Joseph Minock, 51, of Hammonton, died Saturday, January 16, 2010, at home.
Born in Hammonton, he was a lifelong resident. Joe was a 1976 graduate of Hammonton High School and a member of Our Lady of Assumption Society. He was employed at Resorts Casino as a slot technician and supervisor. He was also owner and operator of Advanced Paging Inc. and Harbor Video in Egg Harbor City for many years.
Predeceased by: parents, Anthony and Pauline (nee Barresi) Minock. Surviving him are: loving wife, Dorris (nee Ancheta); children, Lindsey, Joseph Minock; brothers, James, Anthony Jr.; sister-in-law, Theresa, all residents of Hammonton; loving uncle of Michelle, Marianne, James Minock.
Relatives and friends attended a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, January 19, at St. Joseph’s R.C. Church followed by burial at Holy Sepulcher cemetery.

Angelina P. Amoriello (nee Mazza), 79, of Waterford, died Saturday, January 16, 2010, at Innova Care in Hammonton.
Born in Nesco, she was an area resident all of her life. She formerly worked as a button machine operator for National Garment Company in Hammonton.
Predeceased by: husband, Michael; parents, Joseph and Maria Mazza; brothers, Frank, Angelo, Dominick, Anthony, Joseph; sisters, Rose Bertino, Mary Santucci. Surviving her are: daughters, Barbara Sterling and her husband Paul of Brandon, Fla., Darlene Mascino and her husband Tony of Waterford; sister, Josephine Barr of Galloway; brother, Santo Mazza and his wife Nancy of Cologne; sister-in-law, Carol Mazza; special friend, Harriett Frederico.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing today, January 20, at 9:30 a.m. at St. Anthony Church, 436 Pennington Avenue, Waterford, N.J. followed by Mass at 11 a.m. Burial will be at Holy Sepulchre cemetery.

FMarie P. Sindoni (nee Picucci), 76, of Hammonton, died Wednesday, January 13, 2010, at Virtua Hospital in Berlin.
Born in Philadelphia, she was a 1950 graduate of St. Joseph High School. Marie was salutatorian and captain of her high school girls basketball team. She formerly worked for HIMCO and Sure Insurance Co. in Hammonton. Marie was a volunteer office receptionist, member of the Finance Council, Past President of the Altar Rosary Society active in church fundraising and the annual Christmas Bazaar at St. Martin de Porres R.C. Church.
Predeceased by: husband, Albert J. Sindoni; parents, Harry and Sue Picucci. Surviving her are: children, Alan Sindoni and his wife Deborah of Sewell, Susan Ramsden and her husband Dan of New York, N.Y., Lynne Spangler and her husband Kurt of Wayne, Pa.; brother, Thomas Picucci and his wife Sally of Hammonton; grandchildren, Alanna Sindoni, Sydney and Hanna Ramsden, Derek Spangler.
Relatives and friends attended a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, January 17, at St. Martin de Porres R.C. Church followed by burial at Holy Sepulchre cemetery.
Donations may be made to The Franciscans St. Anthony’s Guild, 4 Jersey Street, East Rutherford, NJ 07073-1012.

Jacob Rasmussen Jr., 80, of Winslow, died Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at Care One at Evesham.
Born in Camden, he was a lifelong Winslow resident. He formerly worked for Dy-Dee Service in Westmont and then at Ancora Psychiatric Hospital in their housekeeping department for more than 22 years.
Surviving him are: wife, Marie A. Rasmussen (nee Dacenzo); daughters, Ruth McGowan of Sicklerville, Joan Gills and her husband Robert of Chesilhurst; brother, William Rasmussen of Winslow; grandchildren, Robert, Melissa, Sarah, Elizabeth “Lizzie”; great-grandchildren, Steven, R.J., Kaitlyn, Marcus, Mason, Kaiden.
Relatives and friends attended funeral services on Monday, January 18, at the Carnesale Funeral Home followed by burial at Winslow Methodist cemetery.

Dorothy Barbone, 78, of Stratford, died Sunday, January 10, 2010 at Kennedy Hospital in Stratford.
Born in Landisville, she was a longtime resident of Atco. She was a graduate of Lower Camden County Regional High School.
Predeceased by: parents, Nicholas and Mary Barbone; brother, James and his wife Lois Barbone. Surviving her are: sister, Ida Piscitelli and her husband James of Lindenwold; loving aunt of Janice (Joseph) Pistone of Hammonton, James (Carmella) Barbone of Waterford, Joan (Nick) Adamucci of Atco, Louis (Joyce) Barbone of Hammonton, Linda Gray of West Virginia, David (Denise) Piscitelli of Lindenwold, Lorraine (Jim) Gallagher of Glendora, Theresa Piscitelli of Voorhees; many loving great-nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends attended a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, January 15, at Assumption Parish in Atco. Burial will be at the convenience of the family at Our Lady of Victories cemetery in Landisville.

