SANFORD -- Lee Roy McNeill, 44, of 1000 Charlotte Ave., died Tuesday in Central Carolina Hospital.
The funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday in Tempting Congregational Church by the Revs. P.L. Hawes, Barry Palmer, Jerome Williams and Curtis Boykins. Burial will be in Lee Memory Gardens. Arrangements are being handled by Watson Mortuary.
Mr. McNeill is survived by his wife, Juanita McNeill of the home; and three sisters, Diane Fuller, Mary Brand and Maxine Strong, all of Sanford.
The family will receive friends at the home.
Miss Blanche C. Willett (dated Saturday, Nov. 29, 1997)
GULF -- Miss Blanche Carter Willett, 88, of Gulf, died Friday in Central Carolina Hospital.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. today in Rogers Pickard Funeral Home Memorial Chapel in Sanford by the Rev. Wayne Ridgney. Burial will be in Bethlehem United Methodist Church cemetery.
Miss Willett is survived by four sons, Gilbert Willett of Toppings, Va., Ernest Willett of Gulf, Ralph Willett of Siler City, and Bill Willett of Cumnock; seven grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Eliza Graham (dated Saturday, Nov. 29, 1997)
SPRING LAKE -- Mrs. Eliza Graham, 67, of 1006 Lisa Circle, died Thursday in Columbia Highsmith-Rainey Memorial Hospital in Fayetteville.

William ‘Bill’ Smith (dated Saturday, Nov. 29, 1997)
GRAYS CREEK -- William L. “Bill” Smith, 74, of Route 15, Grays Creek died Friday in his home.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday in Marvin United Methodist Church.
Mr. Smith is survived by his wife Katherleen B. Smith; a son, Nick Smith of Fayetteville; and three daughters, Sandy Rubiera of Miami, and Elaine Rithamel and Jackie Tucker, both of Fayetteville; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

LUMBERTON -- James Robert Williams, 36, of Quail Run Road, died Nov. 22 in Duke University Medical Center in Durham.

Mr. Williams is survived by his wife, Joyce A. Williams of the home; his mother, Corine Hilton of Brooklyn, N.Y.; his father, Thomas Williams of Lumberton; a stepdaughter, Danyal O. Person of the home; three sisters, Lisa Powell, Shelia Williams and Audrey Floyd, all of Lumberton; five brothers, Robert Lee of Albany, N.Y., Nelson Williams, Anthony Green and Jacoby Williams, all of Lumberton, and James C. Hilton of Brooklyn.
Mrs. Ora Braxton (dated Saturday, Nov. 29, 1997)
Mrs. Ora Braxton, 93, of 1564 Dontail Drive, Fayetteville, died Nov. 21.

LUMBERTON -- Ezar Locklear, 74, of 406 Cunningham Circle, died Wednesday in Southeastern Regional Medical Center.
He attended Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Lumberton and formerly worked for Morgan Britt.
The funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Sunday in Biggs Funeral Home chapel by Brother Les Bradley. Burial will be in Zion Hill Baptist Church cemetery in Rennert.
Mr. Locklear is survived by his wife, Catherine S. Locklear of Lumberton; three sons, Early Locklear, Curley Locklear and Ezar Locklear Jr., all of Lumberton; seven daughters, Alice F. Haggins, Barbara Locklear, Earlene Lee and Vivian Rowland, all of Lumberton, Vera L. Newnam of Winston-Salem, Marlene Locklear of Orrum, and Evia Hunt of Fairmont; a brother, Reuben Locklear of Rennert; two sisters, Minnie Brooks and Mary B. Brooks, both of Lumberton; 12 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one step-granddaughter; and two step-great-granddaughters.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 to 9 at the funeral home and at other times at the home of Alice F. Haggins, 332 Matthews Bluff Road, Lumberton.

PEMBROKE -- Mrs. Lucreatie Locklear, 75, of 410 W. Railroad St., died Thursday in Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton.

Mrs. Locklear is survived by four sons, Merl Locklear and Charles R. Locklear, both of Pembroke, Jimmy Dallas Locklear of Charlotte and Jimmy Dean Locklear of Lexington; a daughter, Kay Locklear of Pembroke; a sister, Mossie Locklear of Pembroke; 17 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

FLORENCE, S.C. -- William Keith Kimbro, 45, of 2800 Hunter’s Run, formerly of Columbus County, N.C., died Friday in Florence Hospital.
The funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday in Florence Baptist Temple in Florence. Burial will be at 3:30 p.m. Monday in Claremont Cemetery in Claremont, N.C. Arrangements are being handled by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
Mr. Kimbro is survived by his wife, Rebecca R. Kimbro of Florence; a daughter, Katherine M. Kimbro of Florence; two sons, William K. Kimbro II and Michael K. Kimbro, both of Florence; his parents, of Clinton, N.C.; a brother, Danny Kimbro of Clinton; a sister, Lesa Moore of Cummings, Ga.; and his paternal grandmother, Grace Harris of Clinton.

CLINTON -- Ms. Nellie Lee, 72, of 5220 Reedsford Road, died Friday in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in Crumpler-Honeycutt Funeral Home chapel by the Rev. Jerry Waters. Burial will be in the family cemetery.
Ms. Lee is survived by a son, Linwood Lee of Clinton; two daughters, Judy Avery of Clinton and Cathy Honeycutt of Roseboro; three brothers, Joe Pearsall of Clinton, David Pearsall of Roseboro and Keith Pearsall of Wilmington; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two step-grandchildren.

William F. Hall (dated Sunday, Nov. 30, 1997)
Retired Army Master Sgt. William Foy Hall, 75, of 103 Blanton Road, Fayetteville, died Friday in Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
He was a charter member of the 82nd Airborne Division Association. Mr. Hall was a veteran of World War II.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home chapel by Chaplain Kallerson. Burial will be in Lafayette Memorial Park.
Mr. Hall is survived by his wife, Pauline W. Hall of Fayetteville; a daughter, Billie C. Ivey of Fayetteville; three brothers, Eddie Hall and Oakie Hall, both of Pulaski, Va., and Jack Hall of Stafford, Va.; four sisters, Mary J. Hall and Ann Kalski, both of Pulaski, Dorothy Terezo of Burke, Va., and Nancy Buckland of Hampton, Va.; and one grandchild.

Mrs. Mary Ellen Jones, 55, of 2550 Muriel Drive, Fayetteville, died Friday in Duke University Medical Center in Durham.
She was a member of Galilee Free Will Holiness Church. Mrs. Jones owned and operated Jones Plumbing Co.
The funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Monday in Galilee Free Will Holiness Church by the Rev. Jerry Groves. Burial will be in Fayetteville Memorial Cemetery.
Mrs. Jones is survived by her husband, Earlise Jones of the home; three sons, Joe Jones, Fred Jones and Mitch Jones, all of Fayetteville; her mother, Flora Burnette of Fayetteville; three brothers, Alton Burnette of Greenville, S.C., and Frank Burnette and Johnny Jacobs, both of Clinton; three sisters, Ruby Byrd of Pink Hill, Bernice Long of Fayetteville and Seretha Brittian of Tampa, Fla.; and six grandchildren.
