IUKA - Funeral services for Louise Parker, 83, are set for 11 a.m. today at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel - Iuka with Bro. Jack Jones and Bro. Frank Wilson officiating. Burial will be in New Lebanon cemetery.
Mrs. Parker died Monday, May 31, 2004, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Iuka.
Memorials may be made to the New Lebanon cemetery Fund.
Visitation will continue until service time today at Cutshall Funeral Home - Iuka.
Terry Wilbanks
Funeral services for Terry J. L. Wilbanks, 59, are set for 2 p.m. today at Corinthian Chapel with the Rev. Pete Wooley and the Rev. Lloyd Black officiating. Burial will be in Family cemetery.
Mr. Wilbanks died Monday, May 31, 2004, at his residence.

Linda Poindexter Cox
BATON ROUGE, LA — Linda Poindexter Cox, 73, died in Hospice Care Saturday, March 28, 2015, in Baton Rouge.
born July 9, 1941, Linda was a daughter of the late William Harvey and Jessie Collins Poindexter. She was a graduate of Water Valley High School and attended Northwest Mississippi Junior College for two years. Linda was married
to Paul G. Cox of Houston, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Paul Cox. For many years she worked in the accounting department for the State of Louisiana.
Survivors include a daughter, Suzanne (Jay) McCain of Liberty; a son, Gerard Cox of New Orleans; one grandchild, Taylor McCain of Washington State; two great-grandsons; one sister, Faye Poindexter Shearer; and four nephews.
Visitation was held from 9-11 a.m. Tuesday, March 31, in Houston, with the funeral service at eleven o'clock. followed by a graveside service, also in Houston.
In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Gerard Cox.
Leatrice Randle Griffin
COFFEEVILLE — Leatrice Randle Griffin, age 100, passed away in her home at Coffeeville on Thursday, March 26, 2015.
The funeral service was held at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 28, in First Baptist Church at Coffeeville, with Bro. Donnie Stewart and Bro. Daniel Hathorne officiating. Interment followed in the Coffeeville cemetery.
A native of New Albany, she was born
October 30, 1914. Mrs. Griffin was a graduate of W. P. Daniel High School and Miss Wiley's Business Training School in Memphis. Following her graduation from Miss Wiley's, she worked with the Mississippi Highway Department and with the Army Corps of Engineers during the construction of Arkabutla Dam and in Greenwood. She met her future husband, Hilliard Griffin of Coffeeville, while working for the Corps; and when wartime circumstances permitted, she traveled to New York City where they were married
April 10, 1945 in The Church of the Transfiguration, affectionately known as the "The Little Church Around the Corner.”
They shared 61 very happy years. Following the war, they made their home in Coffeeville where she worked for the law firm of Stone and Stone, and then with the Farmer's Home Administration. She was a very active member of Coffeeville First Baptist Church and taught the adult women's Sunday school class for many years. She was also very active in the Women's Progressive Club.
She is survived by her son, Hilly Griffin (Libby) of Coffeeville and their children, Betsy and Ryan England of Southaven and Laura Lee and Tim Grommersch of Collierville, Tenn.; a daughter, Nan Davis (Tom), and their daughter, Sarah Elizabeth of Oxford; six great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Her parents, Eugenia and Thomas O. Randle, her beloved husband, Hilliard, infant daughter, Eugenia Lea, and all eight of her siblings, predeceased her.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be sent to the First Baptist Church, Coffeeville, the Coffeeville Public Library, the Yalobusha Historical Society, or a charity of the donor's choice. Services and arrangements were entrusted to McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service in Grenada.
Louise Kehoe
WATER VALLEY — Louise Kehoe, age 62, died Wednesday, March 25, 2015, at her home in Water Valley.
born April 8, 1952, in Clarington, Ark., Louise was a daughter of Sudie Bevell and the late Preston "Buck" Davis. She worked for many years at Kellwood Manufacturing in Coffeeville, and later worked in production at BorgWarner in Water Valley.
She was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Water Valley and was currently attending Mt. Liberty Church in Calhoun County. Louise enjoyed fishing, singing, holding yard sales, and going to yard sales, taking care of her chickens, and spending time with her family, grandchildren, and friends. She loved being with people and helping others.
Visitation was held from 10-11:30a.m. on Saturday, March 28, in Seven Oaks Funeral Home at Water Valley. The funeral service was held at 11:30 a.m. in the Henry Chapel of the funeral home, with Bro. Michael Haas officiating. Burial was in Mt. Liberty cemetery in Calhoun county.
Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Dewitt C. Kehoe of Water Valley; her daughter, Iris Surrette (Cameron) of Water Valley; three sisters, Barbara Cooper and Ann Carr (Larry), all of Water Valley, and Martha Sue Morgan of Phoenix, Ariz.; a sister-in-law, Hattie Mathis of Water Valley; two brothers, Preston Davis McKay of Mize, and Jimmy Upchurch (Sissy) of Water Valley; two brothers-in-law, Ben Horan (Lillian), and Earl Kehoe (Ruby), all of Water Valley; her mother, Sudie Bevell of Dewitt, Ark.; three grandchildren, Jo, Matthew and Benjamin Surrette; and a host of foster children, nieces, nephews, and other family members.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her foster parents, Wade and Louise Upchurch.

BATESVILLE — Lisa Stark Melton, age 43, passed away Friday evening, March 27, 2015, in Baptist Desoto Hospital at Southaven.
The funeral service was held at 10 a.m. Monday, March 30, in Wells Funeral Home Chapel,with interment to follow in Forrest Memorial Park in Batesville.
born January 2, 1972, in Oxford, Lisa was a daughter of the late Troy and Betty Sharp Stark. She was a homemaker and a member of First Christian Church in Water Valley. She enjoyed time spent with her family on vacations and at family gatherings. Lisa had a keen eye for photography, and loved taking pictures.
Her memory will be cherished by her husband, James H. Melton of Batesville; a son, Zack Melton of Batesville; two brothers, Troy Stark, Jr. (Jo) of Oxford, and Ronnie Stark (Lorraine) of Water Valley; six nieces; two nephews; and one great-nephew.
