Anna Margaret Bristow, age 79, of Waverly, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, August 16, 2006 at Carroll County Memorial Hospital, Carrollton, Missouri.
She was born June 24, 1927 in Princeton, Missouri, the daughter of Lon and Naomi Alley Constable. She attended schools in Princeton, Missouri.
On January 12, 1946 she married John B. Bristow in Waverly, Missouri. He preceded her in death on October 20, 1999.
Margaret had worked in central supply at Kelling Hospital in Waverly, Missouri. She was a Baptist.
Margaret is survived by four children, John H. Bristow and wife Cheryl, Independence, Missouri, Patricia Leakey and husband Bob, Carrollton, Missouri, Judy Bristow, Waverly, Missouri, Larry Bristow and wife Carol, Waverly, Missouri, one sister, Verna Woodworth, Waverly, Missouri, two step-sisters, Joann Griffin, Trenton, Missouri, Susan Sparks, Independence, Missouri, nine grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
Her parents, one son, Robert W. Bristow, two sisters, Ellen Harper and Mary Parrish and one brother, Joe Constable, also preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be at 3:30 p.m., Saturday, August 19, 2006 at the Victory Christian Church, Waverly, Missouri, with Reverend Jerry Curry officiating. Burial will be in Waverly Cemetery, Waverly, Missouri.
Visitation will be from 6:30-8:00 p.m., Friday, August 18, 2006 at Gibson Funeral Home, Waverly, Missouri.

Earl George Evans, 87 years old, passed away August 18, 2006 at Carroll County Memorial Hospital. He was born September 20, 1918 near Sampsel, Missouri, the son of Temple Bruce Evans and Annie Krause Johnson Evans. He spent his childhood and attended school in Breckenridge, Missouri.
On July 12, 1941 he married Betty Jane Crockett Evans. He is survived by wife Betty of the home and one son, Larry Wayne Evans and his wife Mary Nan of Sanibel Island, Florida. Also survived by one sister Mary Tuttle of Cameron, Missouri and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two half brothers, Rex and Oscar Johnson and one brother, Dennis Evans and four sisters, Minnie Etherton, Beulah Wilson, Mildred Kottman, Cathryn Nichols.
For many years Earl worked for the Carrollton School System as a Bus Driver and maintaining the school buses. Earl served in the Army Air Force in World War II as an airplane mechanic. He was a lifetime member of the Carrollton Veterans of Foreign Wars Pence-Lovell-England Post #1773.
Graveside memorial services will be held at Carroll Memory Gardens, Carrollton, Missouri, on Friday, August 25, 2006 at 3:00 p.m., with Reverend Bert Hughes officiating.

Herman Alton Coldiron, age 83, of Bogard, Missouri, passed away Sunday, August 20, 2006 at Research Hospital, Kansas City, Missouri.
He was born March 8, 1923 in rural Bogard, Missouri, the son of Frank T. and Edith May Johnson Coldiron. He attended school in rural Bogard. He was in the United States Navy during World War II. He lived at Buckner, Missouri and worked as a Barber for twenty years. He also worked for General Mills as a processor. Herman was a member of the Six Mile Baptist Church in Buckner. He was a member of IOOF #725, American Legion, AF & AM Lodge #501 and Rebekah’s, all of Buckner.
A special friend, Alma D. Carnie, Kansas City, Missouri, one-step daughter, Beverly Lang, Kansas City, Kansas, one brother, Melvin Coldiron, Chillicothe, Missouri, one sister, Geneva Dorsey, Carrollton, Missouri and several nieces and nephews, survives Herman.
His parents, one sister in infancy, two sisters, Sylvia Gray and Irma Cochenour and one brother, Vernon, in infancy, preceded Herman in death.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m., on Wednesday, August 23, 2006 at Gibson Funeral Home, Carrollton, Missouri, with Brother Vernon Porter officiating. Burial will be in Monroe Cemetery, Ludlow, Missouri with Military Services by Veterans of Foreign Wars Pence-Lovell-England Post #1773, Carrollton, Missouri.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, August 22, 2006 from 7-8:00 p.m., at the funeral home with a Masonic Service at 8:00 p.m.

