He was the loving grandfather of 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, George Kelley, mother, Elsie Kelley, wife, Josephine Kelley nee Blakely, and 3 siblings, William, George, Nina. Organizations: Served in the US Air Force. Manager of map center for US Government, Boeing and retired.
