He is survived by a daughter, Bree Owens and her mother, Mary Ann of St. Louis, by a brother, Daniel Owens of St. Louis, by a sister, Loretta Johnson of Webster Groves, by his fiancée, Betty Schaper and her family, Eric and Amy Schaper and his daughter, Justine, of Farmington, and Jess Schaper of Steamboat Springs, CO. Nieces, nephews, and a host of friends also survive
He served his nation in the U.S. Army
Mr. Owens owned and operated Tools and Machinery Builders, Inc., of Iron County. He was also active in the arts in this area. He was a long-time member of the Mineral Area College Foundation and was one of the founders of the One-Nighters play group. He was also active in the Mineral Area Council on the Arts, where he served as treasurer, and as a member of the Big River Chautauqua Committee. He is a past board member of Presbyterian Children Services. Several years ago he served as producer of the Long Memorial Hall Restoration Committee's production of "South Pacific." He was a graduate of the University of Missouri, and was later named the nationwide fund raiser instrumental in building of the recently completed Alpha Tau Omega fraternity house at M.U. He was a supporter of Mizzou's football program and an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals. He was a past board member of the St. Louis Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and a past regional vice president of Missouri Citizens for the Arts

Several nieces, nephews, and friends also survive

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Virginia Albaugh, by two sons, John Lee Albaugh and Bryan Francis Albaugh and wife Janet, by three grandsons, Stephen, Brad, and Kevin Albaugh, by five great-grandchildren, and by two brothers-in-law, Noah and Lee Francis. Numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive
He served his country in the U.S. Navy during WW II
Before his retirement Mr. Albaugh worked for Union Electric as a control room operator at the Meramec Power Plant. He was a member of the Memorial United Methodist Church, and a life-time member of the Desloge VFW Post No. 2426

Elberta Doss Elberta Mae Doss of Farmington passed away on August 10, 2001, at the Southbrook Nursing Center at the age of 88 years. She was born on September 14, 1912, at St. Louis, the daughter of the late Ottis and Frances (Allen) Doss. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ellis F. Doss, and by a brother, Melvin E. Wilder. Before her retirement she worked for Famous-Barr as a sales clerk. She was also a member of the Memorial United Methodist Church of Farmington. She is survived by two sons, Ronald Doss and wife Barbara and Robert Doss and wife Jean Merrill, all of Farmington, by a sister-in-law of University City, by six grandchildren, and by 5 great-grandchildren. Numerous nieces, nephews, and friends also survive. Friends may call at the Cozean Funeral Home from 4-8 p.m. on Sunday, August 12, 2001. Funeral services will be held at the Cozean Memorial Chapel on Monday at 2 p.m. with Dr. David Webster officiating. Burial will follow at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. He is survived by his daughter, Marilyn (Mrs. Arthur P.) Bourgeois of Richton Park, IL, by a sister, Marjorie (Mrs. David T.) Raker of St. Louis, by a grandson, Paul Joseph Bourgeois, and by a granddaughter, Jeanne Marie Bourgeois, both of Richton Park, IL. Numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive
Mr. Jones was a graduate of the University of Missouri, where he earned a Bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering. Before his retirement Mr. Jones worked for the Missouri Natural Gas Company, where he served as senior vice president. Prior to moving to Farmington he worked in the utility business in St. Louis County. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church, where he served as an elder. He was also a 50-year member of the Farmington Rotary Club, a mason, and a member of the Farmington Elks lodge No.1765

He served his nation with the U.S. Army during World War II

He is also survived by two sons, Mike Lunsford and wife Shirley of Safety Harbor, FL, and Jim Lunsford and wife Deanna of Farmington, by two daughters, Jane (Mrs. Wil) Hayes of Park Hills and Judith (Mrs. Charles) Clubb of Ste. Genevieve, by a brother, Rev. George Lunsford and wife Novella of Park Hills, by 10 grandchildren, Candy, Rhonda, Matthew, Shannon, Deana, Monica, Mary, Melinda, Lynda and Jimmy, and by 11 great-grandchildren
During the Korean War he served his nation in the U.S. Army
Before his retirement Mr. Lunsford worked for Dugal's grocery store as a butcher. He was a charter member of the Farmington Church of God
