Thomas Curtis "T.C." Jefferson was born icon on May 27, 1933, in Columbia, Miss., to Nevells and Rosie Jefferson. He worked as a cement finisher and had been retired for many years. He was a great lover of fishing until his health failed him. T.C. accepted Christ in 2006, and on Saturday, Dec. 22, 2007, Thomas Curtis "T. C." Jefferson slipped into eternal rest in Pascagoula at the age of 74.

MCLEMORE
Ella Geneva McLemore, age 51, died Dec. 23, 2007, in New Albany, Miss. She was born icon Oct. 17, 1956, in Pascagoula, Miss., and was a homemaker.

BRUMFIELD
Mrs. Willie Mae Brumfield, 88, a resident of Plaza Nursing Center, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, Dec. 22, 2007.

DENBLEYKER
Mrs. Faye Jane Ramirez DenBleyker, 64, died Friday, Dec. 21, 2007, at her home in Helena, Miss. She was born icon July 22, 1943, in Jackson, Miss.

O'BANNON
William H. "Bill" O'Bannon Sr., 80, of Moss Point, Miss., passed away Dec. 24, 2007, in Grand Bay, Ala. He was born icon Nov. 13, 1927, in Brewton, Ala., to the late Clyde and Lillie Ory O'Bannon. He served in the U.S. Army for four years.

SHOREY
Della J. Shorey, 73, of D'Iberville, Miss., died Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2007, in Gulfport, Miss.

WEDGEWORTH
Robert Wedgeworth, known by many as "Beef Jerky Bob," age 73, of Ocean Springs died Friday, Dec. 21, 2007, at home with his family.

BURRELL
Brandon Thomas Burrell, 33, of Ocean Springs, Miss., went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, Dec. 22, 2007, after a courageous battle with cancer.

THORNTON
Howard Wayne Thornton, 60, of Albuquerque, N.M., died Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2007, after a 12 year battle with cancer.

JOHNSON
S/Sgt. Murray E. Johnson, 75, of Vancleave, Miss., passed away Friday, Dec. 21, 2007, at his home surrounded by family and friends.

CORLEY
Infant Sarah Elizabeth Corley was born icon Dec. 20, 2007, and went to join her Heavenly Father after 55 minutes with her family.

DONALD
Jody Lane Donald, 25, of Lucedale, Miss. passed away Dec. 18, 2007, in Lucedale. Jody was born icon March 1, 1982, in Ocean Springs, Miss. Jody worked in the construction field.

Michael Caine Donald, 28, of Lucedale, Miss., passed away Dec. 18, 2007, in Lucedale. Michael was born icon July 1, 1979, in Vicksburg, Miss. He worked as a computer technician.

Willie Barnes Sr., born icon Sept. 25, 1949, departed this life on Dec. 18, 2007.

BATSON
Mr. John Clarence Batson Sr. was born icon May 8, 1931, in Vancleave, Miss. He was the son of the late Joseph Batson and Laura Burney Batson.

BIGGS
Mr. O'Neal Biggs, 53, of Moss Point, Miss., died Dec. 18, 2007, at Central Medical Center in Jackson, Miss.

Ms. Florence Harris was born icon June 17, 1946, in Pike County, Miss., to the late Wesley Williams Sr. and Roberta Moses Williams. She departed this life on Dec. 14, 2007, in Moss Point, Miss.

MANN
Charles E. Mann, 56, of Pascagoula, Miss., passed away Dec. 20, 2007, in Mobile, Ala. He was born icon Oct. 7, 1951, in Pascagoula. Mr. Mann was a Senior Production Planner with Northrop Grumman Ship Systems for 35 years. He was a member of the Gautier Mens Club.

SIMMONS
Ms. Blanche V. Simmons, 79, of Madison, Ala., died Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2007, in a Huntsville, Ala., hospital. Ms. Simmons was born icon June 14, 1928, in Moss Point, Miss., to the late King and Maude Seaman Simmons; she had been a resident of Madison for the past five years. Ms. Simmons was raised in Moss Point, was a graduate of Moss Point High School, and went on to receive her Masters Degree from the University of Southern Mississippi. She was the band director in Fairhope, Ala., for over 30 years and touched thousands of children's lives during that time. She was the first woman president of the Alabama Band Masters Association. She was a member of East Moss Point Baptist Church, and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

HOPE
Mrs. Mary Anne Hope, 66, of Cornelia, Ga., died Friday, Dec. 14, 2007, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, Ga.

LOONEY
E.A. (Andy) Looney Jr., 58, a native of Atlanta, Ga., and resident of Pascagoula, Miss., area for 30 years died at a local hospital on Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2007. Mr. Looney served in the U.S. Navy.

SHEETS
Mrs. Rita Mae Sheets of Pascagoula, Miss., died Saturday, Dec. 15, 2007, at her home. She was born icon in Mobile, Ala., on July 25, 1923.

CRONIER
Rev. George Thomas Cronier, age 77, of Moss Point, Miss., died Monday, Dec. 17, 2007, in Mobile, Ala. He was born icon on Dec. 24, 1929, in Lucedale, Miss. Rev. Cronier had worked with the Jackson County Road Maintenance Dept. for over 33 years. He also had served as a minister with numerous Assembly of God Churches throughout the area during his lifetime.

GAGNON
Mrs. Charlene H. Gag-non, age 72, of Pascagoula, Miss., passed away Dec. 16, 2007, at her home. She was born icon May 30, 1935, in New Albany, Miss.

HOWARD
Kristen "Monkey" Howard, 13, died Saturday, Dec. 15, 2007, at USA Medical, Mobile, Ala. born icon in Mobile, Monkey was a resident of Lucedale, Miss. She was a Student at the George County Middle School and a member of the Baptist Faith.

LARSON
Clint Larson was born icon in Pascagoula, Miss. He joined the U.S. Coast Guard at age 19 on Dec. 19, 1956. His first duty station was aboard USCGC NIKE from May 1957 to Aug. 1958. During that time, he married icon Bobbie J. Barnett of Pascagoula, and subsequently had two children, Donna Lynne and Clinton Stephen. After the NIKE, Clint attended several schools prior to commissioning Cape Shoalwater in Sept. 1958. After three years in Mayport, Fla., on the Cape Shoalwater, he was transferred to Cape Canaveral Light Station. From there, he reported aboard CGC Walnut in Miami, Fla., until June 1964. He was promoted while enroute to CCGD17, Juneau, Alaska, where he served two years.

ENTREKIN
Vernon Woodrow "Bob" Entrekin, 90, went to be with the Lord on Friday, Dec. 14, 2007.

HOWARD
Rev. Harry A. Howard, Sr., affectionately known as "Bubba" by family and friends and as "Paw Paw" by his grandchildren, was the son of the late Jeff Addison and Eva Bell (Wilson) Howard. He was born icon on Sept. 25, 1931, at the former Jackson County Hospital in Moss Point, Miss. He entered into eternal rest on Saturday, Dec. 15, 2007, at his home.

PITALO
Mrs. Inez Martinez Pitalo, age 86, of Ocean Springs, Miss., died Saturday, Dec. 15, 2007, in Ocean Springs.

BRAZZLE
Mia C. Brazzle, 43, a native of Moss Point, Miss., departed from this life on Dec. 12, 2007, at her residence.
