The groom attended Littlefield High School and North Carolina State University. He is a self-employed farmer
After a cruse to the Western Caribbean, the couple settled in Lumberton.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Reed of Grimsley, Tenn. The groom’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. Edward Nowe of Valatie, N.Y.
The matron of honor was the bride’s sister-in-law, Amy Reed of Lapeer, Mich.
The best man was the groom’s friend, Randy Garcia of Fayetteville.
The bride received her bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from Wayne State University in Detroit, Mich. She is an occupational therapist with Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
The groom is a technical sergeant in the U.S. Air Force currently stationed at Keflavik Naval Air Station in Iceland.
The couple honeymooned at the Sandals Resort in Nassau, Bahamas. They will live in Colorado Springs, Colo., after the groom’s Iceland tour is completed later this year.
