SUTHOFF
Bernadine Helena Suthoff, 84, Jefferson City, died Jan. 6, 2003, at St. Marys Health Center.
She was born July 14, 1918, in St. Thomas, a daughter of Gustave and Minnie Shroer Kaiser. She was married Oct. 4, 1939, in St. Thomas, to Bernard Henry Suthoff, who died April 7, 1987.
She was a homemaker and a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. She was a member of St. Ann's Sodality, Immaculate Club, St. Marys Health Center Auxiliary, Legion of Mary, Busy Fingers Quilting Club and was a volunteer with Meals-on-Wheels.
Survivors include: two sons, Donald J. Suthoff and Tom J. Suthoff, both of Jefferson City; one daughter, Joyce C. Kaiser, Jefferson City; one brother, Joseph Kaiser, St. Thomas; 14 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
One daughter, Agnes A. Meyer, preceded her in death.
Services will be at 9 a.m. Thursday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. The Rev. Patrick G. Dolan will officiate. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. today at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home, with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m.

SHIRLEY
Thomas Howard Shirley, 64, Columbia, died Jan. 3, 2003, in Columbia.
He was born Nov. 26, 1938, in New Franklin, a son of Albert Sr., and Cora Ray Shirley.
He attended Sumner High School in Boonville. He worked at Schnucks Super Market in Columbia. He was a member of Local Union 655 Food Employers AFL-CIO.
Survivors include: two sons, Ricky Jackman and Reno Jackman, both of Columbia; one daughter, Vida Crum, Columbia; two brothers, Albert Shirley Jr., Los Angeles, and Lilburn Shirley/Hill, Boonville; two stepsisters, Sandra Robinson, Boonville, and Barbara Patrick, Jefferson City.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Warren Funeral Chapel, Columbia. The Rev. Horace Hopkins Jr. will officiate.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday.
TATRO
Theodore W. "Ted" Tatro Jr., 52, Crocker, died Jan. 6, 2003, near Crocker.
He was born April 9, 1950, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, a son of Theodore W. Sr., and Vera M. Smith Tatro. He was married Aug. 4, 1972, to Cynthia D. Landers, who survives at the home.
He was a truck driver for Goodrich Gas for 10 years. He was a member of the American Legion, Crocker, and was a retired Army veteran.
Other survivors include: one son, Matthew R. Tatro, Crocker; one daughter, Michelle S. Tatro, Waynesville; three brothers, Harry Tatro, state of Indiana, and Ed Tatro and Sharron Tatro, both of the state of Iowa; and five grandchildren.
Services will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at Long Funeral Home, Crocker. The Rev. Roy Sullin will officiate.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Thursday.
WILSON
Mary Margaret Wilson, 87, Shawnee, Kan., formerly of New Bloomfield, died Jan. 6, 2003, in Kansas City.
She was born Aug. 12, 1915, in Guthrie, a daughter of Dave and Ruth Clay. She was married in February1940, in Olathe, Kan., to Glenn Willis Wilson, who died in 1972.
She was a stenographer for the Rock Island Railroad in Kansas City for 30 years. She was a member of the Shawnee American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post 327.
Survivors include: one son, Glenn Gayle Wilson, Shawnee, Kan.; one brother, Billy Clay, Mokane; and one grandson.
Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in New Bloomfield Cemetery. The Rev. Jim Shaver will officiate.
Arrangements are under the direction of Debo Funeral Home, Fulton.
GREGORY
Leslie Michelle Gregory, 33, California, missing since Nov. 12, 2002, was found Jan. 7, 2003, near Centertown.
She was born Sept. 13, 1969, in Jefferson City, a daughter of James and Linda Rimel Gregory. Her parents survive in California.
She was a 1987 graduate of California High School and attended Nichols Career Center. She worked as an administrative assistant at Scholastic, Jefferson City, for six years. She was a member of the Eagles Ladies Auxiliary 4027. She was a Baptist.
Other survivors include: one son, Kurtis Michael Pace, California; one daughter, Diana Michelle Pace, California; one brother, James "Joe" Gregory, Eldon; and maternal grandparents Troy Rimel, Sedalia, and Sidney and Ruth Davis, Warrensburg.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church-Family Life Center, California. The Rev. Greg Morrow will officiate.
Visitation will be from 10:30-11 a.m. Saturday at the church.

Gregory shot several times
A California, Mo., woman whose body was located Tuesday on a rural farm in Moniteau County was murdered, law enforcement officials said Wednesday.
Leslie Gregory, 33, reportedly died as a result of multiple gunshot wounds, the Moniteau County Sheriff's Department said.
Officials of the Mid-Missouri Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force said the investigation is ongoing.
Gregory's body was found wrapped in a tarp and hidden underneath a piece of tin.
An autopsy by the Boone County Medical Examiner's Office confirmed the cause of death.]
BRANDHORST
Herbert H. Brandhorst, 88, Jefferson City, died Jan. 9, 2003, at Capital Region Medical Center.
He was born Jan. 25, 1914, near Hermann, a son of Gustav and Magdalene Eikermann Brandhorst. He was married June 23, 1940, in Big Spring, to Thelma Schroff, who survives at the home.
A lifelong resident of the Central Missouri area, he was a graduate of Hermann High School and Southeast Missouri State University, Cape Girardeau. He was a teacher and administrator at the Gideon Schools, Gideon, and worked for Robertson Distributing Company for several years. He owned and operated Brandhorst Battery Company from 1952-1987. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, where he served on the administrative board and was a member of Harmony Sunday school class. He was a member of American Legion Roscoe Enloe Post 5. He was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II.
Other survivors include: three sons, Lynn D. Brandhorst, Los Gatos, Calif.; Larry D. Brandhorst, Jefferson City, and Marc W. Brandhorst, Springfield; five grandchildren; three step grandchildren; one great grandson; and two step great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at First United Methodist Church. The Rev. Jerrol Boehmer will officiate. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 1-3 p.m. Sunday at Freeman Mortuary.
Memorials are suggested to First United Methodist Church.
BUSCH
Gladys Hagan Busch, 97, Dothan, Ala., formerly of Versailles, died Jan. 7, 2003, at Flowers Hospital, Dothan.
She was born Jan. 28, 1905, in Morgan County, a daughter of Aubrey A. and Clara Ella Clark Hagan. She was married to Otto Busch, who died in 1984.
She was a graduate of Versailles High School, William Woods University and Central Missouri State College. She taught elementary and high school level for seven years. She worked with State of Missouri Division of Employment and Security for 27 years, before her retirement. She lived in Dothan for the past 20 years and was a member of Covenant United Methodist Church, where a United Methodist Circle was named in her honor.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Versailles Cemetery. The Rev. Gailya Dow will officiate.
Arrangements are under the direction of Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home, Versailles.
BIGELOW
David E. Bigelow, 88, Jefferson City, died Jan. 8, 2003, at St. Marys Health Center.
Arrangements are at Freeman Mortuary.
CABLE
Anna M. Cable, 89, Stover, died Jan. 8, 2003, at Golden Age Living Center.
