The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Richard Alligood of Fayetteville. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Neill Pittman Guy of Fayetteville and the late Mr. and Mrs. Paul Braddy Alligood Sr. of Fayetteville.
The bridegroom’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Dean Dosher of Supply. He is the grandson of Christine Dosher of Supply, the late Robert Edwin Dosher and the late Mr. and Mrs. Lindsey F. Lewis of Supply.
The bride was escorted by her father. The maid of honor was the bride’s sister, Margaret Blair Alligood of Fayetteville. The bridesmaids were Meg Holden of Charlotte; Caroline Blue and Kami Jones, both of Wilmington; Lane Stevenson of Charleston, S.C.; Sarah Hughes of Orono, Maine; Jessica Dosher of Supply; and Katie Keith of Hickory.
The best man was the groom’s brother, Craig Dosher of Gainesville, Fla. The groomsmen were Eric Herndon of Wilmington; Stevie Lancaster, Chris Lee, Robert Faircloth and Cane Faircloth, all of Supply; Derek Gibson of Durham; and Zack Hicks of Columbus, Ohio.
The wedding was directed by Mrs. Brownie Dickson Schaefer and Mrs. C. Wallace Jackson. The wedding musicians were organist Patrick O’Briant; soloist Betty Neill Parsons, trumpeter Creighton Flowers, tympanist Tom Brown and bagpiper Robert Palmer.
A reception, hosted by the bride’s parents, was held at Gates Four Country Club after the ceremony.
The bride is a graduate of Terry Sanford High School in Fayetteville. She received her bachelor’s degree in child development and family relations and a licensure in birth through kindergarten education from East Carolina University in Greenville.
The bridegroom is a graduate of West Brunswick High School in Shallotte. He received his bachelor’s degree in recreational management from Appalachian State University in Boone. He is currently a graduate student at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and is employed by the recreation division of the City of Wilmington.
After a honeymoon trip to the Bahamas, the couple will live in Wilmington.

The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Luther Gambill of Fayetteville and the late Mr. Gambill. The groom's parents are Mrs. Kate Niksich of Chicago and the late Mike Niksich.
The bride received her associate's degree from Peace College in Raleigh and her bachelor's degree in business administration from Chadwick University in Birmingham, Ala. She also received her ABA paralegal degree from the National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta. The bride was presented by the Cape Fear Assembly and the Terpsichorean Club in Raleigh. She is currently a homemaker.
The groom was an honor graduate of Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago where he received his bachelor's degree in industrial design. He received his master's degree in business administration from the University of Illinois at Champaign, Ill.
The couple plans to live in Atlanta.
