Scotty Curry
Scotty Curry, 63 of Billings, died Monday morning, Aug. 7, 2000, at Billings Deaconess Medical Center following a long illness. He was born Sept. 5, 1936, in Hardin, Mont., the son of Howard and Hazel (Barnett) Curry.
Scotty attended schools in Hardin, Wyola and Lodge Grass, Mont. On Sept. 11, 1965, he married
his wife, Barbara Reini, in Cody, Wyo. He enjoyed sports and the outdoors and took much pride in raising vegetable gardens and sharing with friends. He will be remembered for his dedication to family and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Hazel Curry.
Survivors include his wife Barbara of Billings; his daughter, Wendy Curry of Billings, soon to be of Keene, N.H.; his father, Howard Curry of Hardin; and his brother, Howard Curry, Jr., also of Hardin.
Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 10, at Michelotti, Sawyers & Nordquist. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 1l, at Michelotti, Sawyers & Nordquist with interment to follow in the Fairview cemetery in Hardin.
Margaret Floyd
LIVINGSTON – Margaret Floyd, 69, died Saturday, Aug. 5, 2000, at the Livingston Memorial Hospital.
Cremation will take place at Franzen-Davis Crematory in Livingston and family services will be held at a later date.
R’Delle Delores Gibbs
GLENDIVE – R’Delle Delores Gibbs, 71, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 6, 2000, at the Glendive Extended Care Facility after an extended illness.
She was born May 7, 1929, in Villard, Minn., to Harold and Dora Jensen, the eldest of five children. R'Delle was raised on the family dairy farm and completed high school in Villard. She then attended Luther College in Decorah, Iowa, and graduated Summa Cum Laude in Elementary Education in 1951. R'Delle taught in elementary schools in Brainard, Minn., Spring Grove, Iowa, and Billings, Mont.
R'Delle married
Lee H. Gibbs in 1954 and was the mother of five sons. She was very active in community organizations in the Glendive area, serving as a member of the Dawson County Planning Board, the FHA Board, Dawson Community College Board, Buffalo Rapids Homemakers Club, the Gateway Cowbells, Farm Bureau and the Northern Plains Resource Council. She was also a long-time member of Zion Lutheran Church.
R'Delle was preceded in death by her parents and son Jonathon Leigh Gibbs. She is survived by her husband Lee; her sons, Mike (Carrie) of Glendive, Tim (Laurie) and Rod (Lesley) of Fallon, Reg (Julie) of Billings, and brothers, Hal (Celeste) Jensen of Fullerton, Calif., Art (Marianne) Jensen of Tuscon, Ariz., James (Agnes) Jensen of Villard, Minn., and Gerald (Josie) Jensen of Burnsville, Minn. She also leaves behind 10 grandchildren: Aspen and Vail Gibbs; Allison, Alicia, Megan, Danielle and Bailey Gibbs; Kelsey and Beau Gibbs; and Jordan Gibbs.
R'Delle was a beloved wife, selfless and cherished mother, dear grandmother and valued friend who was loved by all who knew her well. Although her presence and quick laugh will be deeply missed by family and friends, her values, kind spirit and wisdom will live on.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 10, at Zion Lutheran Church in Glendive
Pauline H. Hildebrand
Pauline H. Hildebrand passed away at the Deaconess Medical Center on Aug. 5, 2000. She was born in Tacoma, Wash., on Oct. 3, 1913 to John and Ann Horst.
Pauline took great pride in her home, yard and garden. Her dill pickles were her extended family’s favorites. She enjoyed bowling, hunting and fishing.
Pauline is preceded in death by her daughter Marlene, sisters Emilee Schmaltz, Mary Hoyt and brother John Horst.
Survivors are sisters, Sally Huston, Anna Rife, Esther Rahrer, Irene Kilwien, Clara Sanford and Gloria Jean Carlson and a brother Fred Horst.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 10, at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice.

