She is survived by two daughters, Patricia Wenzel, New Rockford, and Joan Bommersbach, Rapid City; two stepdaughters, Sheryl Gardello, Las Vegas, and Diane Christy, Visalia, Calif.; four brothers, Roy Holth, Carrington, Fred Holth, Port Angeles, Wash., Lewis Holth, Washington, and Norman Holth, California; one sister, Mary Sinkler, New Rockford; 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.

Sally Ebel, 78, died Dec. 8, 2000 in a local hospital. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, at Eastgate Funeral Service, Bismarck, with the Rev. Tom Dunham officiating. Spring burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Bismarck. Visitation will be from 3-9 p.m. Sunday at Eastgate Funeral Service, Bismarck. Sally Triebwasser was born Nov. 15, 1922 in McClusky the daughter of Jacob and Elizabeth (Binder) Triebwasser. She was raised and educated in McClusky. Sally is survived by her son, Roger, Mandan; three daughters, Carolyne Bosch, Connie Simonson and Sheila Kreitel, all of Bismarck; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. George Ensz
George Ensz, 78, Bismarck, died Dec. 8, 2000 in a local hospital. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, at Living Hope Nazarene Church, Bismarck, with the Rev. Ernie Hockett officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Bismarck. Visitation will be from noon-9 p.m. today, and 1-9 p.m. Sunday, both at Boelter Funeral Home, Bismarck, and will continue Monday for one hour prior to the service at the church. George was born Nov. 23, 1922 on the family homestead south of Arena, the son of Peter I. and Margaret (Borne) Ensz. He was raised and educated near Arena. George married Dolores Feigel on Aug. 14, 1949 and resided in Bismarck. He worked for the city of Bismarck for 37 1/2 years. After his retirement, he delivered the Bismarck Tribune for 16 years, mowed lawns, and was always there when somebody needed. George was a member of the Living Hope Nazarene Church, and was awarded the Blood Donor Award. George is survived by his wife, Dolores of 51 years; seven children, Dave, Deborah, Dennis, Daryl, Daniel, Denise and Margaret, all of Bismarck; one grandson, one granddaughter; and one great-grandson; two sisters, Nettie Roberts, California, and Eva Kaiser, Bismarck; and several nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind several coffee buddies and one special friend, Willis Almer. (Boelter Funeral Home, Bismarck)

Allene Pederson
Allene Pederson, 94, Baptist Home, Bismarck, died Dec. 8, 2000 in a care facility. Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Grace Lutheran Church, Driscoll, with the Rev. Jo Olson officiating. Burial will be Zion Cemetery, Driscoll. Visitation will be held from 2-9 p.m. Monday, at Eastgate Funeral Service, Bismarck. Allene Mae Sawyer was born June 13, 1906 to Matthias and Josephine (Gunderson) Sawyer. She moved at the age of three with her parents, older brother, and her twin brother to a farm south of Driscoll, where her son and his wife now reside. Allene married Hans Pederson on Aug. 26, 1933. Allene and Hans had two children, Martell and Jeanette. Allene was a homemaker. Everyone knew her as an extraordinarily kind, and giving person. Allene is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Martell and Joyce Pederson, Driscoll; a daughter and son-in-law, Jeanette and Bill Whited, Maryville, Mo.; four grandchildren and their spouses, Jim and Joyce Solheim, Omaha, Neb., Bob and Linda Solheim, Scottsdale, Ariz., Jane and Alejandro Montoya, Lawrence, Kan., and Lora and Tim Ceperley, Lee's Summit, Mo.; 10 great-grandchildren; and two sisters-in-law and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hans; her parents and two brothers. The family requests that memorials be designated to Zion Cemetery Association Trust Fund.
