ELIZABETHTOWN -- Oshea Thesso McKoy, 80, of 574 Wilson McKoy Road died Sunday in New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Mount Olive AME Zion Church by the Rev. David Foy. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mr. McKoy is survived by six daughters, Deloris Willis of Elizabethtown and Linda Williams, Annie McKoy, Audtra McKoy, Theresa McKoy and Myra McKoy, all of New York; five sons, Sameul Bannister, Thesso Bannister, William McKoy, Tyrone McKoy and Myron McKoy, all of New York; 24 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
The public will be received today from 1 to 6 p.m. at F.W. Newton & Sons Mortuary.
Robert Thompson Sr.

MAXTON -- Robert Thompson Sr., 69, of 403 Croom Road died Monday in Duke University Medical Center in Durham.
The funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Friday in Household of Faith Church by the Rev. H. McKeithan. Burial will be in McLeod Cemetery.
Mr. Thompson is survived by his wife, Grace Thomas of Maxton; two daughters, Martha Moore and Betty J. Moody, both of Maxton; two sons, Robert Thompson Jr. and Bobby Thompson, both of Maxton; a sister, Edna M. Johnson of Norfolk, Va.; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
The public will be received today from 1 to 7 p.m. at Jackson Funeral Home.

Mrs. Hair is survived by a sister, Hazel C. King of Elizabethtown.

Nora S. Spence

CARY -- Mrs. Nora Smith Spence, 96, of Cary Health and Rehabilitation Center, formerly of Lillington, died Tuesday in Western Wake Hospital.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in Flat Branch Presbyterian Church by the Rev. Bertrand Pitchford. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by O’Quinn-Peebles Funeral Home of Lillington.
Mrs. Spence is survived by a daughter, Dorothy Arnold of Lillington; a son, the Rev. Thomas K. Spence Jr. of Cary; and three grandsons.
The family will receive friends after the service at the church fellowship hall and at other times at the home of Dorothy Arnold.

LINDEN -- Ms. Mary Helen Frazier, 58, of 213 Palestine Road died Tuesday in her home.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in Adcock Funeral Home chapel in Spring Lake by the Rev. John E. Hedgepeth. Burial will be in Church of the Covenant cemetery in Spring Lake.
Ms. Frazier is survived by two daughters, Kandace L. Frazier of Fayetteville and Kay L. Edge of Birmigham, Ala.; two sisters, Jane Templeman and Anne L. Pia, both of Fayetteville; and three grandchildren.
Wilton S. Andrews

LUMBERTON -- Wilton Sandy Andrews, 86, of 1150 Pine Run Drive died Tuesday in Woodhaven Nursing Center.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Floyd Memorial Chapel by the Rev. Grady McKeithan. Burial will be in Iona Presbyterian Church cemetery.
Mr. Andrews is survived by four sons, Harry Andrews of Atlanta, Jerry Andrews of Marietta, Danny Andrews of Lumberton and Sandy Andrews of Kings Mountain; a brother, J.T. Andrews of Fairmont; two sisters, Mary R. Taylor of Fayetteville and Annie R. Sellers of Fairmont; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends tonight beginning at 7 at Floyd Mortuary and Crematory and at other times at the home of Danny Andrews, 3780 Kale Drive, Lumberton.

Edward M. McDaniel

CHESTER, S.C. -- Edward Mills McDaniel, 89, of Chester, formerly of Fayetteville, N.C., died Tuesday in Springs Memorial Hospital in Lancaster.
Mr. McDaniel worked for the civil service on Fort Bragg, N.C., for 28 years before retiring. He was a member of MacPherson Presbyterian Church. Referred to as ’’Mr. Mack,’’ he was honored with a lifetime membership to all sports activities at Seventy-First High School in Fayetteville for his participation in the school Booster Club.
A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday in MacPherson Presbyterian Church in Fayetteville. Burial will be at 3 p.m. Sunday in Hopewell ARP Church cemetery in Blackstock. Arrangements are being handled by Barron Funeral Home.
Patricia C. ‘Pat’ Willis

Mrs. Patricia Collins ‘‘Pat’’ Willis, 65, of 4552 Cumberland Road, Fayetteville, died Tuesday in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
Mrs. Willis was a bookkeeper for MM Smith Moving & Storage Co. before retiring.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday in Cross Creek Cemetery by the Rev. Sherrill Boykin.
Mrs. Willis is survived by two daughters, Sharon L. Willis of Fayetteville and Belinda R. Adams of Hope Mills; a brother, William C. Collins of Colorado; four grandchildren; and a great-grandson.

Emma P. Rice

Roberts of Broadway and Amanda M. Warren of Carthage; his grandmothers, Martha Gibson of Troutsville, Va., and Joyce Cole of Fayetteville; his grandfather, Raymond L. Storey Sr. of Aiken, S.C.; and his great-grandmother, Bonnie P. Storey of Roanoke, Va.
