McGee, Clyde Rose
Clyde Rose McGee, 71, of West Helena, Ark., died Monday, Oct. 27, 2003, in Little Rock, Ark.
Graveside services were Thursday at Maple Hill cemetery. Burial was at Maple Hill cemetery. Rev. Rodger Hooker officiated. Roller-Citizens Funeral Home had charge.
McGee, born
May 28, 1932, to the late George Hackie Rose and the late Netty Ethel Harden was a homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her husband "Mac" McGee and one son Ricky Fuqua.
Survivors include five sons, Gary Fuqua of Cottage Grove, Tenn., Jason McGee of Memphis, Rusty McGee of Cabot, Ark., Marc McGee of West Helena, Ark. and Joey McGee of Danville, Ill.; three daughters, Tina Fuqua of West Helena, Ark., Becky Gaspard of Gueydan, La. and Lillian Young of Beebe, Ark.; four sisters, Mackiava Rose of Danville, Ill., Lois Evans of Eighty-Eight, Ky., Pat Rice of Alaska and Irma Peters of Oregon; one brother Bob Rose of Eighty-Eight, Ky.; 16 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
McGhee, Edgar
Edgar McGhee, 94, of Courtland, died Tuesday, September 9, 2003, at Baptist Memorial Hospital- North Mississippi in Oxford.
Services were Saturday at Liberty Hill M.B. Church. Burial was at the Eureka cemetery. Rev. Jacob Hentz officiated. Cooley's Mortuary had charge.
McGhee, born
June 27, 1909, to the late Perry Marshall McGhee and the late Annie Pearl Hentz McGhee, was a retired farmer, a member of Liberty Hill M.B. Church, a deacon, a former treasurer and a Sunday School Superintendent.
Survivors include his daughter Inez McGhee of Courtland; one son Clarence William McGhee of Cleveland, Ohio; one adopted daughter Rosie Dell Sanford of Courtland; four brothers, Cecil McGhee of Batesville, Calvin McGhee of Newton, Willie McGhee of Milwaukee and F.L. McGhee of Batesville; one sister Marie Warren of Syracuse, N.Y.; four grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
McGehee, Cecil Clyde Jr.
Cecil Clyde McGehee Jr., 45, of Batesville, died Saturday, March 29, 2003, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-East in Memphis of cancer.
Services were Tuesday, April 1 at Hebron Baptist Church in Sardis. Rev. Travis Tramel, Rev. Billy Livingston and Rev. Kirk Germany officiated. Burial was in Hebron cemetery in Sardis. Wells Funeral Home had charge.
McGehee, born
Dec. 1, 1957, to Cecil Clyde Sr. and Jewel Appleton McGehee, was a gravel truck driver for Panola County and a member of Hebron Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife Carmen Scruggs McGehee of Batesville; two daughters, Charlotte Ann McGehee Wilkerson and Patty Sue McGehee both of Batesville; his parents Cecil Clyde Sr. and Jewel Appleton McGehee both of Sardis and four brothers, Charles F. McGehee of Sardis, Larry E. McGehee of Independence, Billy McGehee of Sardis and John T. McGehee of Love, Miss.
McGehee, Emmitt Floyd
Emmitt Floyd McGehee, 80, of Courtland, died Tuesday, February 25, 2003, at his home.
Services will be held today at 10 a.m. at Camp Ground Baptist Church in Water Valley with interment at Pilgrims Rest cemetery. Rev. Emon White will officiate. Dickins Funeral Home has charge.

Sept. 22, 1922, to the late Charles McGehee and the late Hazel Hill McGehee, was a mechanic at Panola Mills. He was also a veteran of the Army Air Corps in WWII, and served as a deacon and a Sunday school teacher at Camp Ground Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife Marion "Mary" Pemberton McGehee of Courtland; three sons, Floyd McGehee, Jr. of Water Valley, Charles James McGehee of Switzerland, Fla., and Paul Terrell McGehee of Senatobia; one daughter, Ann McCain of Batesville; one brother, Clyde McGehee of Sardis; 11 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.

McKie, Raymond
Raymond McKie, 68, of Batesville, died Thursday, Nov. 6, 2003, at Beverly Health Care.
Services were Wednesday at Nelson Chapel M.B. Church. Burial was at Nelson Chapel cemetery. Rev. Archie Cook officiated. Cooley's Mortuary had charge.

