Terry Joe Bizzle
Terry Joe Bizzle, 54, loving son and brother, went home to be with our Lord on June 9, 2016 in Great Falls, Montana.
Terry Joe moved to Senatobia in 1979 with his family. After graduating from Independence High School in 1980, he joined the U. S. Naval Service and led an exciting life abroad as a member of the U.S.S. Kitty Hawk.
After leaving the Navy, he eventually moved to Sheridan, Wyoming and fell in love with the beauty and outdoor life of the west.
After a tragic car accident in January 2007, on an Indian Reservation in Montana, Terry Joe resided at Benefits Senior Care Center in Great Falls, Montana, where he was cared for by a wonderful, loving staff until his death.
Terry was preceded in death by his father, Bobby G. Bizzle, his grandparents, Nathan and Agirtha Bizzle of Senatobia, and Roy and Maude Wilson of Memphis, Tenn. He leaves behind his mother, Jean James of Nesbit, his sister, Anita Bizzle Walls (Joseph) of Senatobia, two nephews, Alexander Scruggs (Maria) and Cameron Scruggs of Hernando, and a brother, Dennis Lee Bizzle of Memphis, Tenn.
Our hearts are heavy from the loss of a loving son, loyal brother and fun uncle. We will miss him dearly, but know we will be reunited with him one day.
A private service will be held with family and friends at a later time.

Pamela Ann Gary
Pamela Ann Gary, 71, of Harmontown, passed away June 12, 2016 at Senatobia Healthcare and Rehab.
She is survived by her sons, Charles Gary of Como, and Shawn Gary of Nesbit; sisters, Melody Stiek of Cabot, Ark. and Brenda Camp of Senatobia; and grandchildren, Gavin Gary and Gunner Gary.
A graveside service was held Saturday, June 18, at 1:00 p.m. at Antioch Church of Christ cemetery in Halls, Tenn.

Connie B. Horne
Mrs. Connie B. Horne, 66, passed away on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Mo.
Mrs. Horne was born
on February 12, 1950 in Lafayette, La. She was a real estate agent who loved nature, especially camping and fishing. She enjoyed traveling, shopping and playing the lottery. She loved animals and was always ready to do anything outdoors.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry Horne of Ozark, Mo.; two sons, Jerry Horne, Jr. and Craig Horne, both of Springfield, Mo.; her mother, Bernice Bordelon of Houma, La.; two sisters, Sharon Adkins of Holly Springs, and Susie Bordelon of Houma, La.; and one brother, Donnie Bordelon of Loreauville, La.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Debbie Bordelon and her brother, David Bordelon.
Funeral services were held on Thursday, June 16, at 10 a.m. in the Senatobia Chapel of Ray-Nowell Funeral Home with Rev. Ken Hart officiating. Burial followed in Mt. Zion cemetery in Independence. Visitation was held in the funeral home on Wednesday, June 15, from 6-8 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.

John W. Hendrix
John W. Hendrix, 59, of Como, passed away on June 15, 2016 at his home.
He was born
on December 12, 1956 in Drew, Miss. to Mamie Lee Dunnaway Hendrix and Jim Hendrix.
He attended Solid Rock Assembly of God in Senatobia. He formerly worked for AT&T, Coca-Cola and Heafner Motors. He enjoyed helping with food drives for local food pantries, visiting shut-ins, and helping widows in the church.
A person with a great sense of humor, he was involved with Skatetasia, where children dearly loved him.
Mr. Hendrix is survived by his wife of 12 years, Jeanie Giles-Hendrix of Como; one daughter, Lindsey Hendrix of New Albany, Kan.; one step-daughter, Crustal S. Farrow of Senatobia; two sons, Corey Hendrix (Tasha) and Develin Hendrix of New Albany, Kan. and nine grandchildren.
A memorial service was held at 11 a.m., Monday, June 20, at Solid Rock Assembly of God in Senatobia. The family received friends at the church from 10-11 a.m., preceding the service.

William Langford
William Langford, 74, of Senatobia, passed away on June 10, 2016. Funeral services were held at Apostolic Lighthouse United Pentecostal Church, where he was a member, on June 14 at 10 a.m. Burial followed at Tyro cemetery.
He was the owner and operator of North MS Well Drilling.
He is survived by his son, Billy Langford (Donna) of Senatobia; daughters, Teresa Faulkner (Keith) of Senatobia and Angela Smith (Scott) of Senatobia; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren; three sisters, Jessie Blaylock of Southaven, Eva Jane Rogers of Grenada, and Inez Smith of Russellville, Ark.; two brothers, Jimmy Langford of Pontotoc and Johnny Landford (Ann) of Calhoun City.
Holly Springs Funeral Home had charge of the arrangements.
Yvonne Logan Moore
Yvonne Logan Moore, 77, retired factory worker, of Memphis, Tenn., passed away on June 12, 2016. Funeral services were held at Mt. Calm M.B. Church on Saturday, June 18 at 12 noon. Burial followed in Mt. Calm cemetery in Coldwater.
She is survived by her daughters, Doris Carruthers of Memphis, Tenn., Debra Hibbler of Coldwater, Hazel Sanders of West Memphis, Ark., and Cassandra Woods of Memphis, Tenn.; sons, Clarence Dwayne Moore III of Memphis, Tenn., Wyamond Elton Moore of Memphis, Tenn., Michael Hosea Moore, of Bartlett, Tenn., Marcus Audre Moore of Memphis, Tenn., and Anthony Regalé of Germantown, Tenn.; and by her brother, John Logan of Detroit, Mich. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren.

