Arts, 47 N. BROWN, WILLIAM R., 76 - of Little Egg Harbor, died on April 18, 2005 at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Born in New York City, NY. He lived in Washingtonville, NY before moving to Little Egg Harbor 18 years ago. He was a Systems & Planning Manager for St. Regis Paper Co., in New York City, NY, working there for 35 years. He attended Seton Hall University and was a member of St. Theresa Church, Tuckerton.
He was predeceased by his wife Anne in 2003 and also a son William R. Brown, Jr.
He is survived by his daughters Patricia Hayes of South Carolina and Joanne Pace of Little Egg Harbor, a brother Thomas of Texas and a grandson Vincent Thomas Pace.
A Funeral Mass will be offered on Thursday 9:30 a.m. at St. Theresa's Church, Tuckerton, followed by entombment at Greenwood cemetery, Tuckerton. Viewing hours will be on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. and Thursday morning from 8-9 a.m. at Maxwell Funeral Home, 160 Mathistown Rd., Little Egg Harbor. Any donations may be made to St. Theresa's Building Fund, 222 E. Main St., Tuckerton, NJ 08087.

PARKER, REVEREND WILLIAM R. 88 - of Philadelphia, PA, on April 16, 2005. Loving brother of Helen Holmes Parker, Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing beginning at 1pm and his Funeral Service at 2pm., Wednesday, April 20th at the Bringhurst Funeral Home. 225 Belmont Ave, Bala Cynwyd. PA. Masonic Services will be held by the Richard Vaux (Ivanhoe Lodge, No. 384 F. & A.M. at 1:45. Int., West Laurel Hill cemetery.

WILLIAMS, CONNIE, 89 - passed away on February 25, 2005. Born in Windsor, NC, she received her education in NC and New York. Connie retired from her work with the federal government several years ago and was able to travel globally. Her Christian faith and great love for God and her fellow man were maintained throughout her life.
Connie will be missed by her son, Edward and his wife Beatrice; grandchildren, Caprice, Edwinnear, Jeannie, Kimberlynn, Mark and Sonia; great grandchildren, Aprintess, Ralph, Jr., Jamal, Pedro, William IV, Arion, Abyssinia, Edward II, Erystal, Dominique, Brandy, Jabez, Nicole and Whitney; and a host of other relatives and friends. Connie was preceded in death by her parents, two siblings, two husbands, and one grandchild.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, 1:30 p.m. at the Boakes Funeral Home, 6050 Main St., Mays Landing.

HENLE, JOHN EDWARD 83 - of Granite City, IL, (formerly of Camden and Ventnor) died March 19, 2005 at his residence. He was born in Camden, NJ.
Mr. Henle retired from The RCA Corporation in Camden after 43 years of service as Supervisor with the space and missile division where he was active in the Lunar and Columbia programs; and was a U.S. Amy Air Corps WWII Veteran, serving m the India-Burma Campaign.
He is survived by his loving wife of61years, Janice Louise (nee Beyer) of Granite City. Other survivors include four daughters, Maletia "Jo-Ann" (Bob) Green of Ventnor, NJ, Margaret (Bob) Higgins of Allentown, PA, Theresa (Ed) Ghegan of Ponte Vedra, FL, and Paula (Joe) Barben of Maple Shade, two sisters, Catherine Mrowczynski of N. Lauderdale, FL and Elizabeth Hahn of Hollywood, FL; 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Elizabeth (Sullivan) Henle and his brother Charles (Bud) Henle of Ocean City.
Grave side services took place on March 23rd in Jefferson Barracks National cemetery m Saint Louis, Missouri.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass at 11:00am on Saturday, April 23rd at St. Anthony's P.O. Church, 450 Pennington Ave., Waterford NJ. 08089
Memorials may be made to Gateway Regional Hospice, 2100 Madison Ave, Granite City, 14 62040.

