The best man was the groom’s father. The groomsmen were Wesley Martin Jones of Bleheim, S.C., and Chadwick Ray Furlough of Williamston.

The bride received her associate’s degree in business administration from Fayetteville Technical Community College. She is a scan analysis with Food Lion Inc. in Raleigh.

The groom received associate’s degrees in electrical engineering and electronics engineering from Beaufort County Community College in Washington. He is an electrical technician with AAA Electrical Co. in Raleigh.

After a honeymoon trip in Myrtle Beach, S.C., the couple settled in Coats.

The bride was escorted by her brother, Jerry J. McAlister Jr. The maid of honor was Arlisa Carey of Greensboro. The bridesmaids were Tia Davis of Pompano Beach, Fla.; Sherise Hartman of Atlanta; Natashia McEachern of Greensboro; and Ashley Ivery or Fayetteville. The junior bridesmaids were Jerrica McDonald of Fayetteville and Cierra McEachern of Pittsboro. The flower girls were Tyesha McAlister of Charlotte and Kerry Emberton of Fayetteville. The ring bearer was Jermal McAlister of Fayetteville.

The best man was Dayan Bourne of Nassau, Bahamas. The groomsmen were Michael Bowden and Dwight Thompson, both of Greensboro; Brandon McEachern of Durham; Harthel Jarmon of Charlotte; and Dorian McEachern of Atlanta.

The bride is a graduate of Seventy-First High School and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She received her doctorate of dental surgery at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill School of Dental Medicine. She is completing her residency in pediatric dentistry at the University of Florida in Gainesville.

The groom is a graduate of Douglas Byrd High School and the University of North Carolina at Greenboro. He received his masters of education at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He is employed as Associate Director of Enrollment Services at Santa Fe Community College in Gainesville, Fla.

After a honeymoon trip to Negril, Jamaica, the couple plans to live in Gainesville, Fla.