Nadine Trussell, age 97, of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away Saturday, August 26, 2006 at Morningside Center in Chillicothe, Missouri.
Nadine was born on July 22, 1909 in rural Carroll County, Missouri, the daughter of Humphrey and Jessie O’Roark Wooden. She attended Cream Ridge country school.
On May 5, 1927 she was married to L. R. (Beck) Trussell. He preceded her in death on May 17, 1996. Nadine attended the New Salem Baptist Church. She was a farm wife and enjoyed crocheting, making quilts and gardening.
Three sisters, Neva Corf, Chillicothe, Missouri, Una Barron, Braymer, Missouri and Kathleen Jenks, Sidney, Nebraska, survive Nadine.
She was also preceded in death by her parents and brothers, John, Leo (Pete), Henry, Buford, Gerald, Lloyd, Harold and Leslie Lee Wooden and an infant brother.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 29, 2006 at Gibson Funeral Home, Carrollton, Missouri, with Reverend Dowell Mallory officiating. Burial will be in Coloma Cemetery, Coloma, Missouri.
Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. prior to the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.

Lola Cunningham, 95, of Brunswick, MO departed this life at the Life Care Center in Brookfield, MO on September 1, 2006. She was born in Chariton County, MO on November 22, 1910, the daughter of Joseph and Berthina Murray Lockard. On September 29, 1929 she married Ora (Buck) Cunningham. Three children were born to this union: Joseph Edward (deceased) John Everett (deceased) and Bertha Mae of Brunswick, MO.
Lola was a lifelong resident of this area and a member of the Brunswick Baptist Church.
During her lifetime she was a child care provider for several families as well as a care giver for elderly in her home. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and needlework and was a master at all of these. Lola was very involved in getting the OATS program in operation in this community. Besides her daughter, Bertha, survivors include two grandchildren, John Cunningham and wife Lara of Belton, MO and Joyce McCollum and her husband Chuck of Brunswick, MO; six great grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Clellan and Charles Lockard and one granddaughter, Terry Bardwell. Funeral services were held at the Gibson Funeral Home in Brunswick, MO on Tuesday, September 5, 2006. Reverend Wendell turner officiated. Burial was in the Elliott Grove Cemetery at Brunswick, MO. Pallbearers were Joey Martin, Sky, Rick, C.H. and Heath Manson, Keith Rice and Dale Morris, Jr. Memorials may be made to the Brunswick Baptist Church in memory of Lola.
Charlotte Ann Pitts, age 71, of Independence, Missouri, passed away Saturday, September 2, 2006 at her home.
Charlotte was born August 21, 1935 in Carrollton, Missouri, the daughter of Zeline and Martha Melba Cunningham Butler. She graduated from Carrollton High School.
On July 17, 1965 she married Presley Wayne Pitts in Carrollton, Missouri. He preceded her in death on June 21, 1995. Charlotte had worked for the Mid Content Public Library for thirty-four years.
Charlotte is survived by one daughter, Deborah Lynne George and husband Dwayne, Greenwood, Missouri, two sisters, Carol Aliff and husband Jim, Kansas City, Missouri, Paula Butler, Carrollton, Missouri, three brothers, Russell Butler and wife Barbara, Independence, Missouri, Bill Butler and wife Cheryl, Independence, Missouri, Mickey Butler, Carrollton, Missouri and one grandson, Jesse.
Her parents, five brothers and two sisters also preceded Charlotte in death.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, September 6, 2006 at Gibson Funeral Home, Carrollton, Missouri, with Reverend Bert Hughes officiating. Burial will be in Ebenezer Cemetery, Bogard, Missouri.

