RACHEL J. NAUGHTON
WARNER - Rachel Jennings Naughton, 46, died, July 11, 2005, of injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident in Warner.
She was born, Jan., 13, 1959, in Bainbridge, Md., to Paul Emile and Jeannine (Brasley) Grondin.
Mrs. Naughton was raised and educated in Contoocook. She was very proud of her recent completion of a business diploma from the College of Life Long Learning, at the University of New Hampshire.
She was a loving and multitalented woman. She was a daughter, sister, mother, meme (grandmother) and a friend to so many.
Mrs. Naughton will be long remembered for her perseverance, care-giving nature and indomitable sense of humor.
She was a member of the E. Roger. Montgomery Auxiliary Unit 81 in Contoocook.
Family members include her husband, George Naughton who she married, July 31, 1989; her parents of Contoocook; her children, Gwen P. Palmer of Charlestown, Lorna Ford of Boston, Rianna H. Seamans of Witchita, Kan. George M. Naughton of Bradford, and Lory A. Bennett of Newsbury; five grandchildren; two sisters, Maureen O'Keefe of Bradford and Linda Ramsey of Henniker; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

FLORENCE M. POLISH
LACONIA - Florence M. "Flossie" (Baldery) Polish, 83, died Tuesday, July 12, 2005, at the Genesis Elder Care Center in Laconia after a long illness.
She was born July 12, 1922, in Scranton, Pa., the daughter of Alfred and Lottie (Gospodarek) Baldery Sr.
Mrs. Polish spent most of her life in Scranton and graduated from the Scranton Technical High School.
She was employed for many years in the payroll department for Sequoit Industries and later with Haddon Craftsman Company in Scranton, Pa.
Mrs. Polish moved to Pembroke in 1996 to live with her stepson, Bob, and his wife, Karen. She later moved to Laconia.
She was a longtime communicant of Sacred Hearts Roman Catholic Church in Scranton, Penn.
Mrs. Polish was predeceased by her husband, Joseph F. Polish, who died in 1981.
Family members include two stepsons, Robert J. Polish and his wife Karen of Laconia and Richard E. Polish of Jessup, Penn.; eight step-grandchildren; 11 step-great-grandchildren; a brother, Alfred Baldery Jr. of Pennsylvania; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

KATHLEEN N. DEMERS
HOOKSETT – Kathleen N. Demers, 81, formerly of Epsom, died July 12, 2005, at Concord Hospital after a period of failing health.
She was born in Epsom to Louis and Florence (Small) Demers.
She graduated from Pembroke Academy in 1942. She worked for Textron Inc., in Suncook for 10 years, after which she worked for Pandora Industries for 34 years, retiring in 1986. Family members include a sister, Jeanette Lamontagne of Milford; and nieces, nephews and cousins.

CAROLYN BANKER
GOFFSTOWN – Carolyn L. (Barber) Banker, 84, of 12 Reed St., died July 15, 2005, at Catholic Medical Center.
She was born March 11, 1921, in Westerly, R.I., to Raymond and Mary (Langworth) Barber.
She was a graduate of Westerly High School.
Mrs. Banker was a Goffstown resident since 1985. Prior to that, she resided in Manchester and Londonderry. She was employed as co-manager of Rent-A-Space during the 1980s.
Most of her life was dedicated to her family and grandchildren. She was also a loving and devoted wife.
Family members include her husband of 63 years, James A. Banker; four daughters, Barbara Bournival and her husband Paul of Bedford; Carol Power of San Diego, Tricia Horton of San Diego and Donna Kittle and her husband John of West Palm Beach, Fla.; two sons, James Banker Jr. and his wife Diana of Denmark, Maine., and Robert Banker and his wife Cheryl of Manchester; 13 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Ester Young of Westerly, R.I., and Helen Cassano of Mount Kisco, N.Y.; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

