Robert J. Bellisle, Jr.
Robert J. Bellisle, Jr., 50, of 14 Martin Lane in Litchfield died peacefully on Saturday afternoon, October 16 at home with his family, after a long valiant battle against cancer.
Mr. Bellisle was born in Nashua on July 26, 1954, son of Robert J. and Lillian J. (Tamulouis) Bellisle of Hudson. He is the husband of Martha A. "May" (Porfido) Bellisle, whom he married
on November 24, 1987.
He pursued his passion for cooking, first as head chef at La Hacienda in Nashua. Mr. Bellisle owned, while cooking at, a legacy of fine restaurants in the area, starting with the Bump N Grinder in Milford, The Peregrine House in Goffstown, culminating with the Coyote Cafe in Nashua in 1995. He was last employed as a Systems Administrator at Vicor of Andover, Massachusetts.
He was a graduate of Alvirne High School in Hudson, Class of 1972, and later attended night school for three years at Boston University where he earned his certification of Systems Administer.
Mr. Bellisle was a loving father and enjoyed being active in the community coaching recreational basketball.
Besides his wife and parents, survivors include four children, Robby, Cameron, Jamie and Alex; a brother James Bellisle and his wife, Andreea and their children of Manchester; two sisters, Nancy Bellisle of Florida and Martha Bellisle of California; also nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Robert J. Bellisle, Sr.
Robert J. Bellisle. Sr., 74, of 29 Cedar Street in Hudson, died unexpectedly at his home, early Monday morning, November 8. 2004.
Mr. Bellisle was born in Lawrence, Massachusetts on November 5, 1930, son of the late Harold and Alice (O'Connell) Bellisle. He has made his home in Hudson for more than 40 years.
He was the husband of Lillian J. (Tamulonis) Bellisle with whom he celebrated their 51st wedding anniversary on September 12 of this year.
Educated in Lawrence, Massachusetts schools, Mr. Bellisle graduated from Lawrence High school in 1949 and later earned an associates degree from Hesser College. A Navy veteran, Mr. Bellisle served with the Submarine service during the Korean War.
Mr. Bellisle had been employed with the New England Telephone Company for over 30 years. He had worked in Keene, Burlington, and Haverhill, Massachusetts before becoming Dial Service Manager at the Manchester office. After his retirement from the phone company, Mr. Bellisle had been working part time as a teller at Citizens Bank in Derry.
Very active with Lions International, Mr. Bellisle had been a member of the Hudson, Hampstead, and Windham Lions Clubs, serving as President of the Hudson club was a Past District Governor of District 44 H, and was a Melvin Jones Fellow. Mr. Bellisle was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of American and held memberships in the American Legion Post 48 and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post, both of Hudson and was a Past Commander of the Sub-Vets of Portsmouth. Mr. Bellisle was a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church and was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Council 5261 of Hudson.
He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandfather and was an avid golfer.
Mr. Bellisle was predeceased by a son, Robert J. Bellisle, Jr., who died on October 16, 2004.
Besides his wife survivors include: a son and two daughters-in-law, James and Andreea Bellisle of Manchester and Martha A. "May" Bellisle of Litchfield; two daughters, Nancy Bellisle of Florida and Martha Bellisle of California; ten grandchildren, Robby and Cameron Bellisle of Litchfield, Jamie and Alex Bellisle of Texas, Alisha and Amanda Wyman of Montana, Dylan Bellisle of Florida, and Shannon, Shawn and Melodie Bellisle, all of Manchester; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Barbara Kearn of Pelham, Betty Ann and Robert Roy of Arizona, and Jean and David Laton of Hillsboro; also many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Ian Joseph Boucher
Ian Joseph Boucher, 21 of Central Street, Hudson, died Thursday, July 1, 2004 at Parkland Medical Center in Derry, from injuries he sustained from a motorcycle accident.
He was the son of John and Patricia (Lancy) Boucher, formerly of Hudson and currently of Windham.
Ian was a graduate of Alvirne High School, Class of 2000, and was currently attending New Hampshire Technical College where he was pursuing a degree in business. He was also an employee at AT&T Wireless as a store manager.
Ian loved to spend time with his brothers, whether it was riding ATVs playing catch, or taking them to a movie. He also enjoyed taking trips to the family vacation home on Moose Pond in Maine where he enjoyed his time boating, fishing and swimming.
Besides his loving parents, he is survived by: two brothers, Matthew and Tommy Boucher, both of Windham; paternal grandparents, Fulgence and Priscilla Boucher of Hudson; maternal grandparents, Forrest and Helen Lancey of Leominster Massachusetts; 12 aunts and uncles from the Fitchburg and Leominster Massachusetts area and four aunts and uncles from the Southern New Hampshire area; as well as several cousins.

