Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Jeffries Chapel in Abbeville with burial in Oxford Memorial Gardens. Serenity Funeral Home in Holly Springs has charge. Mr. Dennis, the husband of Ameena Dennis of Abbeville, also leaves four sons, Demario M. Booker of Oxford, and Johnny L. Dennis, James C. Dennis and John R. Dennis, all of Abbeville; his mother and stepfather, Ella and Thomas Russell, and two sisters, Janice Harden and Sylvia Dennis, all of Abbeville; a brother, Andre Simmons of St. Paul, Minn., and his grandmother, Nettie Gordon of Abbeville.

Tunica -- Robert Irby, 86, of Jackson, Tenn., formerly of Tunica, died March 3 at Maplewood Healthcare Center. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Free Grace Missionary Baptist Church with burial in Shady Grove cemetery. Henderson Funeral Home has charge. Mr. Irby, the husband of Mary Suggs Irby, also leaves four daughters, Gladys Corbett of Memphis, and Thelma Parker, Clara Williams and Martha Jean Taylor, all of Jackson; two sons, Robert Irby Jr. of Jackson and Ronald Irby of Brownsville, Tenn., 18 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Tunica -- Annie Mae William, 81, retired custodian, died Tuesday at her home. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Scott Chapel Church. Henderson Funeral Home has charge. She leaves three daughters, Vera Henly, Julia Nelson and Mary William, all of Tunica; four sons, Clyde William of St. Louis, Lewis William and James William, both of Chicago, and Earl William of Cleveland, 20 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.

Southaven -- Harmon 'Buck' King, 76, founder and owner of King's Tires and Alignment, died Thursday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-DeSoto. He was a Korean War Air Force veteran, 32nd degree Mason, and member of Southaven First Baptist Church and Al Chymia Shrine Temple. Mr. King, the husband of Betty King, also leaves a daughter, Vicki Roland of Nashville; four sons, Bobby King and Doug King, both of Memphis, and Alan King and Jeff King, both of Horn Lake; three sisters, Peggy Rial of Dallas, Marlene Fields of Wiggins and Martha King of Jasper, Ark.; two brothers, Curtis King and Monroe King, both of Humboldt, Tenn., and five grandchildren.
