GEORGE JAGICH JR., 66, of HOWELL, died Friday, Oct. 6, at home. Mr. Jagich was a reservation supervisor for Eastern Airlines, Woodbridge, for over 20 years, retiring in 1988. He was a member of the Central Jersey Rifle and Pistol Club, Jackson, and was a life member of the NRA. Born and raised in the Bronx, N.Y., he had lived in Queens before settling in Howell in 1967.
Surviving are his wife of 44 years, Marie Jagich of Howell; a son, Christopher Jagich of Brick; two daughters and sons-in-law, Lynn and Jim Lyle of New Egypt, and Laura and Nick Cardinale of Brick; four grandchildren; Ashley Lyle, Steven Lyle, Jonathan Cardinale, and Nicole Cardinale; a brother, Donald Jagich of Yorktown Heights, N.Y.; and a sister, Dorothy Walsh of Middletown.
Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road, Freehold Township. Relatives and friends may gather at 8: 30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home for the Rite of Committal, followed by his 9: 30 a.m. Funeral Mass at the Church of St. Veronica, 4215 Route 9 North, Howell. Interment will follow in the Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Mr. Jagich may be made to the CentraState Healthcare Foundation, Inc., Building Fund, 916 Route 33, Suite 6, Freehold, NJ 07728.

JEAN JANSEN, 83, of HOWELL, died Monday, Dec. 11, at Atlantic Coast Rehabilitation & Health Care, Lakewood. Mrs. Jansen was born in Puxico, Mo., and lived in Union Beach and Laurence Harbor before moving to Howell in 1995. She was a former member of the Ladies Auxiliary, Union Beach. Mrs. Jansen was a homemaker.
She was predeceased by her husband, Henry, in 1995. Surviving are a son, Larry Fowler of Albrightsville, Pa.; two daughters and sons-in-law, Sandra and John Downey of Port Richey, Fla., and Linda and David Medel of Howell; a sister, Irene Bender of Lakehurst; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Visiting hours will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road, Freehold Township. Family and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Shorelands Memorial Park, Hazlet.

JOHN C. KALINAUSKAS JR., 60, of MANALAPAN, died Wednesday, April 25, at home. Mr. Kalinauskas was born in Neptune and had lived in Freehold before moving to Manalapan in 1969. Known as "DJ Johnny K," he owned and operated his own DJ Company and enjoyed making music, sharing it with others, and donating his time and services to many local charities. He was also a former member of Lithuanian Club of Freehold. He had been employed by Ford Motor Co., Edison; Freehold Cartage Inc., Freehold Township, and also Disposal Systems, Inc., Millstone.
Surviving are his wife, Jane Burdge Kalinauskas; a son and his wife, John C. IV and Dina Kalinauskas of Jackson; a daughter, Eileen M. Rose of Jackson; a stepson and his wife, Darren and Karyn Stolz of Toms River; and eight grandchildren, Walter, Christopher, and Tyler Rose, Kole and Ethan Kalinauskas, and Shane, Sydney, and Sienna Stolz.
Visiting hours will be from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township. Friends and relatives are invited to attend his funeral service at 11: 30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. David Bowman officiating. Interment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Farmingdale. ANDREW S. KAZIMIR, 64, of FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP, died Thursday, Oct. 26, at St. Barnabas Hospice at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. Mr. Kazimir was born in Elizabeth and had lived in Linden and Lakewood before moving to Freehold Township 17 years ago. Mr. Kazimir was a parishioner at The Church of St. Robert Bellarmine, Freehold Township. He was also a member of the Freehold YMCA. He was an account manager at Honeywell, Morristown, for over 30 years, retiring four years ago.
He was predeceased by his parents, Andrew Sr. and Mary Hlavaty Kazimir. Surviving are his wife, Dorothy Dudak Kazimir; three daughters and sons-in-law, Denise and Daniel Rutledge of Flagler Beach, Fla., Gina Kazimir-Hosmer and Philip Hosmer of Belair, Md., and Lisa and Kenneth Rossi of Howell; a brother and sister-in-law, Dennis and Delores Kazimir of Brick; and six grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township. THOMAS J. KENNEDY, 79, of Whiting, MANCHESTER and Freehold Township, died Monday, Jan. 1, at Bartley Health Care, Jackson. Mr. Kennedy was born in the Parlin section of Sayreville and had lived most of his life in South Amboy before moving to Whiting 15 years ago. Mr. Kennedy worked in the Maintenance Department of the New Jersey Highway Authority in Cape May for over 16 years, retiring in 1989. Prior to that, he was a finisher at E.I. DuPont, F&F Plant, Sayreville. Mr. Kennedy was a parishioner of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. He was a U.S. Army veteran, having served during World War II. He was a member of VFW Post 8745, Whiting.
Surviving are a sister, Dorothy Kelley of Freehold Township; three nieces, Karen Gomolka of Freehold Township, Kathleen DelGuercio of Union, and Nancy Greberis of Freehold Township; and a nephew, Thomas Kelley of Sayreville.
Visiting hours will be from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township. RANDALL W. KNIGHT, 56, of HOWELL, died Sunday, Feb. 25, at Kimball Medical Center, Lakewood. Mr. Knight was born in Brooklyn and had lived in Staten Island before moving to Howell in 1986. He was a U.S. Coast Guard veteran. Mr. Knight was a credit and collections manager for Wayside Technologies, Shrewsbury, for the past two years. Prior to that, he worked for Navieras, Raritan Center, for 15 years.
He was predeceased by his parents, John W. and Doris Knight; and his loving in-laws, John and Nora Botts. Surviving are his wife of 33 years, Diane Knight; a son, Andrew Knight of Howell; a daughter, Kelly Knight of Jackson; a brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Randy Knight of Ormond Beach, Fla.; other loving family members, Judith and Gerald Taranto and family, Jack and Michelle Botts and daughter, George and Karen Botts and sons, and Dominic and Samantha Amoroso; and his best friends, Larry, Bill and Dave and their families.

