at seven o'clock in the evening on August 17, 2002 at Little Lake Lucy in Durham, at the home of the bride's aunt and uncle, Gary and Shirley Henson.
The bride was given in marriage by her father, Ken Wargo and her uncle, Gary Henson. A ring ceremony for the couple's daughters, Brittney and Jillian, was included to celebrate uniting together as a family.

The bride is the daughter of Kenneth J. Wargo of Ottawa, IL and the late Nancy L. Wargo.
The bridegroom is the son of Lynn Cummins - Dee of Durham and the late Bill Cummins.
The maid of honor was Julie McFarland of Greenville, NC and the matron of honor was Kellie Cheek of Durham.
Best man was John Drake of Chapel Hill. Usher was Scott Dayhoff of Greenville, NC.
Flower girls were the bride's daughter, Brittney Higgins and the groom's daughter, Jillian Cummins.
A reception was held at the American Legion Post #7.
The couple plan to honeymoon in Gatlinburg, TN and will reside in Durham.

Thomas Anniversary
TIMBERLAKE, NC - Betsy and Bobby Thomas of Timberlake, NC celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on August 15th, 2002. They just returned from a trip to San Diego, California, where they visited family and friends and the church they were married
in. Pastor Paul Oan renewed their marriage vows for them in the new sanctuary.
The Thomas' have two children and two grandson, who all live in the Triangle area.
