Beverly Hodges
Beverly Ann Hodges, 63 of Pascagoula went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on August 18, 2008.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Pertis and Essie Wroten Hodges and brothers, Pertis Hodges, Jr., Kenneth Ray Hodges, and Melvin Wroten; sister, Wilma Issac.
Ann leaves to cherish her memory to eight children, Essie (Kevin) McMillan of Snellville, GA, Rodney Hodges of Pascagoula, MS, Mark (Darlene) Hodges of Pascagoula, MS, Beverly Williams of Pascagoula, MS, Amanda (Eddie) Watson of Gautier, MS, Carolyn Gibson Durden of Pascagoula, MS, Sedra (Hemmon) Thompson of Gautier, MS, Julian (Paula) Gibson of Gautier, MS and Godchild, Linda (Henry) Davidson of Grand Bay, AL; three sisters, Irma Owens of New Orleans, LA, Barbara Jo Payne of Moss Point, MS and Gloria Jean Peairs of Pascagoula, MS; brothers, Robert Wroten of Moss Point, MS, CDR Napolean (Camille) Hodges of Burke, VA, CDR Ellis (Sandra) Hodges of Pensacola, FL and Percy Hodges of Moss Point, MS; special sons-in-law, Vincent Williams and Alfred Durden, Jr., 25 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a lifetime of friends.
Viewing will be held from 1-2:00pm Saturday, August 23, 2008 at Union Baptist Church, 1509 Dupont Ave., Pascagoula, MS

HUDSON
Edward F. "Ed" Hudson, III, 89, of Pascagoula, Miss., died Wednesday, February 12, 2003, in Pascagoula. Ed retired from Ingalls Shipbuilding in 1976 as a Quality Assurance Hull Inspector. He was a WWII veteran. Mr. Hudson was a member of the VFW, Knights of Columbus Fourth Degree, and Our Lady of Victories Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward J. Hudson, Jr., and Augusta Hudson; two brothers, Mack II, Sr., and Bernard J. Hudson; two sisters, Grace Maxted and Edith Olivia Hudson.
Survivors include his wife, Celestine Hudson of Pascagoula; one son, Edward F. (Judy) Hudson IV of Pascagoula; one daughter, Barbara (Vince) Ruta of Gautier; one sister, Melanie Dupont of Pascagoula; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Thursday, Feb. 13, from 6 to 9 p.m., with Rosary recited at 7 p.m., at O'Bryant-O'Keefe Funeral Home in Pascagoula.
Funeral service will be held Friday, Feb. 14, at Our Lady of Victories Catholic Church at 10 a.m. with Father Gerard Cleary officiating.
Pallbearers will be Drew Hudson, Vince Ruta, Robert Crawford, Eric Whitfield, John and Jessie Hudson.
Interment will be in Jackson County Memorial Park, Pascagoula.

WILLIAMS
Mr. Ken Conrad Williams was born
October 6, 1965, to Carlton and Emma Williams in Gautier. He departed this life on Saturday, February 8, 2003. He was a member of Solomon Temple A.M.E. Zion Church.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife of 15 years, Cathy Langham Williams and their three children, Ken Jr., Lesley, and Jamila Williams, all of Gautier; seven brothers, Bruce (Lecher), Raeford, N.C., Perry, Walter, Pascagoula, Reginald (Belinda), Moss Point, Aaron, Ellisville, Carlton, Jr. and Tyrone (Jennifer), Gautier; four sisters, Ivy (Larry) Freightmon, Tonya and Dutchess Williams, Gautier, and Tara Felicia (Leonard) Wells, Three Rivers; seven uncles; four aunts; a mother-in-law, Durlie Langham, Moss Point; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Viewing service will be at Solomon Temple A.M.E. Zion Church, Ely Street, Moss Point, at 12 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 15, follow by the funeral service at 1 p.m. with the Rev. James Powell officiating.