Kevin Peter Bradley
Kevin Peter Bradley, 62, of Lisa Road, Windham, died Wednesday, October 6 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack. He was born January 29, 1942 in Essex, England son of the late Margaret (Cox) Brown. Mr., Bradley was the husband of Mary (Wade) Bradley of Windham, with whom he had been married
for 35 years.
Mr. Bradley was a local businessman for 30 years in Hudson. He owned and operated Bradley Motors in Hudson and following his retirement three years ago; he drove cross-country with his antique cars. He enjoyed golf, tennis, traveling and his antique cars. He also enjoyed being able to spend last winter at his home in Florida. His greatest joy was traveling and taking trips with his family.
Besides his loving wife, survivors include three sons and a daughter in law, Kevin J. Bradley and his partner Mark P. Jacobs, of Sacramento, California, Joseph and Carolyn Bradley of Reading, Massachusetts, Patrick Bradley of' Windham, one daughter, Colleen Bradley of Windham, a mother-in-law, Catherine (McGranaghan) Wade of Worcester, Massachusetts, a brother-in-law and a sister-in-law, Thomas and Sue Wade of Worcester, Two sisters-in-law, Kathleen Fonseca of Worcester and Ann Wade of Harwich, Massachusetts, as well as several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Funeral Services were held for Mr., Bradley last week. In lieu of flowers the family requested donations to the Community Hospice House, 210 Naticook Road, Merrimack, New Hampshire 03054.

Elisabeth M. Butler
Elisabeth M. Butler, 74, of Will Street, Nashua, died Sunday, October 31, 2004 at the Community Hospice House Merrimack.
Born in Aachen, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Karl P. and Elisabeth (Gramatsky) Moutin. Prior to her retirement she had been employed in the bakery department of the former Alexander's Grocery Store. She was a member of the Nashua seniors and a member of the Harmonica Saints. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and reading romance novels.
Survivors include three daughters and a son-in-law Rita Sullivan of Hampton, Ursula Howe of Hudson and Jutta and Vito Tropiano of Bedford, four grandchildren, Christopher Mrosewski of Nashua, Ralph Howe III of Hudson, Neil Howe of Litchfield and Selena Howe of Hudson, a great-grandson Cody Tyler Broderick of Nashua.

Mark J. Carpentier
Mark J. Carpentier, age 39, died unexpectedly, Monday, July 5, at Lakes Region General Hospital in Laconia, New Hampshire. He was the beloved husband of Kathryn M. (Crowley) Carpentier.
He was born in Lowell, Massachusetts, October 27, 1964, the son of Theresa A. (Ayotte) Carpentier of Lowell and the late Joseph H. Carpentier, Jr. Mr. Carpentier graduated from St. Joseph Regional High School in 1982. He resided in Hudson for the past eight years and was formerly of Lowell.
Mr. Carpentier was the Assistant Vice President of Mortgage Services at Merrimack Valley Federal Credit Union. From 1998 - 2002, he was the Assistant Vice President of Loan Servicing for Andover Bank. From 1995 - 1998, Mr. Carpentier was the Operations Manager of Loan Servicing for CFX Mortgage, and from 1992 - 1995, he was the Investor Accounting Manager for Graystone Mortgage.
He enjoyed spending time with his children and family and also enjoyed fishing, boating and relaxing in Alton Bay.
Besides his wife and mother, he is survived by a daughter, Ashley Rose Carpentier, age 8, and a son, Brian A. Carpentier, age 10, both of Hudson; a sister, Diane Riopelle and her husband Michael of Groveland, Massachusetts; his twin brother, Michael Carpentier and his wife Kim of Manchester; his mother-in-law, Mary Anne Crowley, sister-in-law, Maureen Tierney and her husband William, brothers-in-law, John Crowley and his wife Christine and Michael Crowley and his wife Deborah, all of Billerica; Massachusetts; also 12 nieces and nephews.