Alice Smith Neal
Alice Smith Neal, 67, passed away Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at Baptist Memorial Hospital – North MS in Oxford. She was an active member of Sardis Lake Baptist Church.
She was a devoted educator and was a retired elementary school teacher. She also loved reading, camping and the outdoors.
Mrs. Neal is survived by one daughter, Elizabeth “Isa” Beaulieu (Brian) of Starkville; one son, James Allen Stratton of Millington, Tenn.; two step-daughters, Jan Daugherty of Sardis, and Joanne Woolbrink of Oxford; two sisters, Walker Sahag (Ray) of New Orleans, La. and Jane McLin of Gainesville, Fla.; brother, Roy Hunt of Gainesville, Fla. and one granddaughter, Lily Beraulieu.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Neal and her parents, Lou Alice Nason Smith and Walker Hassell Smith, and her mother, Jane Smith.
A graveside service was held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 18, at St. Peter’s cemetery in Oxford.

W. T. Newson, 88, of Senatobia, passed away on June 10, 2016. Funeral services were held at Independent- Tyro MB Church in Senatobia on Saturday, June 18 at 11 a.m. Burial followed in Independent-Tyro Church cemetery.
Survivors are daughters, Beatrice Newson Robinson of Hernando and Murlisse Newson Burdette of Millington, Tenn.; sons, Dr. Rev. Walter Newson of Senatobia, Minster Albert Newson of Senatobia, Larry Newson of Senatobia, Edd Newson of Seantobia, Fred Newson of Fayetteville, N.C. and Danny Newson of Memphis, Tenn.; two brothers, Verdie Newson of Senatobia and Albert Newson of Los Angeles, Calif.; 27 grandchildren; and 53 great grandchildren.

Jane Ellen Wade
Jane Ellen Wade, 58, of Arkabutla, passed away June 14, 2016 at her residence. She is survived by her friend and caretaker, Pauline Gordon of Senatobia; sister, Rosemary Boyette of Senatobia; brothers, Robert Wade of Arkabutla, and Drew Wade of Senatobia.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Rosa Lee Wade; brother, Calvin Wade and her companion, John “Tommy” Owens.
She was a member of Arkabutla Baptist Church. Services were held Thursday, June 16, at 3:00 p.m. at Pate-Jones Funeral Home. Burial followed in Surrette cemetery in Arkabutla.
Raymond E. Williams
On Sunday, February 21, 2016 at 7:50 in the evening, God blessed Raymond E. Williams with his new “cancer-free heavenly body” at his home in Phoenix, Arizona.
Raymond, born
in Senatobia, was employed by Federal Office Products/Champion Office Products in the 1970’s and was relocated to Phoenix, Ariz. in 1977 as Operations Manager of the new “start up” facility.
A faithful husband and exemplary dad, he is survived by his wife, Camille; son, Barry; grandson, Mike; granddaughter-in-law, Jordan; great-granddaughter, Palmer; mother, Ona Mae; two brothers, Dayton and Crockett; one sister, Mary Ann Kerr; aunt, Julia Mae Hall; brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A memorial service will be held at Bethel Baptist Church in Walls, Miss. on Saturday, June 25 at 10 a.m. There will be a DVD presentation 40 minutes prior to the service and after the service for those who want to attend.

Wesley L. 'Hoss' Barlow
MADISON -- Wesley L. "Hoss" Barlow, 74, a retired BellSouth employee, died Wednesday, Oct. 27, 1999, of cancer at his home in Madison.
Services were held Friday at Lakewood South Funeral Home with interment in Lakewood South cemetery in Jackson.
A Harrisville native, Mr. Barlow had moved to Madison. He was chairman of the Harrisville United Methodist Church Board of Trustees for 20 years and a 10-year lay delegate to the Methodist Conference. He was a member of the church board and finance committee as well as the P.P.R. Committee. Those who knew him said his motto was simply, "Others."
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn D. Barlow of Madison; daughters, Lisa Phillips of Harrisville, Cynthia Barlow of Madison and Tracy Hancock of Canton; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