Jarrell Johnson
Jarrell M. Johnson 22, departed this life on January 2, 2010. Affectionately known as "Boo", Jarrell was born
to Sherman Johnson and Barbara Dixon on June 17, 1987, in Pascagoula, MS.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Sherman Johnson, Jr. and Classie Johnson; two aunts, Antoinette and Lashelia Dixon and Godfather, Berry White.
Jarrell was a caring and attentive father who leaves to cherish memories to be shared with the joy of his life, his precious daughter, Torianna Fountain, Pascagoula, MS; his loving parents, Sherman Johnson III and Barbara Dixon, Ocean Springs, MS; a devoted sister, Matasha (Teno) White, Moss Point, MS; two brothers, Sherman (Twana) Dixon, Gulfport, MS and Scottie (Annette) Dixon, Atmore, AL Jarrell's circle of love also included eleven aunts, Kimberly Dixon, Vanessa Evans, Katie Mayfield, Marion Johnson, Linda Johnson, Emma Johnson, Toni Johnson, Mattie Johnson, Betty Hall, Rohena Johnson, and Ruby Joiner; Five uncles Carnell Dixon, John Dixon, Lee Major Johnson, Marcus Johnson, and Druard Johnson; two great uncles Joshusa Jesse & Calvin Galloway Sr.; Eleven nephews and nieces, Tykeem Lett, Jaquez Lett, De'Airrus Dixon, Tyra White, Harlaces Phillips, Tanike Dixon, Ca'Jann Jones, Treasure Dixon, and Nesha Hixon, Sherrell Hixon and LaShun Hixon; Three dear friends who share in mourning Jarrell's passing are Robert Bridges, Brett Tate, and James Jones; a special friend Loree Fountain; and a host of other loving cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 9, 2010, at 1:00 p.m. at First Christian Church, 4336 Magnolia Street, Moss Point, Ms. with viewing two hours prior to the service. Interment will follow immediately after service at Scranton cemetery, Pascagoula, MS. Services are entrusted to Millender's Funeral Home, Moss Point, MS.
KEETON
Deacon Mack Keeton was born
in Pulaski (Scott County), Miss., to the late Archie and Lou Myles Keeton on Feb. 22, 1919. He accepted the Lord at an early age and became a member of the Mt. Moriah M.B. Church in Pulaski, Miss. and was ordained there as a deacon. After coming to Pascagoula, Miss., in 1964, he united with the Antioch M.B. Church (now the Greater Antioch M.B. Church) where he was reappointed deacon in August, 1965, under the leadership of Rev. L. D. Chapman. Through the years he was a member of the Gospel Chorus, Laymen's Auxiliary, Pastor's Aide Supporters, Church School and a Senior Deacon until his death.
In addition to his qualities, Deacon Keeton was an articulate Carpenter. A dedicated husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, friend and neighbor who always gave willingly of himself when and wherever needed. He was a great man of wisdom.
He was preceded in death by a son, James Keeton; a daughter, Esther Keeton; his parents, Archie and Lou Keeton; brothers, Cary, Idell, Cartez and Fred Keeton; sisters, Lizzie Flanagan, Olivia Dancer, O'Dessa and twin sister, Everline Keeton.
He leaves to cherish his memories his loving and devoted wife of 63 years, LeeDonia Flanagan Keeton; two daughters, Shirley (Charlie) Doby, Bernisteen (Bobby) Ward, both of Moss Point; four sons, William Keeton of Pascagoula, Rev. Cortez (Emma) Keeton, II, Jerome (Lazell) Keeton, Rev. Berling (Brenda) Keeton, all of Moss Point; 21 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; a devoted nephew, Dave (Geraldine) Flanagan; a devoted sister-in-law, LeeVelma Townsend; devoted neighbors, Mike (Faye) Moore; dedicated care givers, Dr. H. Barrett, Dr. Condron, Singing River Hospice of Light; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 5, from noon to 1:30 p.m., at the Great Antioch M.B. Church, 1028 Denny Avenue, Pascagoula. Funeral services will begin promptly at 1:30 p.m. Dr. John W. Davis, Sr., pastor. Officiating will be Pastor John W. Davis Jr. of Faith M.B. Church, Gulfport, Miss.