Yvonne Gwyn English, 88, of Brunswick, MO died on Wednesday, September 6, 2006 at the Boone Hospital Center in Columbia, MO. She was born on September 9, 1917 at Kansas City, KS the daughter of Herman and Jessie Harvie Jenkins. She graduated from Wyandotte High School at Kansas City, KS in 1934. Yvonne owned and operated
Von-EE’s Antiques at Brunswick, MO. Before moving to Brunswick she had worked in sales of Shaklee Products and Food Supplements for thirty years. She was a former member of the Women’s Chamber of Commerce at Kansas City, MO, a member of the Brunswick Chamber of Commerce, the Unity School of Christianity at Lee’s Summit, MO, founder of the Annual Brunswick St. Patrick’s Day Parade and was a Crusader of the environment and a promoter of good health. She is survived by her son, Dr. Jay R. English of Brunswick, MO; one sister Velda J. McGarvey of Kansas City, MO; two grandchildren, Vaughn and Olivia English of Kansas City, MO; and one niece Phyllis Paulsen of Kansas City, MO. Yvonne was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Rosa Lee P. Gheens. Funeral services were held at the Gibson Funeral Home in Brunswick, MO on Saturday, September 9, 2006 at 10:30 A.M. Reverend Lanny Lybarger officiated. Burial was in the Stewartsville Cemetery at Stewartsville, MO.

Juanita R. Sappington, age 76, of Carrollton Missouri, passed away Thursday, September 7, 2006 at Life Care Center surrounded by her loving family.
Juanita was born June 18, 1930 in Center, Missouri, the daughter of Oliver Gene and Zelma Earl Hendricks Murphy. She attended and graduated from Center Missouri School.
On February 26, 1978 she married Paul E. Sappington in Carrollton, Missouri. He preceded her in death on June 12, 1997. Juanita had worked at the State School in Marshall, Missouri for fifteen years and also as a CNA at Resthaven in Carrollton, Missouri. She was a member of the Baptist Church.
Juanita is survived by two daughters, Kathy Gunn and husband Kenny, Mendon, Missouri, Janie Humphrey, Marshall, Missouri, three sons, Jesse Humphrey and wife Jane Ann, Rick Humphrey all of Carrollton, Missouri, Wayne Humphrey, Carrollton, Missouri, seventeen grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.
Her parents, husband Paul, one daughter Ruthie Bell, daughter-in-law Carol Humphrey, brother and sister-in-law Earl and Betty Murphy and infant grandson Jason Anderson preceded Juanita in death.

Bessie Belle Casner, age 87, of Carrollton, Missouri passed away September 11, 2006 at Carroll County Memorial Hospital. She was born in Sugartree Township in Carroll County, March 25, 1919 to Walter and Flora Hunter Hoddle.
Bessie taught in rural Sugartree schools for five years before marrying Sterling Casner on November 14, 1942 in Columbia, Missouri. She worked at the U. S. Army Quartermaster Depot in Kansas City, MO and U S Army Air Corps Supply Office in Foster Field, Texas.
Mrs. Casner was a member of Carrollton First Baptist Church and Modern Homemakers Extension Club. Bessie taught Sunday School and Vacation Bible School and volunteered in the Cub and Girl Scout organization.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brothers Edwin Hoddle, Bill Hoddle, and Donald Hoddle.
Survivors include a daughter, Shirley Casner and friend David Craig of Lake Cochiti, New Mexico; a son Brad Casner and daughter-in-law Malia of Norborne, Mo; grandsons Mark Casner and wife Nikki; Matthew Casner and friend Erin Magee all of Carrollton; granddaughter Ashley Casner and friend Rick Prieto of North Kansas City, Mo; sister Marion Kaiser and brother Walt Hoddle and wife Bobbi, all of Carrollton; sister- in laws Janet Hoddle, Carrollton, MO; Helen Taylor and husband Roy, of Independence, MO.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 14, 2006 at the First Baptist Church of Carrollton with Reverend Jeff Maxwell officiating. Burial will be in Gilead Cemetery, Norborne, Missouri.
Visitation will be from 1-1:45 p.m. on Thursday prior to the service at the church.

Ann E. Poston, age 92, of Carrollton, Missouri, passed away Saturday, September 16, 2006 at the Life Care Center.
Ann was born December 15, 1913 in Mexico, Missouri, the daughter of Frank and Elsie Luck Farrah. She graduated from Mexico High School.
On November 30, 1946 she married Charles B. Poston in Kansas City, Kansas. He preceded her in death in 1979.
Ann was a member of the United Methodist Church of Carrollton. She was a Past Worthy Matron of the Carrollton Order of the Eastern Star in 1953.
Ann is survived by one brother, Bob Farrah and wife Nora, West Helena, Arkansas, two sisters-in-law, Irene Farrah, Overland, Missouri, Marcella Farrah, Mexico, Missouri and several nieces and nephews.
Her parents and five brothers, Griffen, Harrell, Clifford, Richard and Frank, Jr., also preceded her in death.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, September 19, 2006 at 11:00 a.m., at Carroll Memory Gardens, Carrollton, Missouri, with Reverend Rod McNeall officiating.

