GETTYSBURG, S.D. — Michael “Mike” Tooley, 65, formerly of Alliance, passed away unexpectedly on July 12, 2008, following a short stay at Fort Meade VA Hospital at Sturgis, S.D. He has been cremated, and his ashes will be scattered at sea with a Military Service and Honors by the U.S. Navy.
