CHEWALLA, Tenn. - Funeral services for M.L. “Pete” Jones, 88, are set for 1 p.m. today at Chewalla Baptist Church with the Rev. Richard Doyle officiating and burial at Oak Grove cemetery.
Mr. Jones, a retired farmer and cattleman, died Monday, Nov. 26, 2007, at his home.
The body will be placed in the church one hour prior to service time.
Memorial contributions may be made to Chewalla Baptist Church.

OKOLONA - Funeral services for Larry Blasingame, 71, are set for 10 a.m. today at Faith Outreach Church in Okolona with Bro. Jimmy Bryan and Bro. Mack Gober officiating. A graveside service follows at 3 p.m. at the Blasingame Family Plot in the Adamsville, Tenn., cemetery.
Mr. Blasingame died Monday, Nov. 26, 2007, at HomePlace in Nettleton, where he had briefly lived.
Visitation continues today from 9 a.m. until service time at the church.