LaJunta Madeline Goedeke, age 79, of Carrollton, Missouri, passed away Sunday, September 17, 2006 at her home.
Madeline was born November 13, 1926 in Carrollton, Missouri, the daughter of William and Mary Henry Coleman. She graduated from Norborne High School in 1944.
On August 9, 1948 she married Carl A. Goedeke in Hardin, Missouri. He preceded her in death on March 17, 2006.
Madeline was a housewife and had been a cook in the Carrollton school system for many years. She was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church of Carrollton.
She is survived by five children, Danny Goedeke, Randy Goedeke and wife Jan, Dr. Dee Allen Goedeke, Michael Goedeke and wife Teresa and Leslie Ann Calhoun, two daughters-in-law, Nancy and Janice, one brother, Reverend Jack Coleman, Auxvasse, Missouri, Charles Coleman, Conway, Arkansas, eleven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Her parents also preceded her in death.
Private graveside services will be held on Thursday, September 21, 2006 at Oak Hill Cemetery, Carrollton, Missouri, with Reverend Jack Coleman officiating.
Mrs. Goedeke will lie in state on Wednesday, September 20, 2006 from 1-5:00 p.m. at Gibson Funeral Home, Carrollton, Missouri.

Lucile VanDegrift, age 94, of Carrollton, Missouri, died Wednesday, September 20, 2006 at Carroll House.
Lucile was born June 29, 1912 in Trotter Township in Carroll County, Missouri, the daughter of Carl Fred and Ruth Jane Smart Johnson. She attended Austin School for eight and a half years.
She and her husband, James Robert VanDegrift, owned and operated the VanDegrift Lumber and Supply in Bogard for twenty years, until his death. She worked at the Bogard School as cook in the lunchroom. Mrs. VanDegrift was a member of the Carrollton Church of Christ and member of the Bogard Fellowship Club, serving as secretary for several years.
On March 6, 1935, she married James Robert VanDegrift at Carrollton, Missouri. He preceded her in death on September 3, 1969.
She is survived by three daughters, Vera Mae and husband Ronald Brammer of Carrollton, Norma Lee and husband Arlynn Bingham and Wanda Sue and husband Jesse David Miller, all of Bogard, Missouri, eleven grandchildren, Randall Brammer, Bogard, Missouri, Steven Brammer, Lee’s Summit, Missouri, Dennis Brammer, Gallatin, Missouri, Lisa Bingham, Kansas City, Missouri, Chad Bingham, Bogard, Missouri, Rona Zeigler, Kansas City, Missouri, Curtis Bingham, Imperial, Missouri, Lana Satterlee, Chillicothe, Missouri, Amanda Martin, Topeka, Kansas, Sara Smith, Grand Pass, Missouri, Jason Miller, Bogard, Missouri, and fifteen great grandchildren, Celia, Jeremy and Renee Brammer all of Bogard, Missouri, Stephanie and Brent Brammer, Lee’s Summit, Missouri and Breanne and Dane Brammer, Gallatin, Missouri, Glendon Satterlee, Chillicothe, Missouri, Joel and Jared Smith, Grand Pass, Missouri, and Cara, Seth, Lorraine and Jesselyn Martin, Topeka, Kansas, Miles Bingham, Imperial, Missouri and one sister, Mary Kathryn Hughes, Carrollton, Missouri, two sisters-in-law, Mable Kneedler, Springfield, Missouri, Ruby VanDegrift, Carrollton, Missouri and several nieces and nephews.

