PARKER, CLARA BELLE "HONEY", 87 - of Atlantic City, departed this earthly life and went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 20, 2004 while at her residence. Born in Edison, Georgia she relocated to Shellman, Georgia where she was raised and was a former member of Bethel A.M.E. Church. She relocated to Atlantic City in 2000 and was affiliated with Shiloh Temple Apostolic Cathedral. She leaves to cherish her memories to: her two daughters, Lizzie Mae Johnson, of Shellman and Emma J. Reynolds and her husband, Darnell, of Atlantic City; one sister, Arlena Parker, of Shellman; 21 grandchildren; 54 great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren, and a host of other loving relatives and fine friends. SNOW, SHERMAINE MICHELLE, 30 - of Atlantic City, departed this earthly life and went home to be with the Lord on Friday, June 18, 2004 in the Atlantic City Medical Center, Mainland Division. Born in Atlantic City she attended the AC Public School System and was lastly employed at McDonald's Restaurant in Ocean City. She leaves to cherish fond and unforgettable memories to: her fianc‚ Steven Smith, of AC; four sons, Muhammed and Waladin Snow, of Ocean City and her twins, Messiah and Jeremiah Snow, of AC; her loving parents, Carolyn Snow, of Ocean City and McKinley Torrence, of AC; six sisters, Pastor Dr. Tawana E. McLean-Lamar and her husband, Pastor Michael E. Lamar, of Lindenwold, Teresa Snow, of Pleasantville, LaKenya Effie Hamilton-Torrence and Tabreeya M. WHALEY, RUSSELL L., "Skip", 56 - of Pleasantville, Chief of the Pleasantville Police department, died Thursday, June 24, 2004 at his home.
He was born in Atlantic City, and he was the son of the late Russell Thomas and Mary Helen (Riley) Whaley.
Chief Whaley served in the United States Navy and was active duty in the Reserve, 1966 until 1991 and now retired from the Navy.
In 1976, he was accepted as a Special Officer with the City of Pleasantville and joined the Pleasantville Police Department as a Regular Office in 1980.
He organized and Commanded the first Pleasantville Police Honor Guard; initiated Pleasantville's first Crime Prevention Unit and established neighborhood watch groups with more than 100 participants; implemented and Commanded the first Community Oriented Policing System (COPS) and was formed by Chief Ralph Peterson, Sr. from 1989 to 1991; he devised the first E-9-1-1 Computer interface with the Main Computer, which is now utilized throughout the entire country; He was a Pleasantville Family Center Police Liaison Board Member; Municipal Alliance Committee Member, DARE Telethon Executive Board Member and Cape/Atlantic Police Memorial Committee.
Chief Whaley received throughout the years, several awards, citations, letters of commendation and certificates of appreciation which include; Educational Award Completion of West Point Command/Leadership; Chief Ralph Peterson, Sr. Outstanding Service as a Detective; Chief H.J. Hill Professionalism in forming Emergency Response Team; Chief R. Peterson Dedication to Duty, Chief S. Cianci, Longport, Concern to Fellow Officer, Chief R. Boney, Exceptional Service, County Executive R. Squires, Outstanding Dedication to Protecting Lives, Pleasantville High School Substance Abuse Committee Concern for Our Students, Pleasantville Crime Watch Being Thoughtful, Considerate and Caring; the President George Bush, Honorable Service during Critical Time, Who's Who in US Law Enforcement Leaders from 1990 to 1991 and Pleasantville's Citizen of the Year from 1994 to 1995.
He was a member of the Board of Directors, Pleasantville Family Center, created the City's First Crime Prevention Unit, created the City's First Honor Guard and Save-A-Cop Committee and obtained vests for all of Atlantic County Officers.
He was the Past Commander of the American Legion Mainland Post No. 81 of Pleasantville and a current member of the Living History Reenactment Group, 2nd Pennsylvania Regiment/43rd of Foot Artillery Unit.
He is survived by his wife: Mary T. (Kenny) Whaley and one son: Russell Joseph Whaley of Pleasantville; his mother, Mary Helen (Riley) Whaley; one sister: Mary Lynn Lavigna of Egg Harbor Township; and one brother; Thomas Whaley of Pleasantville; his nieces: Kelly Lynn Gazo and her husband Michael, nephew, Larry Lavigna and niece, Andrea Whaley and nephew, Paul Whaley.
Friends may call on Wednesday evening, June 30 from 6:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. at the Adams-Perfect Funeral Home, 1650 New Road, Northfield. Friends may call again on Thursday morning from 11:00a.m. to 12 Noon at the Salem United Methodist Church, Park Avenue and South Main Street, Pleasantville.
Funeral Service will be held Thursday, July 1, at 12 Noon at the Church.
Interment will be in Laurel Memorial Park, Pomona.

