Ronald Dooley
Ronald (Dad) Dooley, 60, of Belgrade, loving father, grandfather, brother and friend to many, passed away Dec. 12, 2001, in White Sulphur Springs.
Ron's many talents included: certified arborist, vacuum salesman, tree trimmer, weed killer, portrait artist, damsel master and poet. He was a member and trustee of the St. Paul Community A.M.E. Church, and minister of poetry, writing prayers for the liturgy.
Survivors include three sons: Curt (Kara) Dooley, and Wesley (Lori) Dooley, both of Belgrade, and Wade (Lori) Dooley of Bozeman; his two daughters: Lisa Jo (Halsey) Parks of Spainway, Wash., and Kristy Harris of Ohio; the mother of his children, Rickeylee Bowers of Castle Rock, Wash.; brothers Mike Dooley of Ohio, Joe Dooley of Roseburge, Ore., and Brian Dooley of American Canyon, Calif.; sisters: Jeannie of Conrad, Dottie and Marjo of Boise, Idaho, and Dajmar of Havre; mother, Eleanor (Dooley) Dean; and his stepmother, Marjorie Dooley. He was preceded in death by his father, Harold; brother Tim; and daughter Lynnette.
A funeral service will be held Monday Dec. 17 at Dahl Funeral Chapel. Cremation will follow at Dahl Crematory.

John W. Hargrove
At the age of 63, John "Wesley" Hargrove of Billings died peacefully at Western Manor Nursing Home on Thursday, Dec. 13, 2001. Wesley was born in Billings, April 21, 1938, the son of John and Annie May (Campbell) Hargrove. He grew up in the Huntley and Billings area.
Wesley was active in Growth Through Art, the Billings Activity Program, and was a member of Mount Olive Lutheran Church. He loved music and dancing, and was an avid fan of Batman. Wesley will be greatly missed by all his family and many friends who supported him in all of his endeavors.
He is survived by his sister, JoAnn and her husband, Cal Murray of Belgrade; brother, Dick Hargrove and his wife, Nancy, aunt Dema Cooper and cousin, Thelma Cooper, all of Helena; cousin, Robert Cooper of Billings; two nephews, Mitch and Dan Murray; one niece, Bonnie Linseth; as well as numerous cousins.
His parents preceded Wesley in death.
Funeral services for Wesley will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Mount Olive Lutheran Church, with interment in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Dahl Funeral & Cremation Service is in charge of arrangements.

Eli Milodragovich
Eli Milodragovich, 81, of Missoula died of natural causes on Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2001, at St. Patrick's Hospital in Missoula. He was born to Risto and Stana (Durkovich) Milodragovich in Butte on April 4, 1920.
Eli attended Butte High School and graduated in 1938. After serving his country in the Coast Guard as an ensign in World War II, he completed his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering at Montana State University.
On Dec. 19, 1964, he married Fannie Etheridge.
Eli worked for the U.S. Forest Service at the Missoula Technology and Development Center for 30 years. He belonged to the National Society of Professional Engineers, the Montana Society of Engineers, Sigma Chi and Tau Beta Pi. He was the most proud of his daughter, Elizabeth, receiving her bachelor's degree in geological engineering from Montana Tech in Butte.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Meleva McDonald; brothers, John and Nick Milodragovich; and nephew, Billy McDonald.
He is survived by his wife, Fannie of Missoula; daughter, Elizabeth of Butte; brother, Robert Milodragovich of Bozeman; sisters-in-law, Darinka Milodragovich of Missoula, and Ann Milodragovich of Bozeman; nephews, Mike, Sam, Chris, Bob, and Mark Milodragovich, and Greg McDonald; nieces, Michelle Ryan and Stana Milodragovich; and numerous grand-nephews and grand-nieces who were very special to him.
Services were held Monday, Dec. 17 at Holy Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church in Butte. Interment will follow in Mount Moriah Cemetery in Butte. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Duggan-Dolan Mortuary in Butte.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Eli's name may be made to the Montana Tech Foundation, 1300 W. Park, Butte, MT 59701; or to Holy Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church, 2100 Continental Drive, Butte, MT 59701.
Larry L. Schweitzer
Larry L. Schweitzer, 60, of Lewistown died Saturday morning, Dec. 8, 2001, at St. Vincent Hospital in Billings of complications following heart surgery.
Memorial Mass was held Thursday, December 13 at the Denton High School gymnasium, instead of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Denton, as previously announced.
Curtis L. Murray
Curtis Lee Murray, 38, of West Yellowstone died at Bozeman Deaconess Hospital on Dec. 7, 2001.
He was born May 10, 1963, in Ashton, Idaho, to Gerald F. and Linda C. (Stearns) Murray. He received his schooling, was active in Boy Scouts, and graduated from high school in West Yellowstone. He worked there as a cook in various restaurants, and then in construction until the time of his death.
He was a snowmobile enthusiast and also enjoyed trail biking and four-wheeling.
He was preceded in death by his father in 1997, and by his grandparents.
He is survived by his mother, Linda Murray of West Yellowstone; half-sisters, Colleen Murray and Lana Murray of Duluth, Minn.; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services were held Thursday, Dec. 13, at West Yellowstone Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Fir Ridge Cemetery, West Yellowstone.

Beverly M. Reed
Beverly Muriel Smith Reed, age 76, of Ennis, died Thursday, Dec. 13, 2001, at Madison Valley Hospital in Ennis.
She was born April 20, 1925, at Eau Claire, Wis., to Lazern Vernon Smith and Jennie Viola Isham Smith. She started school in Clarkston, Wash., and graduated from high school in Eau Claire, Wis., in 1942.
She then moved back to Lewiston, Idaho, and met Roy Reed in 1943. They were married Oct. 11, 1945, in Lewiston, Idaho. The couple then moved to Portland, Ore., for a brief time, then returned to the Lewiston area.
Beverly was a beloved mother of three children, was a devoted homemaker, always welcomed anyone into her home, and offered support to many. She was an excellent cook, an avid gardener, and loved the out-of-doors.
Beverly always supported Roy in all his endeavors. She was his secretary when he went to Billings as a sales manager, she was his camp cook in the guiding and outfitting business, and then his secretary in the real estate business. Roy and Bev moved from Billings to Ennis in June 1963. They purchased a ranch and raised cattle in the Varney area.
Beverly taught Sunday School, was Cub Scout leader, Girl Scout leader, Madison Valley Women's Club president in the early 1970s, and served on the original Madison County Planning Board.
Bev and Roy traveled to Europe, Africa, and enjoyed many winters in Mexico.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Roy L. Reed; mother, Jennie Smith; daughters and their husbands, Joan and Ron Goetze, Judy and Bill Kidd, all of Ennis; grandchildren: Trent and Sherri Goetze and great-granddaughter, Abigail of Pullman, Wash., Kody Kidd of Los Angeles, Todd Goetze of Tucson, Ariz., Chad and Julie Kidd of Missoula, and Cammi Goetze of Billings; her brother, Lazern and Kathleen of Hemet, Calif.
She was preceded in death by her son, Gary Reed in 1970.
Funeral services were held Monday, December 17 at Ennis Assembly of God Church, with Pastor George Ady officiating. Interment followed in Madison Valley Cemetery in Ennis.