Ruby J. Runner, age 71, of Carrollton, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, September 20, 2006 at the Life Care Center, Carrollton, Missouri.
Ruby was born September 6, 1935 in Canton, Ohio, the daughter of James William and Kathryn Mefee Runner. She attended school in Canton. Ruby had worked as a companion and care giver for Madeline Elliott and Mrs. Jess Smith and at Opportunity Enterprises in Carrollton. She was a Baptist. Ruby had eight sisters and one brother.
Graveside memorial services will be held on Monday, September 25, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at Carroll Memory Gardens, Carrollton, Missouri, with Reverend Jeff Maxwell officiating.

James Franklin Willoughby, age 81, of Carrollton, Missouri, passed away Thursday, September 28, 2006 at the Life Care Center in Carrollton, Missouri.
He was born on April 17, 1925 in Sparks, Oklahoma, the son of Frank and Flora Trammell Willoughby. He graduated from LaPlata High School. He attended Northeast Missouri State University in Kirksville, Missouri, where he was a member of the Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity.
On February 19, 1972, he married Norma Jean King in Alberta, Canada. She preceded him in death. Jim had worked for thirty-two years for B P Amoco as a Senior Inspector. He was a member of the United Methodist Church of Carrollton, Wakanda Lodge #52 AF & AM and Veterans of Foreign Wars Pence-Lovell-England Post #1773.
Jim is survived by one sister, Kathy, Gilroy, California, a brother-in-law, Don Ward, Minneapolis, Minnesota, two nephews, Dr. Jim Ward, David D. Ward, two great nieces, Sarah and Teresa Ward, his dear devoted friend, Cecile Riske and family, Debbie, Blake, Kate and Jake Brandt and Caroline, Shawn, Samuel Henry and Emma Caroline Ellis and friends Betty Kuhlman, Jean Famuliner and Smith Gregg. He is also survived by stepchildren, Dr. Christopher Wetzel and wife Joan, Gretchen Blackman and husband Don and five step-grandchildren, Dr. Erick Mertensmeyer, Dr. Amy Reed and husband David and Kate, John and Chad Wetzel.
His parents, one sister, Alice Maxine Ward and one brother, Kenneth, also preceded him in death.

Roy O. Buehler, age 86, of Carrollton, Missouri, passed away Monday, October 9, 2006 at Carrollton Life Care Center.
He was born November 6, 1919 in Dorrance, Kansas, the son of Albert and Lucy Janne Buehler. He attended Wilson Kansas Public Schools.
On October 6, 1943 he married Burxie Foutz in St. Louis, Missouri. She survives at the home.
Roy was a United States Navy Veteran of World War II. He served on the LST 281 in the European D. Day and following actions and throughout the Pacific Theatre until the end of the war. He owned and operated the Palace Barber Shop in Carrollton from 1951 until August of 2006. He was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church of Carrollton and the Lutheran Men’s Club. He had served on the Ambulance District Board and was a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Pence-Lovell-England Post #1773.
Roy is also survived by four children, Janet L. Holmes and husband Weldon, Fairfield, California, Alan Buehler and wife Sally (Stratton), Colorado Springs, Colorado, John E. Buehler and wife Deborah, Carrollton, Missouri, Jennifer Donaldson and husband Bruce, Broomfield, Colorado, one sister-in-law, Peggy Buehler, Aurora, Illinois, seven grandchildren, Sarah Coogan, Lindsey Buehler and fiancé, Robert Wahl, Scott Buehler, Adam Buehler, Stuart Buehler, Ian Donaldson and Ross Donaldson.
His parents, one sister, Rose Rous, brother-in-law, John Rous, and brother, Delmer Buehler, preceded Roy in death.
Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 13, 2006 at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Carrollton, with Pastor Eric Swyres officiating. Burial was in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville, Missouri.
Visitation was from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at the church prior to the service.

