Gerardus T. Hooftman
MILFORD, Pa. — Gerardus T. Hooftman, 82, died Thursday at Milford Senior Care, Milford, Pa.
The son of Peter and Margaret Vanderstam Hooftman, he was born in Boskoop, Holland on Nov. 7, 1922.
He was a retired service manager for Casler Motors in Pompton Lakes, N.J.
Mr. Hooftman is survived by his wife, Marianne S. Kluis; one daughter, Sophia Altvater of Milford; one son, Peter Hooftman of Norfolk, Va.; one brother, Jan Hooftman of Boskoop, Holland; one sister, Ennike Vogel of Emmen, Holland; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Stroyan Funeral Home, 405 W. Harford St., Milford.

Thomas Kehler
HARDYSTON — Thomas Kehler, 67, died Thursday at Newton Memorial Hospital.
Born in Butler Township, Pa., he had resided in Lodi for 20 years before moving to the Stockholm section of Hardyston in 1973.
Mr. Kehler worked for the former Morley Shirt Co. of Franklin and later retired from Edenwood Corp. of Whippany. Upon his retirement, Mr. Kehler worked at the Andover Nursing Home.
He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1957 to 1960. He was a member of the Stockholm United Methodist Church.
Mr. Kehler was predeceased by his parents, Laurence and Edith Kehler and a brother, Larry Kehler.
He is survived by his wife, Annabelle Van Duren Kehler; one son, William "Bil" of Stockholm; one daughter, Christa Walker of Franklin; one brother, Gary of Towanda, Pa., and one grandson.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the F. John Ramsey Funeral Home, 1 Main St., Franklin.

Cheryl A. Rooney
VIENNA, Va. — Cheryl A. Rooney, 46, died Tuesday at her home.
She was born in Newton, N.J. and moved to Vienna, Va. in 1990. She was a 1977 graduate of Kittatinny Regional High School and was a longtime employee of Newton ShopRite.
Mrs. Rooney graduated with a degree in anthropology with honors from George Mason University in Fairfax, Va. in 1995. Prior to attending college, she supported her husband through Seton Hall University and the University of Virginia School of Law. Mrs. Rooney taught at Holy Comforter Episcopal Preschool for the last eight years.
She is survived by her husband of 26 years, John J.; her parents, John and Fran Landgraff of Louisa, Va.; two sisters, Bonnie Barker of Mineral, Va. and Dorothy Batalin of Victoria, Texas; two brothers, John Landgraff III of Lee's Summit, Mo. and Roy Landgraff of Louisa; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Money and King Funeral Home, 171 E. Maple Ave., Vienna, Va.

Susan Wylot
MURRELLS INLET, S.C. — Susan Wylot, 53, died Wednesday in South Carolina.
Born Dec. 13, 1951 in Bayone, N.J., she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Anne Uanis Wylot.
Ms. Wylot was a member of the Red Hat Society, American Legion Auxiliary, Post 178 in Murrells Inlet and VFW Auxiliary, Post 8441 in Vernon, N.J.
She is survived by her husband, Donald J. Brown; one son, Joseph Kilbride of Murrells Inlet; one brother, Edward J. Wylot and his wife, Jill, of Virginia; and one sister, Darlene Reynolds and her husband, Don, of Arizona.

Survivors include three sons, Vincent Flatt of Dingmans Ferry, Pa., Robert Flatt of Huguenot, N.Y., Gerald Flatt of Dingmans Ferry, Pa.; two sisters, Bonnie Pulver of Vienna, N.J., Tina Postma of Columbia, N.J.; one brother, Hank Engelhart of Nokomus, Ill.; two granddaughters; and several nieces and nephews. Marie Louise Lefloch
LEFLOCH, MARIE LOUISE, died Aug. 18, 2005, at Saint Clare's Hospital in Denville. She was 92. She was born in Scaer, France, on the Kerliou Farm and left from Brittany, France, to join her husband in the United States in the 1930s in Port Chester, N.Y. She lived in the Bronx, where she worked for the Guerlaine Perfume Factory, and later lived in Queens. She moved to St. Francis Residential Community in Denville for four years before moving to Mount Arlington last year. Mrs. LeFloch was predeceased by her husband, Louis, in 1955, and by her daughter, Irene Marie Louise Pinter and son-in-law, Frank Patrick Pinter, in 1990. She is survived by her three grandchildren, Frank Louis Pinter of Wayne, Lisa Marie (and Andrew) Fraser of Sparta, and Joanne Margaret (and Bert) Mulder of Plainsboro, N.J., and by her great-grandson, Alexander Frank Fraser of Sparta. Friends may visit at the DAVIS & HEPPLEWHITE FUNERAL HOME, 96 Main St., Succasunna, on Sunday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral liturgy will be held on Monday, 11 a.m., at St. Francis R. C. SPRADLING, ANTOINETTE "TONI,", 85, of Montague, N.J., choreographer and resident of the area for 40 years, died Aug. 21, 2005, at Milford Senior Care & Rehabilitation Center, Milford, Pa. She is survived by two sons, Guy and his wife, Carol, of Milford, Pa., and Mark and his wife, Teresa, of Pond Eddy, N.Y.; one stepson, David and his wife, Monica, of Hilton Head, S.C.; one brother, Frank Russo and his wife, Shirley, of Toronto, Canada; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one nephew, Ronald Russo of Williamsport, Pa. Toni's family wish to thank not only the 6,000 area children and adults who were pupils over the more than 30 years in Montague, but the hundreds of supporters and staff. Toni was a beloved and benevolent person who gave her heart to all around her. She will be sadly missed. Today, there is a new star in the heavens.