HART, HELEN E. 89 - of Wildwood Crest, died Saturday morning in the Victoria Manor Nursing Home, North Cape May.
Mrs. Hart was born in Philadelphia, Pa., formerly lived in Washington, DC., and has been a resident of Wildwood Crest for over 40 years.
She formerly worked as a cashier for the NASA Credit Union in Green Belt, MD. After moving to Wildwood Crest, she worked for 12 years as a receptionist at the NJ State Employment Office in Wildwood. She also had worked for the Cape May County Chamber of Commerce when they were in Wildwood, and later worked in the new office on the Parkway in Cape May Court House.
She enjoyed watching sports, and was an avid Washington Redskins fan. Mrs. Hart was predeceased by her husband Francis J. Hart in 1995.
She is survived by: her son - Gene Hart, and his wife Irma 'Sam' Hart, of Annandale, Va. - a granddaughter - Debra Hart, of Annandale.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 11am in Church of the Assumption, 7110 Seaview Ave, Wildwood Crest. Relatives and friends may call at the Church Saturday from 10 AM to 11 AM. Burial will be in St. Mary's cemetery, Lower Township.

CRAMER, GENEVA - of Galloway, who passed away Thurs. March 24th. A Memorial service will beheld on Sat. April 23rd at 11;00am at the St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Port Republic with burial of her ashes immediately following in the Church yard cemetery.

WAKSBERG, SIMON, 81 - of Margate, passed away on April 17, 2005 in Linwood. Born in Poland, he was survivor of the Holocaust and he emigrated to the United States after the war. He proudly served with the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Mr. Waksberg owned and operated a car wash in Atlantic City during the 1950's, and a few years later he opened an automobile dealership in Somers Point, which he operated for many years. He was a member of the Garr-Greenstein Post of Jewish War Veterans.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Mildred; devoted children, Debra Waksberg, Phyllis (Sam) Watt and Jackie Waksberg; and beloved grandchildren, Deanna Santarelli, Sam Watt and Paul Ford. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 19th, at 1:00 p.m. at Roth-Goldsteins' Memorial Chapel, Pacific & New Hampshire Aves in Atlantic City. Interment to follow at Rodef Sholom cemetery in Cardiff. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the Holocaust Resource Center at Stockton University, the Alzheimers Foundation or the American Kidney Foundation.

ROSSI, LAWRENCE W., "BUDDY LAWRENCE", 84 - of Seaville, on Saturday, April 16, 2005 in the Ocean View Center, Ocean View.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, he had lived in Ocean City since 1972 and had been a resident of Seaville for the past three years.
Mr. Rossi was a Veteran of the United States Army serving with the Army Air Corp Band during World War II.
He had worked as a garment marker for the I.L.G.W.U. #126 in Philadelphia, for many years.
Mr. Rossi was a well known musician in the Philadelphia area as the Buddy Lawrence Orchestra and was a member of Musicians Local # 77 in Philadelphia, PA.
He was a member of the Sons of Italy, Leisure Club and the single parents club of Ocean City.
He was predeceased by his wife Sylvia Rossi in 1983.
To him family was his life and they are his daughter, Carol A. Bucciarelli and her husband David of Seaville and his grandchildren, Nicole and Adam.
Friends may call Wednesday morning from half past nine until half past ten o'clock from the Godfrey Funeral Home of Palermo, 644 So. Shore Rd., Palermo. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 o'clock from the Church of the Resurrection, 200 West Tuckahoe Road, Marmora.
Burial will be in Seaside cemetery, Palermo.
The family suggests those who desire send memorial contributions to the Church of the Resurrection Capital Campaign, Marmora, NJ 08223.

BENEDICT, GEORGE R., 72 - of Brigantine, departed this life on Sunday, April 10, 2005. Born November 17, 1932 in Struthers, OH to George and Mary Benedict, George was a proud member of the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He was an Air Traffic Control Specialist for 38 years, working in Washington National Norfolk, VA and retired from the control tower at the FAA Tech Center, Pomona in 1990.
George is survived by his wife of 43 years, Roberta (nee Poss) Benedict and five children; daughters, Janet Benedict and Gwen Wright (William); sons, Richard, Christian (Karen) and Kevin (Lisa) and his six grandsons Sean, Collin, Liam, Ty, Alex and Gavin. George dearly loved his grandsons and gardening. "Poppy" will be missed. George is also survived by his sister, Barbara Mather of Scottsdale, AZ, nieces Deborah and Diane and nephew, Charles.
Relatives and friends are invited to George's Life Celebration and Memorial Service on Thursday, April 14,10-11 am at Keates-Plum Funeral Home, 3112 Brigantine Ave., Brigantine. Funeral service will follow at 11 am at the funeral home. Interment private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in George's memory to Holy Redeemer Hospice, The Salvation Army, or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.

