Fife and Stevens
Julie Marie Fife and Kyle Dean Stevens were married
July 30, 2002, in the rose garden in Julia Davis Park in Boise, Idaho. Vernon Porter, the Bishop of the Oregon Trail Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, conducted the ceremony.
Julie is the daughter of Bill and Terry Fife of Bozeman. A 1999 Capital High School graduate, she is a student at Boise State University in the nursing program and pursuing her physician's assistant degree.
Kyle is the son of Larry and Debbie Stevens of Helena. He is also 1999 Capital High School graduate and a student at Boise State University. Kyle is studying secondary education in English and is pursuing a master's degree in school administration.
The couple lives in Boise.
Kraft and Kicklighter
Jaime Kraft and Jeff Kicklighter were married
May 25, 2002, at Northstar Aviation Hangar in Missoula.
Jaime is the daughter of Dave and Nancy Kraft of Helena. She earned her master's of accountancy degree from the University of Montana, graduating in 2000. Jaime is a CPA employed at Little, Morris LLP
Jeff is the son of Thom and Sally Woodruff of Missoula. In 1994, he graduated from the University of Montana with a degree in anthropology. Jeff is a concert production manager for Bravo Entertainment.
The couple honeymooned in the San Francisco area.
They will live in Boise, Idaho.
Blakesslee and Benning
Christy Lynn Blakesslee and Peter Michael Benning were married
July 18, 2002, at Brown Lake near Ovando.
Angela Lilyquist was the matron of honor. David Simons was the best man.
Christy is the daughter of Gary and Shirley Blakesslee of Boiling Springs, Pa. She graduated from the University of Montana-Missoula in 1999 with a bachelor's degree in education. She is a first grade teacher at Hawthorne Elementary.
Peter is the son of Deloris Cowan of Glasgow, Scotland, and Doug Benning of Bailey, Colo. He earned his bachelor's degree in anthropology and Native American studies from the University of Montana-Missoula, graduating in 1998. He is employed at Montana Army National Guard at Fort Harrison.
The couple honeymooned at Glacier National Park.
They live in Helena.
Baumgardner and Anderson
Karen Baumgardner and Chad Anderson were married
May 25, 2002, at St. Helena Cathedral by the Rev. Kevin O'Neill.
Paula Ferreira was the maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Emily Liengang and Tanny Hart. Laramie Hart was the flower girl. Colleen Casey provided the music, and Irene Roberts and Cherry Baumgardner were the readers.
Shane Hart was the best man. The groomsmen were Ryan Anderson and Bill Baumgardner. Trent Havron was the ring bearer, and Kevin Casey and Andy Roberts were the ushers.
Karen is the daughter of Joe and Mary Ann Baumgardner of Helena. She works for the Helena School district as a day-care aide.
Chad is the son of the Rev. Glyne and Linda Anderson of Lake Charles, La. He is employed at Wal-Mart.
The couple honeymooned in Minnesota.
They live in Helena.
Cawley and Eby
Jenna Cawley and Jake Eby were married
Aug. 11, 2001, at Grizzly Garden in Helena. Pastor Doug Vold of St. John's Lutheran Church officiated.
The maid of honor was Tiana Lorenz. The bridesmaids were Velvet Hartwick and Andrea Bengs. The flower girl was Kendra Cawley, and Becky Eby was the reader.
Jory Bieber was the best man. Groomsmen were Jeff Hartwick and Steve Radley. Anthony Ortloff was the ring bearer, and Sean Cawley, Nate Tobin and Matt Wimmer served as ushers.
Jenna is the daughter of Wanda Cawley and the late Tom Cawley of Helena. She is a 1997 Capital High School graduate. In 2002, she graduated from the University of Montana with a degree in elementary education. Jenna is a preschool teacher employed at Discovery Developmental Center in Kalispell.
Jake is the son of Greg and Julie Eby of Helena. He graduated from Helena High School in 1994, and from the University of Montana with a degree in business in 1998. He is a manager at Enterprise Rent A Car in Kalispell.
The couple honeymooned in Hawaii.
They live in Kalispell.
Price and French
Julie Price and Michael French were married
May 25, 2002, in the Washington D.C. temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Julie is the daughter of Preston and Becky Price of Montana City. She graduated from Brigham Young University in December 2000. Julie works for the Department of Defense in Maryland.
Michael is the son of Faun and Don French of Ellicot City, Md. He served a two-year mission for the LDS Church in Chile. Michael graduated from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md., in May 2002.
Schneider and Schwabe
Kimberly Schneider and Oliver Schwabe were married
April 21, 2002, in the garden of the Old Stone House in Georgetown, Washington, D.C.
The maid of honor was Krista Partridge. Bridesmaids were Kerri Schneider and Maria Loew.
The best man was Philipp Schwabe and the groomsman was Joerg Schille.
Kimberly is the daughter of Tom Schneider and Susan Beckstrom of Helena. She is a 1996 graduate of the University of Montana with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and German. Kimberly works as legislative director for the Duberstein Group Inc.
Oliver is the son of Andre Schwabe and Hwa-cha Schwabe of Berlin, Germany. Oliver received his Master's Degree in architectural engineering from the Technical University of Berlin. He is employed as an architectural engineer with the Smith Group.
The couple lives in Washington, D.C.

Lisa Armbruster and Nate McCarthy were married
Dec. 28, 2001, by the Rev. Bud Sullivan at Sts. Cyril and Methodius Church in East Helena.
Jamie Armbruster was the maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Jennifer Burgett, Ashley Feaver, and Kerry Schneckloth. The flower girls were Lauren Klemp and Lauren McCarthy, and Chris McCarthy and Chris Keegan were the readers.
Kevin Keegan and Sam McCarthy were the best men. Bob Heberly and Andrew Carson were the groomsmen. Jack McCarthy was the ring bearer and Jesse Ziegler, Rob Simons and Jerrod Schmauch served as ushers.
Lisa is the daughter of Tom Armbruster and Joan Armbruster of Helena. She graduated from the University of Montana with a degree in physical therapy. She is employed at Community Medical Center of Missoula.
Nate is the son of Jeanine McCarthy of Helena, and Tom and Kim McCarthy of O'Fallon, Mo. He earned his master of accountancy degree in May 2000 from the University of Montana. Nate is employed at Galusha, Higgins & Galusha PC.
Both Lisa and Nate are 1995 Capital High School graduates.