Madeline (Pelletier) Chamberland
Madeline (Pelletier) Chamberland, 72, of Highland Street, Hudson, died Monday, July 26, 2004 at the Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua.
She was born February 1, 1932 in Drummond Village, New Brunswick, Canada, daughter of the late Joseph “Pitt” and Edna (Legace) Pelletier.
She was the wife of Adrien Chamberland of Highland Street, Hudson, to whom she would have been married
51 years this August.
Mrs. Chamberland was previously employed at the Pelham Memorial School as a janitor until her retirement. She later worked part time at the Windham Center School in the cafeteria for three years.
She was a parishioner of St. John the Evangelist Church in Hudson.
Mrs. Chamberland enjoyed trips to Foxwoods and loved to play Bingo. She enjoyed traveling to see her family in Canada and loved to camp and play cards with her family in the local area.
Besides her loving husband, survivors include two sons and two daughters in law, Jules and Rebecca Chamberland of Windham, Guy and Jackie Chamberland of Bradford, New Hampshire. Four grandchildren, Michele Chamberland of Newbury, New Hampshire, Eric Chamberland of Bradford, New Hampshire, Audra Saunders of Hudson, Alicia Chamberland of Manchester. Also, six brothers, Fernand Pelletier, Armand Pelletier, Clovis Pelletier, Ivan Pelletier, Hermel Pelletier, all of Canada, Donald Pelletier of Maine. Seven sisters, Noellie Roy of Maine, Evelyn Rioux, Louise Pelletier, Solange Tremley, Sylvette Poitra, Gisele Martin, and Rose Chamberland, all of Canada. As well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. John the Evangelist Church, 27 Library Street, Hudson, on Friday, July 30 at 10 a.m. All are invited and may meet at the Dumont-Sullivan Funeral Home, 50 Ferry Street, Hudson, New Hampshire 03051. Waldo (Mort) W. Chellis, Jr.
Waldo (Mort) W. Chellis, Jr., 78, of Westchester Court, Hudson, died Friday, November 5, 2004 at his home.
Born in Medford, Massachusetts, he was the son of the late Waldo W. and Cora (Delano) Chellis, Sr.
Mr. Chellis was in the Navy during World War II and served on the NTS Newport. He was involved in the invasion of Normandy where he received the Purple Heart.
At one time he was employed with Raytheon in Andover for 15 years, then he was the director of operations in New Hampshire and Eastern Massachusetts for the McDonald’s Corp., then he became the owner operator of the 7-Eleven on Broad Street in Nashua for 10 years. When he retired in 1992 he drove a school bus for seven years in Hudson.
He held membership the Nashua Lodge of Elk, the Hudson American Legion and the Hudson Veterans of Foreign Wars, the AARP and the Hudson Seniors. He enjoyed cooking and camping and dancing.
Survivors include his wife of 37 years Carol (Bechard) Chellis of Hudson, a son and daughter-in-law Waldo (Skip) and Lorain Chellis III of Dunstable, Massachusetts. Three daughters and sons-in-law Anita and Angelo Paleologous of Salisbury, Massachusetts, Rona and Todd (TJ) Boucher of Hudson, Debra and Vincent Braccio of Hudson, four sisters Muriel Holmes of Dunstable, Leona Keith of Rollinsford, Elizabeth Syzinski of South Berwick, Maine, and Gail Lapan of Chelmsford, Massachusetts, 14 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and his dog Molly.

Lucille Duffy
Lucille Duffy, 69, of Blueberry Lane, Hudson, died Saturday July 24, 2004 at St. Joseph Hospital.
Born in Boston, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Juanita (Bird) Bouchie. She is the widow of Lawrence Duffy.
She had been employed with Blue Cross Blue Shield in Boston as a Dental Claims examiner. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Nashua and was active with the RSVP Group, the Hannah Dustin Quilt Guild, and the Nashua Senior Centers. She also enjoyed gardening and crocheting.
Survivors include two sons Raymond Duffy of Somerville, Massachusetts, and Michael Duffy of Southern, California, a daughter and son-in-law Cheryl and William Hatch of Hudson, two sisters Lillian Mastrangelo of Haverhill, Massachusetts, Terry Klerowski of Tewksbury, Massachusetts, three grandchildren, Shaunalynn Duffy and Haley Hatch both of Hudson, and Casey-Lynn Chester of Stoneham, Massachusetts, and a cousin Gloria Trematore of Hudson.
A Funeral Service will be held at the First Baptist Church, 121 Manchester St., Nashua, on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. Viewing hours are Tuesday from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the Dumont-Sullivan Funeral Home, 50 Ferry Street, Hudson. The family request donations to the First Baptist Church in lieu of flowers.