Feb. 9, 1935, to the late Spence McKie and the late Lottie Newson, was a retired service station attendant and a member of Zion Hill M.B. Church.
Survivors include three sisters, Dorothy Gleaton of Pope, Vernice H. Killebrew of Batesville and Rosie Love of Como.
McKenzie, Kendall Katherine
Kendall Katherine "Kathy" Willis McKenzie, 44, of Orlando, Fla., formerly of Memphis, Tenn. died Friday, Dec. 13, 2002, at her home.
Funeral services were held in Orlando, Friday, Dec. 20.
She was the daughter of Annette Horn Morris of Oakland and Martin Willis of Ormond Beach, Fla.
She was a Florida certified paramedic, a software and electrical engineer and a Baptist.
Survivor, in addition to her parents, include her husband, Brian K. McKenzie of Orlando.

James Curtis McKinney, 48, of Charleston, died Monday, Feb. 10, 2003, at Tallahatchie General Hospital of a heart attack.
Services were Wednesday at Newsom Funeral Home, Charleston with interment at Smith cemetery, Cascilla. Newson Funeral Home had charge.

Jimmie D. McKinney, 77, of Sardis, died Thursday, September 4, 2003, at Methodist Central Hospital in Memphis.
Services were Monday at Henderson Funeral Home Chapel in Sardis. Burial was at Rose Hill cemetery. Rev. Harlom Harris officiated. Henderson Funeral Home had charge.

James Albert McNutt, 53, of Lambert, died Saturday, May 10, 2003, at The Med in Memphis.
Services are today at 2 p.m. at Crowder Baptist Church. Burial will be at Crowder cemetery. Chuck Shilling and Larry Kilgore are officiating ministers. Kimbro Funeral Home has charge.

Jan. 22, 1950, to the late Herman McNutt and the late Ida Tiller McNutt, was a master mechanic at Crown Cork and Seal, a member of Crowder Baptist Church, a deacon at Crowder Baptist Church and he was a keyboard player for Kilgore Sisters Gospel Singing Group.
Survivors include his wife Pat McNutt of Lambert; one daughter Becky McNutt of Lambert; one son David McNutt of Lambert; one sister Frances McNutt of Canton and several nieces and nephews.
McMullen, William Austin
William Austin McMullen, 86, of Batesville, died Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2003.
Graveside services were Wednesday at Magnolia cemetery. Burial was at Magnolia cemetery. Collierville Funeral Home had charge.

to the late William Allen McMullen and the late Emma Sells, was an Army veteran of WWII and a retired fireman.
He is preceded in death by his wife Claudia Jordan McMullen.
Survivors include one son Wayne McMullen of Sardis; one brother Albert McMullen of Memphis; one sister Estella Stewart of Memphis; two grandsons and four great-grandchildren.
McWaters, Ila Bell Walker
Ila Bell Walker McWaters, 91, of Oxford, died Saturday, Oct. 25, 2003.
Visitation is today from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Graveside services are Saturday at 1 p.m. Burial is at Carey Springs cemetery in Randolph. National Funeral Home has charge.

She is preceded in death by her two husbands, James Walker and Mac McWaters and her four sons, Guy Walker, Kenneth Walker, Quinion Walker and Glenn Walker.
Survivors include three daughters, Vernon Gayle Walker of Boulder City, Nev., Martha Jane Walker of Los Angeles, Calif., and Doris Walker of Houston, Texas; two sons, James Earl Walker of Las Vegas, Nev. and Larry Walker of Batesville; 20 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
Meacham, Hope
Hope Meacham, 79, of Batesville, died Sunday, August 10, 2003, at her residence.
Services are today at 2 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church. Burial will be at Batesville Magnolia cemetery. Rev. Don Bishop will officiate. Dickins Funeral Home has charge.

Oct. 25, 1923, to the late Gib Dulaney and the late Cynthia Rebecca Senter Dulaney, was a homemaker, a member of the First United Methodist Church, was the Church Treasurer, a girl scouts leader and a member of the Hospital "Yellow Jackets".
Survivors include her husband John Meacham of Batesville; two daughters, Becky Meacham and husband Robert A. Moffatt of Bridgewater, N.J. and Cele Meacham Carothers and husband Richard A. of Norcross, Ga.; four grandchildren, Claire Carothers of Norcross, Ga., Richard Carothers Jr. of Norcross Ga., Amy Moffatt and James Meacham Moffatt, both of Bridgewater, N.J. and one niece Jane Riley of Marietta, Ga.