RILEY
Patricia Guppy Riley, 60, died Tuesday, April 1, 2003, in Gautier, Miss. Mrs. Riley was born
May 24, 1942, in Pennsylvania. She had been a resident of Gautier for the past 45 years and was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Gautier, Miss.
Survivors include her husband, John W. Riley of Gautier; two sons, David Joseph Riley of New Hampshire and Douglas John Riley of San Diego, Calif.; one brother, Gerald Guppy of Va.; and two grandsons, Mike and Matthew.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, April 5, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Gautier, at 10 a.m. Father Patrick Hayes will officiate the service.
Interment will follow at Machpelah cemetery.

Mrs. Hetty Colingo Cook, 94, born
Nov. 13, 1908, in Jena, La., died April 2, 2003, at her residence in Pascagoula, Miss.
Mrs. Cook was a member of the Catholic faith and the Eastern Star.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Ross J. Colingo and Dugger E. Cook; great grandson, Staten Laseter; and parents, Ezzie T. Smith and Laura Smith.
Survivors include son, Joe R. and wife, Johnette, Colingo; four granddaughters, Suzanne Colingo Lyell and husband, Dr. Mark Lyell of Pascagoula, Dr. Kelly Colingo-Fahlberg and husband, Mark Fahlberg, McLean, Va., Melissa Colingo Laseter and husband, Dr. Jeffery Laseter, Jackson, Miss., Alyson Colingo, New York City, N.Y.; two great grandsons, Joe Ross Lyell, Pascagoula, John Walker Laseter, Jackson, Miss.; six great granddaughters, Caroline Walker Lyell, Pascagoula, Anna Claire Fahlberg, McLean, Va., Natalie Cook Fahlberg, McLean, Va., Audrey Elizabeth Fahlberg, McLean, Va., Lauren Grace Fahlberg, McLean, Va., Emory Ann Laseter, Jackson, Miss.
Private services will be held for the immediate family on April 3, 2003.

Mamie L. Williams, 71, of Hattiesburg, Miss., died March 29, 2003.

Mrs. Mabel Irene Smith Davis, 94, of Overland Park, Kan., formerly of Escatawpa, Miss., died Wednesday, April 2, 2003, at Indian Creek Nursing Center in Overland Park. She was born
June 9, 1908, in Moss Point. Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her father and mother, Mr. Frances Barney and Mrs. Burisa Lula Cochran Smith, and her husband, Mr. Conway Otto Davis.
She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Margaret Ann and Charles Athey of Lenexa, Kan., Mary Jo and Chester Hallberg of Prairie Village, Kan., and Jean Carol and Nelson David of Simi Valley, Calif.; one son, Robert Larry Davis of Kansas City, Mo.; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 6, 2003, from 1 to 3 p.m., at Holder-Wells Funeral Home in Moss Point.
Funeral services will follow at 3 p.m. from the funeral home chapel with High Priests, Donald Hamm and Richard Miller officiating.
Interment will follow in R.L.D.S. cemetery, Escatawpa.

Joyce Krebs Goff, 71, a life-time resident of Pascagoula, Miss., died Tuesday, April 1, 2003, in Singing River Hospital, Pascagoula, Miss. She was born
June 2, 1931, in Pascagoula. Mrs. Goff attended Our Lady of Victories Catholic Church and School in Pascagoula. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Goff Sr.; her grandson, Wesley Travis Adkison, and granddaughter Jean Elizabeth Hayward.
Survivors include her children, Robert Goff Jr. (Marcia), Michael Goff (Carole), Daniel Goff (Linda), Sarah Adkison (Phil), Melanie McCaskill (Jack), Beverly Franklin (Richard), and Lisa Hayward (Jim); her grandchildren include Tonya Travis (Lee), Michael Goff, Jeremy Goff (Jessica), Sarah Lawrence (T.J.), Chris Goff (Beth), Scott Goff (Amber), Laura Goff, Adam Goff, Bradley Goff, Stephen Goff, Abbey Adkison, Hannah Adkison, Claire Adkinson, Megan McCaskill, Will Franklin, Jack Franklin, Blair Hayward, Hayley Hayward and Lydia Hayward; and great grandchildren, Emma Travis, Sam Travis, Lindsey Goff and Lauren Goff.
