Lillian Beatrice Sullivan

Lillian Beatrice Sullivan, 88, of Marshall, MO, died Saturday, August 20, 2011, at Big Bend Retreat in Slater, MO.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, August 23, 2011, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall, with Pastor Randy Shannon officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall. Memorials may be made to Marshall Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Born July 7, 1923, in Slater, MO, she was the daughter of the late Andrew A. Hunsaker and Vera Bishop Hunsaker. On May 23, 1942, she married John W. Sullivan who survives of the home and was thankful for the blessing of 69 years of marriage. She was a member of Marshall Cumberland Presbyterian Church where she taught Sunday school for many years, was church treasurer for 10 years and served as president and treasurer for her Ladies Circle. She worked as a bookkeeper for Shryack-Wright Wholesale Grocers for 35 years and was co-owner of Sullivan Brothers Service Station for 40 years.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, Steven Sullivan and his wife, Rhonda of Marshall; two grandsons, Pastor Joshua Sullivan and his wife, Erin of Kerrville, TX and Matthew Sullivan and his wife Sarah of Marshall; two great-grandchildren, Amos Wells Sullivan and Myka Kate Sullivan; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Robert, Everett, Herbert and Bill Hunsaker; and two sisters, Helen Moore and Marjorie Wooten.
Jane Elizabeth Stonner
September 6, 1921 - January 21, 2011
Jane E. Stonner, 89, of Marshall, MO, died Friday, January 21, 2011, in Marshall.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 28, 2011, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall, with Pastor Scott Williams officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall. Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church or Alzheimer’s Association.
Born September 6, 1921, in Miami, MO, she was the daughter of the late George Neal Jackson and Ethel Susan Elizabeth Jackson. She was a graduate of Miami High School and attended Missouri State Teachers College in Warrensburg for two years. In 1944 she was offered a job in Washington D.C. Legions of young women went to the Capitol to do the paperwork associated with the war. For four years, her job was writing letters in the War Department. In later years, she went back to college in Warrensburg and finished a Bachelor of Science degree in home economics with a minor in science. For a short time after the war, she taught home economics at Slater High School. On May 3, 1951, she married Roy M. Stonner who preceded her in death on August 20, 1983. She then moved to Marshall and joined First United Methodist Church where twice she was president of United Methodist Women, and she worked in the sewing group that made quilts for the needy. She was a former member of Monday Club and a 62-year member of Order of the Eastern Star. She was also a member of Laureate Mu Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi, Past Matrons Club and Daughters of the American Revolution.
Survivors include two daughters, Leigh Lingwall and husband Jay of Hannibal, MO and Susan Crepeau and husband Dewey of Columbia, MO; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one sister, Betty Stone of Marshall; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, Charles Jackson.
Sandy Bolser

Sandy Bolser, 72, of Marshall, MO, died Wednesday, June 8, 2011, at her home.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 14, 2011, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall, with William W. Harlow officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville. Memorials may be made to family choice.
Born June 15, 1938, in Moline, IL, she was the daughter of the late Harry W. Girt and Marjorie Stodd Girt. On November 30, 1958, she married Ted Bolser who survives of the home. She had lived in Marshall most of her life and was a homemaker.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Debbie Rodgers and husband Lance of Marshall; one son, Donald Bolser and wife Karen of Slater, MO; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Bobby Fred Onderbeke of Pangburn, AR and Jerry Onderbeke of Copperopolis, CA; one sister, Sally Irene Turner of Barstow, IL; one niece raised in the home, Cindy Lee DeHaven of Columbia, MO; along with several other nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Nolan Bolser; one daughter, Linda Bolser; one grandson, Joshua Bolser; one brother, William Girt; and one sister, Joyce Stillwell.
Annie L. Clouse

Annie McDaniel Clouse, 81, of Marshall, MO, died Saturday, March 12, 2011, at The Living Center in Marshall.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 17, 2011, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall. Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Smithton Cemetery in Smithton, MO. Pallbearers will be Kelsey Houston, Lanny Houston, Troy McDaniel, Scott McDaniel, Tim Sullivan and Terry Jones. Honorary pallbearers will be Stormy Jones, Tina Haislip, Jeff Jones and Jim Haislip. Memorials may be made to family choice.
Born November 16, 1929, in Rushing, AR, she was the daughter of the late Chris Cash and Pearl Cash Woolery. She had lived in Marshall most of her life and worked for F.M. Stamper Co., Viking Dry Cleaners, Fitzgibbon Hospital, Mar-Saline Manor and Missouri Valley College.
Survivors include four children, Jeannie Jones and husband Terry of Marshall, Janice Sullivan and husband Tim of Smithton, Edward McDaniel and wife Connie of Marshall and Penny Houston and husband Lanny of Smithton; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one brother, Frank Foster of Russell Point, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Tony Woolery, one grandson, one brother and one sister.
Elsie Fuchs

