Norman Edward Warren, 65, died of natural causes on Nov. 28, 2003, at the family home. He was born in Helena on July 7, 1938, to William Louis and Myrtle Estil (Moren) Warren.
He served in the U.S. Army from 1961 to 1967, which included four years in the National Guard. While in the service, he was stationed in France.

Rita Jane (Hamlin) Wolstein was born June 9, 1930, to Julia and Isadore Hamlin in Gilman, east of Augusta. They soon moved to Helena, and she attended St. Mary's Catholic School and graduated from Helena High School.
Marvin I. Tabbert
Marvin Ivan Tabbert was born May 15, 1938, in Mercer County, N.D., to Herbert and Irene (Laubenstein) Tabbert, the first of 10 children. His heart couldn't hold out any longer, and he left us on November 21, 2003.

Earl L. Rohrdanz of Helena, 80, died November 21 near White Sulphur Springs from injuries sustained in an auto accident. He was born Dec. 20, 1922, in Roundup to the late Floyd and Myrtle Rohrdanz.

On Nov. 17, 2003, Thelmah Marie Gill Dodds of Helena went to be with our Lord after 97 years on this earth. She was preceded in death by her constant companion and loving husband, Harry Miles Dodds, and her oldest daughter, Dana Claire Tuten.
Walter 'Siks-a-num Blackie' S. Wetzel
Walter “Blackie” Wetzel, 88, died Nov. 8, 2003. He was born to William and Henrietta (Veileaux) Wetzel on June 27, 1915, near Cut Bank Creek on the Blackfeet Reservation. In 1922, his mother died, and Blackie was sent to Haskell Institute in Lawrence, Kansas. He and two other students caught locomotives back to Montana in the middle of winter.
Arnold L. Herrin
Arnold ‘Arnie’ Lemont Herrin, 69, passed away at the family cabin on Saturday, Oct. 25, 2003. He was born Dec. 21, 1933, in Helena to Lemont (L.P.) and Evelyn Herrin, attended Helena schools and graduated from Helena High in 1951. Arnie proudly served in the Air Force as an aircraft mechanic on the new B-52 bomber. He married Eleanor Maruski in 1954, raising three children together at their family home on Hauser Lake. They divorced 35 years later.