FRED A. BURNHAM JR.
CANDIA – Fred A. Burnham Jr., 83, died July 14, 2005, at Elliot Hospital after a brief illness.
He was born Nov. 30, 1921, in Manchester, to Fred A. and Grace E. (Morrill) Burnham. He was educated in the local school system.
Prior to retirement, he had been employed by Kilgus Pontiac/Cadillac for 45 years.
He also owned and operated his own auto repair service for many years.
Mr. Burnham was a member of the Legion of Guardsmen and was chief of the New Hampshire Redmen.
He was predeceased by his first wife, Ruth Burnham, in 1977; his second wife, Anne Burnham, in 1989; three sisters, Marjorie Lamper, Dorothy Burnham and Mildred Burnham; and a brother Frank Burnham.
Family members include a sister, Wilma Cashwell of Winter Garden, Fla.; three nieces; four nephews; and his longtime companion, Ruth Francisco of Candia.

JOHN A. ERLMAN
MANCHESTER - John A. Erlman, 75, died Sept. 24, 2005, at Community Hospice House, Merrimack, after a brief battle with cancer.
He was born June 12, 1930, in Manchester to Arthur and Margaret (Cullity) Erlman. He lived in Manchester most of his life.
Mr. Erlman earned a bachelor of arts degree in economics from St. Anselm College in Goffstown and a master of science degree in hospital administration from Northwestern University in Chicago.
In 1955, he began his career in hospital administration that spanned a quarter century. Beginning in the U.S. Army at Fort Campbell Ky., and continuing into civilian life, he held positions at Mercy Hospital, Springfield, Mass., Degoesbriand Hospital, Burlington, Vt., St. Vincent's Hospital, Bridgeport, Conn., Sacred Heart Hospital, Manchester and St. Mary's Hospital in West Palm Beach, Fla.
Mr. Erlman later worked for Miller Engineering and Bedford Design in Manchester.
He was a lifelong community volunteer and teacher. He was an active member in many service and youth organizations including the Knights of Columbus, where he attained the level of fourth degree knight, the United Way the American Heart Association, Junior Achievement, UpReach Therapeutic Riding Program, Boy Scouts of America, Explorer Posts, Big Brother, Rotary and Palm Beach Junior College.
Mr. Erlman taught business administration at New Hampshire College and business management to prisoners at New Hampshire State Prison in Concord for many years. He was an active member of greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce and a founding member of Palm Beach Gardens, and Chamber of Commerce. Until recently, he was counseling members of Manchester's small business community through shared management experience forum.
He had a long-standing love affair with show business that was expressed through pantomime and singing with his beloved wife Pauline and with the production of talent shows in the communities he lived in and the hospitals he worked in. He believed that the family is a person's source of strength and fueled his lifelong passion for helping others, which guided all his personal and professional affairs.
He was predeceased by a son, Michael J. Erlman, who died in 1961; and a brother, Arthur Erlman, who died in 2000.
Family members include his wife of 51 years, Pauline (Blais) Erlman of Manchester; three sons, John P. Erlman of Goffstown, Christopher Erlman of West Palm Beach, Fla., and James Erlman of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.; three daughters, Christine Wenrich and her husband, William, of Nashua, Carol Phillips of Pembroke, and her fiance, Robert Toper, of Guilderland, N.Y., and Colleen Bakels of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; a sister and brother-in-law, Joan and William Danisewich of Manchester; 13 grandchildren, Melissa Bailey and her husband, Joseph, and their children, Victoria and Joseph, Jessica Singleton, Jade Erlman, Michael, Catherine and Sarah Wenrich, Cindy and David Phillips, Justin and Jamie Erlman, and Michelle, Timothy and Rebecca Bakels; several nieces and nephews; and many friends and business associates.