RIX, MARION ELIZABETH CATHERINE (nee Leathermon) 90 - of Cherry Hill, Friday, April 8, 2005 at The Cadbury Retirement Home in Cherry Hill. Born in a sod hut in Glendive, Montana, on the homestead of her parents, Leon and Elizabeth Leathermon. She was raised and educated in Lansing, Michigan, and was known in both church and school as a talented singer and actress. There she met and married Victor William Rix. In time they had two children, Luther (Ellen) of Valley Cottage, NY and Beth (David) Kerr of Medford Lakes, three grandchildren Jonathan, Steven and Lynn and four great grandchildren. The family spent many years in Falls Church, Virginia where they were members at Dulin Methodist Church. Marian was very active in the church, especially with youth activities. For 18 years, she was director of the Dulin Youth Choir, the largest church youth choir in the Washington, DC area. After Victor's retirement, he and Marian moved to Hammonton, to be closer to their children and grandchildren. Marian was active member of the First United Methodist Church of Hammonton. They enjoyed their retirement, and took long trailer trips all over the country. Summers were spent in their trailer at Lake Kandle, where they entertained family and friends. Marian spent her last years at the Cadbury Retirement Home in Cherry Hill. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service Wednesday, 2:00pm at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. 3rd St. Hammonton. Burial will be in Greenmount cemetery Hammonton. Donations may be made in Marion's name to Fox Chase Cancer Center 333 Cottman Ave Philadelphia PA. 19111.

NUCCI, DORA, (VIVARELLI) 96 - of Malvern, PA, formerly of Vineland, passed away Sunday, April 10, 2005 in Paoli Memorial Hospital in Paoli, PA. She was born in Vineland and resided there most of her life. She was co-owner and operator of Nucci's Diner in Vineland for over 15 years along with her late husband Les Nucci.
She is survived by niece: Gail Mazzoni Kahan of Berwyn, PA; nephews: Tom Vivarelli of Ocean City, Dan Vivarelli of Vineland, great-nieces: Danielle Hughes of Berwyn, PA, Cara, great-nephews: Dan, Tom, Chris, Andrew and Ryan. Predeceased by parents: Pietro & Catherina Vivarelli, husband 1951: Lester Nucci, brother: Daniel Vivarelli and sister: Yola Mazzoni.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:30 am with Funeral Service to follow at 10:30 am in Rone Funeral Service, 1110 E. Chestnut Avenue, Vineland. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart cemetery, Vineland.
Family request donations be made to a charity of one's choice.

RANERE, JEANNETTE, (nee TESTA) 94 - of Hammonton, passed away on Sunday April 10, 2005 at Kessler Memorial Hospital. Jeanette was born in Hammonton and a lifelong resident. She worked as a machine operator for Kessler Clothing Co. and Romalo's Clothing Co. Jeannette was predeceased by her husband John J. (the barber) and her son John Anthony. Surviving are her daughter Sister Barbara Ranere M.P.F., daughter in law Shirley Ranere Iannelli and her husband Aaron. Grandchildren: Simone and her husband David Morrow, John Anthony Jr. and his wife Theresa Ranere and Stacey Iannelli. Loving great-grandmother of John Anthony III and Victoria Ranere. Michael, Anthony and David Morrow. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend her viewing Weds. Eve 7-9pm and Thurs. morning at 9:00am at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. Third St. Hammonton. Mass of Christian burial Thurs. 10:30 am at St. Joseph Church Third and French Sts. Hammonton. Burial Greenmount Cem. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Regional Elementary School 133 N. Third St. Hammonton, NJ 08037.