PETER KOPACK SR., 83, of COLTS NECK, died Sunday, Feb. 18, at the Bartley Healthcare, Jackson, after a courageous battle with cancer. Mr. Kopack was born and raised in Scranton, Pa., and had lived in Farmingdale before moving to Colts Neck in 1971. "He showed love and support for his family, never hesitating to lend a helping hand so they could achieve their goals, and was always proud of all their accomplishments and found peace working on his farm after retirement." Mr. Kopack taught electrical engineering courses and worked with ordnance at Earl Naval Ammunitions Depot for 33 years, retiring in the mid '70s. As a teenager, he worked in the coal mines of Pennsylvania.
He was predeceased by his brothers and sisters. Surviving are his wife, Olga Kopack of Colts Neck; a son and daughter-in-law, Peter J. and Patricia Kopack Jr. of Farmingdale; three grandsons, Brian Kopack of Bradley Beach, Kevin Kopack and his wife Elizabeth of Point Pleasant, and Peter Kopack III and his wife Laura of Point Pleasant; and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township. NETTIE KOWALEWSKI, 80, of FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP, died Saturday, Dec. 23, at Ocean County Medical Center in Brick. Mrs. Kowalewski was born in Jersey City, and lived there until moving to Manalapan in 1977 and then to Freehold Township in 1986. Nettie was a member of Sts. Peter & Paul Russian Orthodox Church in Jersey City. Mrs. Kowalewski was a homemaker.
She was predeceased by her three sisters, Mary Graziano, Anna Gahr, and Olga Yesko. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Barbara Ann and Pompilio Egidi of Freehold Township; a granddaughter and her husband, Daniela and Michael Cherny of Howell; and a brother, John Kicey of Ridgefield Park.
Visiting for Nettie will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road, (Route 524) Freehold Township. EILEEN C. KRAJEWSKI, 79, of RED BANK, died Tuesday, Oct. 31, at Chapin Hill at Red Bank. Mrs. Krajewski was born in Jersey City and had lived there her whole life until moving to Lincroft and then Red Bank. She was a bookkeeper for Winfield Motors, Jersey City, retiring in 1979.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Martin Whalen, in 1968; her second husband, John Krajewski, in 1995; and her son, John Krajeski, in 2006. Surviving are a daughter-in-law, Mary Krajeski of California; a granddaughter, Dawn Krajeski of California; two sisters, Marilyn Cavanaugh of Lincroft, Middletown, and Claire Campell of Marion, Ill.; and many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to attend her memorial Funeral Mass at 10: 30 a.m. Monday at Parish of the Resurrection at the Church of St. Michael, 252 9th St., Jersey City. A memorial service will also be held at 10: 30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 10, at St. Catherine of Siena Chapel, North Main St., Farmingdale. Arrangements by Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, Freehold Township.

LARRY C. KRAYN 75, of FREEHOLD, died Tuesday, Dec. 26, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Mr. Krayn was a credit manager for Mobil Chemical, Short Hills, for 20 years, retiring in 1986. Along with that, he owned and operated many successful business ventures and financial services. He was a graduate of New York University. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.
He was predeceased by his wife, Nancy, in 1987. Surviving are one son, Larry Krayn of Freehold; one daughter and son-in-law, Cheryl and John Matlosz of Jacksonville, Fla.; five grandchildren, Larry Jr., Robert J., Cassandra, Christie and Chelsea; and his companion, Kitty Lapatin and her three sons and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township.