MARIAN L. ANDERSON
GOFFSTOWN .- Marian L. Anderson, 82, died Sept. 17, 2005, at Hillsborough County Nursing Home.
She was born June 9, 1923, in Manchester to Robert and Lucy (Annis) Marshal. She was a graduate of Manchester Central High School.
Soon after graduation, Mrs. Anderson moved to Washington D.C., where she worked for the IRS.
She married Alexander R. Anderson on Nov. 12, 1945, in Goffstown.
Mrs. Anderson was employed at Waumbec Mills in the office before her employment at Travelers Insurance, where she worked for 26 years, until her retirement.
She was a volunteer teacher's assistant at Kellogg Elementary School, a member of Seventh Day Adventist Church in Bedford, where she was also a church secretary.
Mrs. Anderson was predeceased by her husband Alexander, who died in 2003; and a daughter, Elizabeth.
Family members include a daughter, Thora E. Anderson of Goffstown; two brothers, Robert E. Marshal of Tilton and Donald H. Marshal of Quincy, Mass.

THOMAS MCGANN
HOPKINTON - Thomas McGann, 64, died Sept. 21, 2005, at the Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association's Hospice House in Concord.
He was born in Teaneck, N.J., to Thomas L. and Janet G. (Sharpe) McGann.
Mr. McGann was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War and a retired engineer for Verizon Telephone.
Family members include his first wife, Margaret (Dunn) McGann of New Boston; his second wife, Susan I. (Martin) Koehler of Hopkinton; two sons, Sean and Liam McGann, both of New Boston; two sisters, Margaret McGann of Hopkinton and Carol Millar of Montego Bay, Jamaica; three stepchildren, Michael Koehler of New Jersey, Christopher Koehler of Boston and Catherine (Koehler) Lowe of Virginia; and many nieces and nephews.

PATRICIA A. BEAUCHESNE
HOOKSETT – Patricia A. (Farley) Beauchesne, 67, of Main Street, died Sept. 15, 2005, at the Catholic Medical Center in Manchester.
She was born Sept. 28, 1937, in Manchester to Maurice and Marjorie (Leney) Farley. She lived in the Pembroke- Allenstown area before moving to Hooksett in 1995.
Prior to her retirement Mrs. Beauchesne was employed as a licensed practical nurse for Concord Hospital and Havenwood Health Care Center.
She volunteered with New Hampshire Helping Hand Patrol, assisting stranded motorists and with New Hampshire Emergency Unit Ambulance Service.
Mrs. Beauschensne was predeceased by her husband, Paul A. Beauchesne Sr., who died in 1997, and to whom she had been married 40 years; and a brother, Maurice Farley.
Family members include three daughters, Patricia A. Ellis and her husband, Wiley, of Hooksett, Penny A. Beauchesne of Ridgecrest, Calif., and Angela M. Lynas and her husband, Paul, of Penacook; a son and daughter- in-law, Paul A. and Kelley Beauchesne of Allenstown; three grandchildren, Kassi and Michael Beauchesne and Ryan Lynas; a sister, Marjorie Clapp of Manchester; and nieces and nephews.

ANDREW C. COTE
GOFFSTOWN - Andrew C. Cote, 55, of East Dunbarton Road, Goffstown, died Sept. 17, 2005, after a courageous battle with lung cancer at Catholic Medical Center, surrounded by his family.
He was born May, 26, 1950, at Fort Belvoir, Va., to Gerda (Ritz) Cote and the late Camille Cote. He lived in Manchester all his life.
Mr. Cote graduated from Manchester Central High School and attended Dartmouth College. He was well-known in musical circles. He was passionate about his music and his performance in many of his compositions as well as recording and cataloguing music for his fellow artists.
The Cote family is grateful for the love and support of Mr. Cote's many good friends.
Family members include his mother, Gerda Cote; brothers, Gerry Cote and his wife, Mary Jean of Palatine, Ill., Ronald Cote of Mt. Vernon, Ken Cote and his wife, Carolyn, of Hudson Fla.; three nieces, Laura Cote of Champagne Ill., Alissa Cote and Rachel Cote of Palatine; two nephews, Peter Cote of Palatine and Thomas Cote of Hudson; 10 cousins, aunts, and uncles.