William Henry (Bill) Hartigan, Sergeant Major, US Army Retired, of Hammonton, passed away peacefully at Seashore Gardens, Galloway Township, on Monday, January 11, 2010 after a courageous four year battle with cancer.
He was born in Kansas City, Mo., on January 20, 1926. He attended William Chrisman High School in Independence, Mo., and junior college in St. Joseph, Mo. At one point in his life he entertained the idea of becoming an attorney but decided instead to continue with his military service in the United States Army. He served his country as an intelligence analyst in the Army, spoke a number of languages, and was stationed in Germany for a period of years where he met and married his beloved wife, Liselotte (Lotti) Schleich, a native of Wurzberg, Germany, in July of 1956, who predeceased him on October 21, 2009.
After he was discharged from the Army on September 11, 1974, at Fort Dix, Mr. Hartigan moved to New York where he was plant manager of an electronics company. The Hartigans then retired to Hammonton in 1980. Mr. Hartigan was a private, quiet gentleman with a wonderful sense of humor who truly appreciated the efforts of his friends during his last illness.
There are no immediate survivors. The Hartigans were animal lovers and donations may be made in their names to the Humane Society of Atlantic County, 1401 Absecon Boulevard, Atlantic City, NJ 08401 or RNS Cancer & Hart Fund Contributions, 102 N. 35th Avenue, Longport, NJ 08403.
Mr. Hartigan will be interred, next to his beloved wife, with full military honors in Arlington National cemetery at a later date.

Mary Cuci (nee Ingemi), 94, of Hammonton, died Monday, February 15, 2010, at home.
Born in Folsom, she was an area resident all her life. Mary was a retired sewing machine operator for W.B. Kessler Clothing Co. in Hammonton for more than 24 years.
Predeceased by: husband Frank Cuci; parents, Antonio and Natale Ingemi; brothers, John, Anthony, Joseph Ingemi.
Surviving her are: children, Catherine Zimmerman and her husband Alfred of Mt. Laurel, Helen Weatherby and her late husband Robert of Hammonton, Frank Cuci and his wife Anna of Hammonton; brother, Peter Ingemi of Winslow; caregiver, Etta Johnson; grandchildren, Alfred Zimmerman, Kara Ball, Sharon King, Robert and Amy Weatherby, Stephen and David Cuci; great-grandchildren, Alex, Christopher, Anthony, Samantha.
Relatives and friends attended a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, February 19, at St. Martin de Porres Church followed by burial at Greenmount cemetery.
Donations may be made to Holy Redeemer Visiting Nurses, 6550 Delilah Road #501, Egg Harbor Twp., NJ 08234.

Thomas C. Slater, 26, of Folsom, died suddenly on Saturday, February 20, 2010.
He lived in Folsom his entire life. Tom enjoyed Bible Studies, gardening and Tai Chi. He was a mentor to others and he loved spending time with family and friends.
Surviving him are: parents, Terry and Linda (nee Rose) Slater of Folsom; brothers, Daniel (Jennifer Pae) Slater; niece, Jenna of Buena, David (Olivia) Slater of Springfield, Va., maternal grandmother, Helen Rose of Mantua, paternal grandmother, Louise Stahl of Deptford; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing today, February 24, from 9:30 a.m. at Our Lady of the Lakes Church in Collings Lakes followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Interment will follow.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the “Friends of Joey Foundation,” 124 Lake George Drive, Collings Lakes, NJ 08094.

Giovanna “Nina” DeNucci (nee Scaltrito), 94, of Hammonton, died Saturday, February 20, 2010, surrounded by her family.
Born in Hammonton, she was a lifelong resident. She attended Hammonton schools and retired from Romalo DeSantis Clothing Co. in Hammonton where she was a sewing machine operator and a member of the Amalgamated clothing workers. Nina loved cooking, baking, gardening in her backyard, but mostly spending time with her family. Her biggest joy was attending the many parties for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by: husband, Dominic DeNucci. Surviving her are: children, JoAnn Scola and her husband Frank, Donald DeNucci and his wife Laura, Karen Scardino and her husband John all of Hammonton; dear sister of Frank Scaltrito of West Palm Beach, Fla., Angelo Scaltrito, Nancy Ezzi, Josephine Cirillo all of Hammonton; grandchildren, Kim Fox and her husband Evan, Melissa Muller and her husband Fred, Debbie Donio and her husband Tom, Lori Calderone and her husband Paul, Gina Hagerty and her husband Leo, Donald DeNucci and his wife Molly, Krista Welch and her husband Jim, John Scardino Jr. and his wife Jonni; 11 great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing today, February 24, at 8:30 a.m. at the Marinella Funeral Home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph R.C. Church. Burial will be at Holy Sepulchre cemetery.
Donations may be made to the Hammonton Rescue Squad, 300 S. Egg Harbor Road, Hammonton, NJ 08037.
