October 9, 1944 in Scotland County departed this life on July 13, 2005. He was preceded in death by his parents Mr. Alexander and Pearlie Mae Chambers, two brothers James "Bunny" and Alexander Chambers, Jr.
HENDRICKSON
Lorraine Robasciotti Hendrickson, 73, of Pascagoula, Mississippi died Thursday, July 14, 2005 in Pascagoula. She was born
August 30, 1931 in Hollister, California. In 1993, she moved to Pascagoula from Napa, California. She retired from Riverdocks in Pascagoula in 1997 and was a former volunteer at Our Daily Bread in Pascagoula.
PRESLEY
Mr. James Lynn "Smokey" Presley, 76, of Moss Point, Miss., died July 15, 2005 in Pascagoula, Miss. He was born
March 10, 1929 in Carthage, Miss. Mr. Presley was a long time resident of the Franklin Creek Community.
WILLIAMS
John Harvey Williams passed away Wednesday, July 13, 2005 at his residence in Moss Point, Miss. He was a native of Jonestown, Miss. He and his family have been residents of Moss Point since 1969. Due to acute illness, he was forced to retire from Ingalls Shipbuilding in June of 2005 after 35 years of dedicated service. His greatest love was of Jesus Christ, as his Lord and Savior. His second love was of family.
GRAHAM
Charles Lewis (Charlie) Graham, age 79, of Lucedale, Miss., died July 14, 2005 at his home. Mr. Graham was born
October 23, 1925 in Wayne County, Miss. He was a member of First United Methodist Church. Mr. Graham was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was a longtime business man owning and operation Lucedale Motor Supply for 42 years before working for the City of Lucedale where he retired in December of 2004.

Lisa Machelle Butler Dunnam, 40, a native of Mobile County and a resident of Semmes, Ala. formerly of Pascagoula, Miss. went home to our Lord Wednesday, July 6, 2005. She was a graduate of Mobile County High School. Lisa was a wonderful wife and mother, a loving daughter and sister. She was a member of Grand Bay Church of God. Lisa was employed as a secretary and actively involved with many beauty pageants. She won many crowns herself. She was preceded in death by her father, William C. Butler; sister, Nita G. Stokley and a nephew, Benny C. Butler, Jr.

Donald E. (Buddy) Scarbrough, of Wade, Miss. died July 13, 2005 in Mobile, Ala. Mr Scarbrough was born
March 24, 1925 in Jackson County. Faith is the substance of things hoped for, and the evidence of things not yet seen. Today, Buddy's faith was realized as he passed into eternity with his Lord.

Rev. William Armistead Baria, born
in Gulfport, Miss. on Feb. 27, 1929, died July 9, 2005. Bill served many churches in Texas during college and seminary years. After graduation he continued his ministry in Mississippi, Alabama, and Ohio.

Mrs. Linnie Waudean Howell Byrd Doyle, 73, died Sunday, July 10, 2005 at Hospice In His Hands Ministries in Madden, Miss. She was a retired sitter and homemaker.
GERMANY
Mr. James Nolley Germany, 95, of Biloxi, Miss. and formerly of Moss Point, Miss., went to be with the Lord on Friday, July 8, 2005 in Biloxi. He was known as "Gran-Gran", a loving and devoted father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Moss Point, a man of his word, and a hard-working provider for his family. He had a natural instinct for business and never ceased to be curious about the changes taking place throughout the 20th Century. A longtime resident of Jackson County, he loved politics and area friends. He never met a stranger, never wanted to give Uncle Sam more than his share, and never liked to compromise.

Nov. 24, 1940 in Pascagoula, Miss. He was a self employed carpenter.

Leona Lenita Bonds Lawrence, age 94, died July 11, 2005 in Grand Bay, Ala. She was born
Jan. 21, 1911 in Lumberton, Miss. Mrs. Lawrence was a devoted member of the More Life Pentecostal Church and a devoted mother and grandmother. She was greatly loved and will be sadly missed by those who loved her. Preceding her in death were her husband, Frank C. Lawrence; a son, Kindeth O'Dail Anderson; two sisters, Lena Graham, Mae Stanley; four brothers, Richard, Perry, Jake and Jimmy Bond.

BAKER
Mildred K. Baker, 70, a resident of Big Point, Miss. went to be with the Lord July 9, 2005 while surrounded by all of her family and friends. Mrs. Baker was born
on Jan. 19, 1935 in Meridian Miss. She was a resident of Hurley, Miss. for 15 years. Mrs. Baker was a loving mother, a cherished grandmother and a devoted wife. She enjoyed the time that she had spent with her family, friends and working with her flowers.
GOFF
Ruby Lee Pait Goff went to meet her Lord on July 10, 2005 in Pascagoula, Miss. She was born
Aug. 14, 1927 in Hurley, Miss. She was a member of the Safe Harbor Methodist Church of Escatawpa. "Ruby", as her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and friends called her, was an inspiration to all those who came in contact with her. She loved to visit and share a laugh with those she considered shut-ins and of course she always brought a homemade cake or other goodies. At 77 she still lived by herself and, as she loved to say, took care of her own business. She was a special and unique individual who loved her family and provided them with an abiding sense of family unity. She was a full time homemaker until late in the 70's when she became a substitute teacher at Magnolia Jr. High. There she was dubbed, by her students, as Super-Sub. After the death of her beloved husband in 1982, she became a teacher's assistant and reluctantly retired in 1995. She loved the children and claimed it kept her young.

Iona Watson Lott, 91, of Pascagoula, Miss., passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2005 in Pascagoula. She was born
August 17, 1913 in Carroll County, Miss. and has been a resident of Pascagoula since 1954. Mrs. Lott was an elementary teacher for public schools in Carroll County and Pascagoula for 19 years. She was a former bookkeeper for WPMP radio and former employee of Jackson County Library System. Mrs. Lott was a member of First Baptist Church in Pascagoula, Eastern Star # 151, life-time member of Federation of National Republican Women, Mississippi Republican Woman, Jackson County Republican Women and B.P.W. Club. She received the Teaching Alumnus Award in 2003 from the Homes Community College in Goodman, Miss. where she received her college education.

Mrs. Evelyn Earline Demouey Lyons, 58, of Franklin Creek (Moss Point), died Thursday, July 7, 2005 in Pascagoula, Miss. She was born
Dec. 3, 1946 in Jackson County, Miss. Mrs. Lyons attended Forts Lake Assembly of God Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Mr. Earl Davis Demouey and her husband, Mr. Johnny Lyons.