CICCOCELLI, LUCY R., 83 - of Brigantine, formerly of Warminister, PA died Sunday, June 27, 2004. Lucy was a housewife. She is the beloved wife of the late Caesar J. Ciccocelli. Lucy is survived by her daughter Palma (Pam) Selisker and her husband Phil and her son Paul Ciccocelli and his wife Ruth. She is also survived by her brothers Philip and Peter Mustico; her sister Angie Ciccotello and her grandchildren Roland, Michele and Jill and great grandchildren Gabrielle, Madison, Amelia and Nina.

KRAMER, FRANCES (WALDORF) 80 - of Cherry Hill, passed away on Friday, June 25, 2004 in Brighton Gardens of Cherry Hill.

FLACK, CATHERINE J., 75 - of Northfield, passed away at her home on Sunday, June 27, 2004. Catherine was born and raised in Egg Harbor City. She later moved to Atlantic City where she worked for Western Union and met her husband the late Charles D. Flack, Jr.
Catherine is survived by seven children, Colleen Sanborne and her husband Stephen, Michael and his wife Michelle, Steven and his wife Annette, Cathy Fennen and her husband Patrick, Charles and his wife Pamela, Linda Coyle and her husband Daniel, Nancy Goldberg and her husband Joseph. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Steven Flack, Christopher and Michael Sanborne, Elizabeth Flack, Nolan and Liam Coyle and two step-grandsons, Michael and Jason and her sister Lillian Fair.

FARABAUGH, SUSAN LYNN VAN STREET, 40 - of Hamilton, passed into eternal life on Friday at Compassionate Care Hospice at St. Francis Medical Center after a brief but determined fight against ovarian cancer.
Born in Fort Sill, Oklahoma, Susan resided in, Willingboro and Hamilton Square most of her life. She graduated from Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and a certificate in Medical Technology from York Hospital, York, PA. Susan was employed at Capital Health System at Fuld for 15 years, and most recently at St. Francis Medical Center as Blood Bank Team Leader.
Susan was the beloved wife and best friend of Michael A. Farabaugh of Hamilton. She is also survived by her parents, John and Pearl Van Street of Buena; a sister, Karen Lynn, wife of Rev. Barry Moyer of Kersey, PA; a niece, Stephanie Lynn Keresztes of Erie, PA; and a nephew, David Moyer of San Jose, CA. Susan leaves behind her faithful, devoted dog Kody.
Susan lived a full and beautiful life. She loved traveling both at home and abroad with family and friends, and visiting the New Jersey Shore with girlfriends. She was an avid reader and NASCAR fan and took great joy in teaching Medical Technology students from the local community college. Susan was blessed with many dear friends with whom she enjoyed life, and who were with her always and gave her strength throughout her illness.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 7, 7 p.m. at Hamilton Brenna-Cellini Funeral Home, 2365 Whitehorse-Mercerville Road, Hamilton. Burial services will be private. Calling hours will be Wednesday, July 7, from 5 to 7 p.m.

MARCONE, HANNA C., 59 - of Wildwood Crest, died Saturday, June 26, 2004 at Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital, Cape May Court House.
She has lived in this area for 17 years. She was an avid bingo player.

FADROWSKI, IGNATIUS WALTER, 76 - of Pleasantville, passed away at his residence on Friday evening, June 25, 2004.
Born in Culpmont, PA, he was the son of the late Enoch and the late Mary M. (Moroz) Fadrowski. He was a watchman for many years inspecting bridges as they were built and repaired. He also enjoyed fishing, claming and animals.
He is survived by his daughter, Mary Fadrowksi of New York, and his wife of over 50 years, Anna Marie.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday evening June 29, 2004 at 7:00p.m. at the Adams Perfect Funeral Homes, Inc., 1650 New Road, Northfield.
BLACKWELL, SR., BISHOP FELTON A., 56 - of Mizpah, went home to be with the Lord suddenly on June 25, 2004.
Bishop Blackwell was born in Vineland and a lifelong resident of Mizpah. He was Pastor and founder of the New Knowledge Outreach Ministries, Inc. and the New Knowledge Community Outreach, Inc.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years Frances (nee: Ausby); mother Edna Blackwell; four children: Felton Jr. and his wife Samirah, Melvin, Chanel Johnson, and Shawn and his wife Jacqueline; one brother Barry Ford; two sisters: Antoinette Ford and Lavern Gunter; 10 grandchildren, and a host of foster boys, nieces, nephews and friends.
Viewings will be held Thursday 6-8 p.m. at the New Knowledge Outreach Ministries, Market St., Mizpah and on Friday 9-11 a.m. at the Chestnut Assembly of God Church, Chestnut Ave., Vineland where services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday.