Edgar L. Holsinger
SHERIDAN, Wyo. – Edgar Leroy Holsinger, 86 died on Saturday, Aug. 5, 2000, at Sheridan County Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9, at Kane Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Sheridan Municipal cemetery.
William Kramer
William Kramer, 82, of Billings, passed away on Aug. 7, 2000. He was born to Jacob and Katharine (May) Kramer in Huntley, Mont. on Jan. 25, 1918. He attended schools in Huntley finishing the 8th grade. He worked as a small cattle rancher and meat cutter. He served in the Army during WWII. In Jan. 1956, he married
Bonnie Blaesius. He enjoyed a life of raising cattle and only stopped recently because he couldn’t do it any longer. He was known to family as Papa.
Papa is survived by his son, Edward (Connie) Stevenson of Billings; and six grandchildren, William Stevenson and Josh Van De Kop of Billings, Tammi (Pete) Jarvis and Bonnie Stevenson of Great Falls, John (Celena) Stevenson of Havre, Kati (Paul) Money of Wichita Falls, Texas, five great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Joint Funeral Services will be held for Bill and Bonnie at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9, at Dahl Funeral Chapel, Billings. The Rites of Committal will be held in Mountview cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. Patrick’s Co-Cathedral Improvement Fund.
Danny D. Lindsay Jr.
WOLF POINT – Danny D. Lindsay Jr., 29, died Sunday, Aug. 6, 2000, at the Benifis East Hospital in Great Falls of the result of a construction accident.
A wake will be held on Tuesday at the Wolf Point Community Hall. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Clayton Memorial Chapel with burial in King Memorial cemetery.
Charles H. Schramm
Charles H. Schramm, 86, of Billings, passed away Sunday Aug. 6, 2000, at the St. John’s Lutheran Home following a short illness.
He was born June 28, 1914 in Cedaredge, Colo., the son of Frank and Katherine (Baldwin) Schramm. He was raised in Cedaredge, Colo. and graduated from High School in 1933, He then moved to Missoula, Mont. where he attended and graduated from the University of Montana in June 10, 1933.
He worked for the U. S. Dept. of Interior as a area land operations officer. His work moved them to Zuni, N.M., Poplar, Mont., Browning, Mont., Washington DC and in 1956 returned to Billings and retired May 31, 1971.
Charles loved yard work and especially loved fishing. He grew the best corn and tomatoes and was very particular about his watering the yard .Often he was seen sitting in his lawn chair with two timers for the water. His job with the BIA was considered exempt from the military so he served his country through his employment. He received a Citation for Meritorious service from the Secretary of the Interior for 34 years of notable and outstanding service with the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
He was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his son, Charles (Joan) Schramm of Boise, Idaho and daughter, Donna Schramm of Worden, Mont.; grandchildren, Kris Schramm, Jeff Schramm, Joni (Josh) Jones, Courtney Schramm, Ken (Ed)Christovich, Jami Lynn Ensrud; great grandchildren, Elizabeth and Nicholas Christovich; sisters, Dorothy May (Andy) (Schramm) Herman of Cedaredge, Colo. and Edith Elloise (Schramm) Franklin of Grand Junction, Colo.
Charles was preceded in death by his wife Jean on Aug. 18, 1996 and a brother Lester Wm. Schramm.
Charles and Jean were one of the first investors in Mission Ridge and following Jean’s death, Charles moved to Mission Ridge and the care and concern he was shown after moving there was exceptional. From Mission Ridge to St. John Lutheran Home the same care and concern followed. This made his last few years of his life much better.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m.. Thursday, Aug. 10, at First United Methodist Church. Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to Ashler Lodge No. 29, First United Methodist Church or St. John’s Lutheran Home.
Helen Smith
FORSYTH – Helen Smith, 81, of Forsyth, died Saturday, Aug. 5, 2000, at the Rosebud Health Care Center in Forsyth.
Joan Helen Smith was born Dec. 3, 1918, in Hydro, Okla., the daughter of Edward and Irene O’Brien McCann. Helen received her education in Oklahoma and graduated from Central Missouri State University. During college, Helen met her lifetime friend and husband, John Henry Smith.
On Dec. 24, 1942, Helen and John Henry were married
, Soon after, they moved to Hardin and later to Forsyth. Helen was a very active teacher, teaching at the Hammond Valley School and at Forsyth High School. She was very involved with the student and school activities. Helen and John also owned the Joseph Cafe' in Forsyth for many years,
Helen enjoyed socializing, attending many class reunions, playing cards, golfing, and worked very hard for the Episcopal Church. Most of all, Helen loved being with her family and friends.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, John Henry; her son, Michael and his wife, Carol of Fairbanks, Alaska, and their children, R.J. and Jennifer. Helen is survived by her many special friends who loved her and stood by her.
Memorial services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9, at the Beals Mortuary Chapel in Forsyth. Private family graveside services will be held at the Forsyth cemetery. Beals Mortuary of Forsyth is assisting the family with the arrangements.
Jacob ‘Jake’ Dellos
WORLAND, Wyo. – Jacob “Jake” Dellos, 84, passed away Friday, Aug. 4, 2000, at Community Care of America in Worland.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9, at the Bryant Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Riverview Memorial Gardens cemetery. Bryant Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
John Cooper Dibbern
John Cooper Dibbern, 81, passed away at Deaconess Hospital on Saturday, Aug. 5, 2000.
John was born May 30, 1919. He lived in Billings since 1966. He retired from the Bureau of Indian Affairs MRBI Division in 1973.
John is survived by his wife of 53 years, Julia, and a son, John. Cremation will take place. No services are planned.
Mary Feeler
LEWISTOWN – Mary Feeler, 90, passed away late Thursday, Aug. 3, 2000, at the Central Montana Medical Center.
Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 10, at Highland cemetery in Great Falls.

Pamela M. Hammer
STANFORD – Pamela M. (Myllymaki) Hammer, 38, died Saturday, Aug. 5, 2000, of injuries sustained in a one vehicle accident North of Stanford on Montana Highway 81.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9, in the Stanford cemetery.

Charlotte A. Hart
GLASGOW – Charlotte A. Hart, 81, passed away Saturday, Aug. 5, 2000 of natural causes, at Valley View Nursing Home in Glasgow.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9, at St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church in Glasgow with Rev. Martin Mock officiating.
Burial will be in Highland cemetery.

Bonnie I. Kramer
Bonnie Irene Kramer, 80, of Billings. passed away on Aug. 5, 2000. She was born to Carl and Katherine (Cole) Blaesius in Billings on March 18, 1920. She graduated from Senior High School In Jan. 1956, she married
Bill Kramer. They enjoyed playing cards and growing vegetables. She was a long time employee of K-Mart, retiring in 1985. Bonnie loved to take her grandchildren to their ball games, shopping, and to the fair every year
Bonnie is survived by her husband, Bill, “Papa”;, her son Edward (Connie) Stevenson of Billings; and six grandchildren, William Stevenson and Josh Van De Kop of Billings, Tammi (Pete) Jarvis and Bonni Stevenson of Great Falls, John (Celena) Stevenson of Havre, Kati (Paul) Money of Witchita Falls, Texas; and five great grandchildren.