Denton Wayne Miller, age 17, of Carrollton, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, October 10, 2006 at the University of Kansas Medical Center.
Denton was born February 17, 1989 in Killeen, Texas, the son of Douglas Wayne and Julie Anette Nail Miller. He attended schools in Warrensburg, Missouri and was a senior at Carrollton High School. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Carrollton. Denton was involved in many extracurricular activities including holding the office of Student Body President, DECA President, Recorder of FBLA, was a member of the National Honor Society, Ninth Street Singers, Madrigal, football, basketball and golf teams, and was very active in musicals, C-Club and Academic All-Conference.
Denton is survived by his parents of Carrollton, paternal grandparents, Donald and Dorothy Miller, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, maternal grandparents, Reverend James and Dixie Nail, Warsaw, Missouri, one sister, April Marie Miller, of the home, and several aunts, uncles and extended family.
Memorial services will be at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, October 14, 2006 at the Carrollton High School Gymnasium with Reverend Rod McNeall officiating.
Visitation will be at the Carrollton High School Gym on Friday, October 13, 2006 for Senior Class members at 6:00 p.m., Show Choir and Musical members at 6:30 p.m., and will begin at 7:00 p.m. for the public.

Thelma Sue Womack, age 64, formerly of Wakenda, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, October 11, 2006 at Carroll County Memorial Hospital.
Thelma was born February 13, 1942 in Marshall, Missouri, the daughter of Clyde and Nora Moore Mitchell. She attended Marshall, Missouri Public Schools.
On September 16, 1958 she married Donald Womack in Marshall, Missouri. He preceded her in death on December 5, 1983. Thelma attended the Wakenda Baptist Church and Wakenda P.T.A. She had worked for Orbseal in Carrollton and Richmond.
She is survived by four children, Diana George and husband Mike, Carrollton, Missouri, Donnie Womack and wife Eva, Waverly, Missouri, Doug Womack and wife Roxie, Wakenda, Missouri, Denise Stottlemyre and husband Steve, Carrollton, Missouri, two brothers, Harold Mitchell, Independence, Missouri, Rick Mitchell, Harrisonville, Missouri, one sister, Linda Brotherton, Marshall, Missouri, step-mother, Doris Mitchell, four grandchildren, Chayne Womack, Wakenda, Missouri, Sarah Womack, Waverly, Missouri, Donnie Wayne Womack, Waverly, Missouri, Kaleb Stottlemyre, Carrollton, Missouri, step-grandchildren, David George and wife Sue, Carrollton, Missouri, Chris George, Carrollton, Missouri, one great granddaughter, Tavia Charlton, Carrollton, Missouri, and two great step-grandsons, Derek Richardson and Jarin George, both of Carrollton, Missouri.
Thelma was also preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Nora Mitchell, one grandson, Robert Morehead, and two sisters, Wanda Bartshe and Betty Gilpin.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 14, 2006 at Pleasant Park Cemetery, Carrollton, Missouri, with Reverend Ken Prewitt officiating.
Visitation will be from 9-10:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 14, 2006 at Gibson Funeral Home, Carrollton, Missouri.

Robert V. “Perch” Hamblen, age 80, of Carrollton, Missouri and formerly of Tina, Missouri, passed away Friday, October 13, 2006 at the Carrollton Life Care Center.
He was born August 21, 1926 in Winthrop, Arkansas, the son of John Harve and Ollie Adkins Hamblen. He attended Winthrop public schools.
On May 9, 1945 he married Marcella Waterman in Carrollton, Missouri. She preceded him in death. He then married Marie Smith on April 9, 1965 in Tina, Missouri. She survives at the home.
Perch had retired from Banquet Foods as a mechanic. He was a member of the Bosworth Baptist Church, Masonic Lodge in Carrollton and the Wakanda Lodge #52 AF & AM.
He is also survived by three children, Robert Hamblen and wife Linda, Carrollton, Missouri, Linda Mae Brown and husband Gerald, Norborne, Missouri, Edith Huffmon, Carrollton, Missouri, one brother, George Hamblen and wife Rosie, Carrollton, Missouri, one sister, Dorothy Potter and husband Bob, Hale, Missouri, eleven grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren.
One infant son, Roy Eugene Hamblen, four brothers, John, Henry, Dan and Clem Hamblen, and one sister, Marguete Hamblen, also preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 A.M., Monday, October 16, 2006 at Gibson Funeral Home, Carrollton, Missouri, with Reverend Bert Hughes officiating. Burial will be in Big Creek Cemetery, Bosworth, Missouri.
Visitation will be from 6:30-8:00 P.M., with a Masonic Service at 8:00 P.M., on Sunday, October 15, 2006 at Gibson Funeral Home, Carrollton, Missouri.
