David P. Swanson, beloved husband, father and son, passed on suddenly to his creator June 12, 2003, from an extended illness. He was born April 17,1955, in Butte to David E. Swanson and Helen Hollenback. Both parents survive. David attended Butte schools, graduating from Butte High in 1973. He worked in the elevator business for 30 years before being disabled and retiring from Otis Elevator Company in 2002.
George J. Vucanovich
George J. Vucanovich died in Helena on May 20, 2003. He was born in Butte on August 28, 1914, to John and Soke Vucanovich. He attended Webster Grade School and graduated from Butte High School in 1933. After graduation, he worked at Wilson Motors in Butte and in 1936, he attended the University of Montana in Missoula for two years.

Sidney Louise Johnson, 95, passed away on April 25. She was born in Norris on March 26, 1908, to Elmer and Margaret (Mills) Babcock.
Mabel E. Tuchscherer, M.D.
Mabel Evelyn Tuchscherer died April 27, 2003. She was born in Anaconda on November 24, 1922, the only child of Walter H. and Mabelle Malloy Tuchscherer. Her grandfather, Adam J. Tuchscherer, owned and operated the Anaconda Brewing Company. Her parents owned the Tuchscherer Drug Store in Anaconda.

On Jan. 14, 2009, the angels came and took Corrinne Scruton to her final resting place, Heaven. She was a Christian lady and stood strong behind her beliefs. Though there were times she suffered and endured pain, when asked about it, she would always say, "I have no pain. God is good to me. He is taking care of me". She was a member of The Hannaford Street Bible Church for 50 years.