Elsie L. Fuchs, 93, of Concordia, MO, died Thursday, May 22, 2008 at The Lutheran Nursing Home in Concordia.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 27, 2008 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Concordia with Rev. Lee Hagan officiating. Rev. Matthew Hoehner will conduct the graveside service at the church cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Elsie's grandchildren and their spouses: Debra Winship and husband James, Randall Fuchs and wife Tonya, James Harris and wife Tanya, Thomas Harris and wife Sara, Karen Harris, Christine Hoehner and husband Rev. Matthew, Sarah Gustafson and husband Andy.
Born September 15, 1914 in Concordia, she was the daughter of the late William Hildebrand and Anna Brackman Hildebrand. She lived in Concordia her entire life and on June 19, 1938 married Walter Joe Fuchs who preceded her in death on September 1, 1990. She worked as a housekeeper at The Good Shepherd Home for 25 years as well as being a homemaker. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, where she was confirmed 80 years ago. She was a member of Ladies Aid #4 and worked in the church's Braille Ministry. After retirement she volunteered at The Good Shepherd Home.
Survivors include her children, David Fuchs of Lee's Summit, Grace Harris and husband Barry of Maumee, OH, Michael Fuchs and wife Susan of Colleyville, TX; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; one sister, Minerva Kuecker of Concordia; along with nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Helen Fuchs; and three sisters, Edna Hildebrand, Paula Hildebrand and Nora Fuchs.
Gladys Wagner

Gladys Wagner, 96, of Blackburn, MO, died Monday, November 2, 2009, at Independence Manor in Independence, MO.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, November 6, 2009, at Zion Lutheran Church in Blackburn, with Rev. Timothy C. Miille officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the church. Burial will be in Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Blackburn. Memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran Church in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home.
Born February 11, 1913, in Sweet Springs, MO, she was the daughter of the late John Gerken and Regina (Jennie) Menegali Gerken. She graduated from Sweet Springs High School in 1931 and attended Missouri State Teacher’s College in Warrensburg. On April 24, 1945, in Lawrence, KS, she married Herman Wagner, Jr. who preceded her in death on December 1, 2001. She was a school teacher and farm wife. She lived in Fayetteville, NC while her husband was in the U.S. Army, then they moved to a farm near Blackburn. In 1970 she and her husband retired and moved to Blackburn. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and its Zion Lutheran Guild.
Survivors include one son, Gene R. Wagner and wife Twila of Lexington, MO; one daughter, Lois Ann Hoy and husband Ron of Independence, MO; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one sister, Dorothy Mowery of Blue Springs, MO; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter in infancy, Regina Carol Wagner.
William F. (Bill) Bellamy
November 26, 1932 - November 2, 2009
William F. (Bill) Bellamy, 76, of Sweet Springs, MO, died Monday, November 2, 2009 at his farm.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, November 6, 2009 at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Sweet Springs with William W. Harlow officiating. Burial with full military rites will be in Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville. Visitation will be from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Friday at the funeral home followed by a 40 & 8 presentation. Memorials are suggested to Sweet Springs American Legion Post 279.
Born November 26, 1932, in Moniteau County, MO, he was the son of the late Franklin J. Bellamy and Dorothy Moore Bellamy. On August 13, 1982, he married Ruth Ann Moulder Smith who survives of the home. Bill was a 1951 graduate of Stover High School and in 1953 he joined the U.S. Navy, serving until 1957. He spent most of his adult life in Sweet Springs and retired in 1985 from Lake City Ammunition, where he was a pipefitter and foreman for 25 years. He was a member of Sweet Springs American Legion Post 279, where he had served as post commander, a current member of the 40 & 8 Voiture 333 in Sedalia, a former member of the 40 & 8 Voiture 3 in Blue Springs, where he previously served as Chef De Gare.
In addition to his wife, Ruth, of the home, he is survived by three daughters: Cheryl Hager and husband Scott of Sweet Springs, Pam Barton and husband Don of Moore, OK, Lynn Peck and husband Greg of Independence; one son, Danny Bellamy of Alton, IL; nine grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; one brother, Earl Bellamy of Versailles; along with several nieces and nephews.
