The bridegroom’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. Larry Wood of Garner. The bridegroom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Crafton Tart of Dunn.
The bride was escorted by her father. The matrons of honor were the bride’s sister, Leigh Stoneham, and the bride’s cousin, Candy Johnson. The bridesmaids were Christy Deal of Wilmington, Shannon Hodges of Meban, Tiffany Hodges of Atlanta, and Erika Bullock, Julie Finch and Julie High, all of Raleigh. The junior bridesmaid was Heather Perkins of Rocky Mount. The flower girls were Haleigh Johnson of Wilmington and Shandi Taylor of Fayetteville. The ring bearer was Jonathan Taylor of Fayetteville.
The best man was the groom’s father. The groomsmen were Don Joyner of Greenville, Clay Hamilton of Dunn, Jonathan Wood of Raleigh and Michael Buffaloe, Scott Carroll, Jim Coleman and Bradly Graham, all of Garner. The ushers were Joshua Wood of Chapel Hill, Dan Taylor of Stedman, Andy Johnson of Wilmington and Chris Brown of Wichita Falls, Texas.
The wedding was directed by Cheryl Ray. The wedding musicians were Sara Muse and Doyle Wood.
A reception, hosted by the bride’s parents, was held after the ceremony at the Four Points Sheraton in Fayetteville.
The bride is a graduate of Pine Forest High School in Fayetteville and received her bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University. She is employed with the Wake County Public Schools as an elementary school teacher in Garner.
The bridegroom is a graduate of Garner Senior High School in Garner. He is route specialist with Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated Inc.
After a honeymoon trip to Cancun, Mexico, the couple will live in Garner.

The bride is a graduate of Cape Fear High School in Fayetteville and the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. She is employed as a social worker with the Cumberland County Department of Social Services.
The groom received his associate’s degree from Central Texas College in Killeen. He is a sergeant first class in the U.S. Army.
After a honeymoon trip to Myrtle Beach, S.C., the couple plans to live in Wheaton, Ill.
